Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit their deposit. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that late check-outs can be arranged when available, on request, for an additional charge of $30-50. Please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that only children 9 or above can sleep on the top bunk bed in the 3-bedroom units. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply Please note that only medically certified guide dogs are permitted at the property. - Matthew (9/5): Completely amazing place to bring the family! - One of the best caravan parks I’ve ever stayed at. Facilities are completely amazing for families. So clean and tidy and the staff were also amazing. Second time we’ve been and we plan on coming back many times. The villas are superior to a typical Jayco cabin in your average park. There’s so much to do you don’t even really need to leave. I love the way they have chosen comfort over money and the park is jam packed with sites/people. The bed in the villa this time wasn’t as good as the bed in the villa we stayed in last time. The heated blanket on my side of the bed didn’t work 😩.

- Gary (10/5): Will be back for sure - We stayed in a beautiful new 2 bedroom cabin, fresh, clean, visually appealing and the best was the shower - terrific water pressure. Subsequently we extended our stay and had to move to older 3 bedroom cabin - it was good, however, the shower water pressure was not fantastic and the porch decking paint showed the age - needs painting. Overall, fantastic park, especially very helpful and professional staff and the indoor swimmingpool was terriffi. Thank you Big4 Anglesey We were concerned about children riding scooters on the roads within the park, hopefully nobody ever gets injured.
