• Luis Federico (2/5): pesimo, para no volver - parecia una pecera, no tiene ventanas y al dar el sol en la habitacion se condensa el ambiente y empiezan a salir gotas en los critales,, en las fotos te ponen un apartamento con jacuzzi y cuando has echo la reserva te dicen que el tuyo no lo tiene ,el edificio es nuevo pero esta destrozado.

• Solaïman (8/5): Mooi, comfortabel en goed gelegen verblijf met uitstekende communicatie en een prachtig uitzicht. - De locatie was echt top en makkelijk te vinden. De communicatie met de verhuurder was altijd snel en goed. De kamer was mooi, groot en hygiënisch, met een smart tv en snel internet. Ook het uitzicht was erg mooi en de self-service werkte perfect. De kussens waren wat te plat en het duurde soms even voordat er warm water was. Het zou ook fijn zijn geweest om iets vaker schone handdoeken te krijgen. Daarnaast werkten de liften niet altijd goed en zijn ze tijdens het verblijf kapot gegaan, al ligt dat meer aan het gebouw dan aan de accommodatie zelf.
• Stella (7/5): - I liked that the suite was spacious and the bathroom area large. Self check-in was easy and we felt safe and it was quiet. The team were communicative and polite via WhatsApp. The room was very clean on entry and everything worked. The view in the mornings was delightful. There were very limited homeware in important places, for example a toothbrush holder a full length mirror and somewhere to place shower gel. A few more mini toiletry items like cotton pads/buds would have elevated the expereince, just to ease your guest as they find their bearings and can make their own way to the shops. The lights would go off in the bathroom after some time and bottled water in the fridge would have been a lovely welcome gesture. I requested an iron which wasn't provided at the time, however I did get it with no issues when I happened across the cleaning lady the next day. The building its located in has a lot of building works happening, but honestly there's nothing they can do about that and I took it in my stride.

This notice was not accompanied with any discount due when you are given half of the size and two categories lower room than booked. Booking to check if this is "regular" practise of the property owner / manager

• Olabisi (9/5): The room was spacious, I only met one staff which was the housekeeping, although she didn’t speak English but she was so - I do love the location, the room, I had a peaceful stay with my sister. Locating the property and having to call for house cleaning. I believe there should be at least extra towels kept for in the rooms, also, the management could make routine cleaning without us having to message to ask our rooms to be cleaned. Besides that tbh, I don’t have anything bad to say.

• Sarah (3/5): Mésaventure !!! - La vue malgré le mauvais temps.! Et le lave linge sèche linge ! Pas très propre, lit peu confortable indiqué 181 sur 2m j'en doute ou alors ils ont compté le tour de lit, et un oreiller ça fait léger,jacuzzi pas incroyable et ouvert sur le côté, rideau HS également! Pas de peignoir et de chaussons ou alors il fallait aller se servir dans la buanderie peut-être. Pour le prix j'aurais pensé qu'ils soient au petit soin et que la taxe de ménage de 20€ la chambre soit un peu plus propre. Pas le temps de faire de la monnaie le personnel met la pression pour le paiement. Je ne recommande pas. !!!!

Le propriétaire avait un comportement inapproprié et insistait de manière déplacée. L’endroit n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos et à la description. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement.

• Jonida (10/5): Better than a 5star - Clean and spacious apartment. I had the jacuzzi suite and I enjoyed it very much. It was easy to find and right in front of the beach offering a spectacular view. A supermarket was just 10m away and many bars and cute spots within 500m. The self check-in was also very easy and the host very kind and ready to help anytime. Instructions were given clearly. Thank you

Communication with the host was incredible the best host that I’ve ever had in my life very accommodating and genuinely would go again just so they can accommodate me. La somme demandée en espèces a été laissé dans la chambre comme convenu. Le propriétaire vous contacte pour vous dire que la somme est incomplète et qu’il manque de l’argent , et qu’il va prélever le manquant sur votre compte bancaire . • Ilaz (2/5): Preisleistungsverhältnis viel zu hoch für die Dinge die ich als Negativ angesprochen habe. - Uns hat ausschliesslich nur der Whirpool gefallen alles andere war unterste Schublade.. Uns hat es gestört, das dass zimmer nur 1x in denen 5 Nächten vorbeikam und geputzt. Habe auf Anfrage sogar erst einen Zimmer-Service bekommen sprich wurde nur dann geputzt, weil ich angerufen habe. Es hatt also schon mit dem Dreck am Boden & Haaren wo wir nur schon reinkamen angefangen. Wirklich nicht schön.. dazu kam das der Safe nicht funktionierte sprich jemand hatt die Fernbedienung mitgenommen und es versprach mir das dies ersetzt wird aber es kam nie jemand. Die Fenster also beim Meerblick waren die komplett dreckig man konnte kaum rausschauen, dazu habe ich noch Bilder. Der Whirpool war dreckig hinterlassen wir mussten den selbst zuerst putzen das wir überhaupt reingehen. Ausserdem waren die Badetücher mit Farben & Haaren dran einfach dreckig so etwas..

• Mauro (10/5): Alojamiento inmejorable - Lugar inmejorable para pasar una estancia tranquila y con vistas, está a primera línea de playa y en la mejor zona de Durres, sin volvemos, repetiremos sin duda. No hay nada negativo, la verdad es que no se puede pedir más, todo ha estado a la altura de las expectativas e incluso las ha superado. Total disponibilidad por parte de los dueños.

Jedynym mankamentem jest brak balkonu oraz otwieranych okien ale rozumiem ,ze to jest spowodowane rodzajem budowy ponieważ mieszkanie znajduje sie w wieżowcu

• Elena (7/5): - La posizione. Abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone, ma il terzo letto non era un letto, né un divano letto come scritto e non era stato preparato al nostro arrivo. Era un divano. Lo abbiamo fatto presente, ci hanno detto che ce lo avrebbero preparato. Ma si sono dimenticati di mettere il lenzuolo (i "letti'" si rifanno con copri materasso e lenzuolo). Manca un asciugamano/tappetino per la doccia.

Self check-in and check-out went smoothly. Free coffee and snacks in the lobby. Great view with lots of natural light. Massive flat-screen TV. The suites are located in an unfinished building—with holes in the walls and ceiling. The elevator is questionable. The toilet lid was very loose and fell off several times, also the pipes were screwed off when we arrived. The parking guy was very sketchy— you can only pay in cash… he followed us to the ATM and stood behind us while we took out money as if we couldn’t be trusted, no professionalism.

• Michaela (7/5): - Die Einrichtung war ok und die Lage Keine Beschilderung vor Ort. Parkplatz nur in Tiefgarage € 10,- pro Tag, oder man sucht Stundlang einen Platz. Beim Lift bekommt man Angst. Trotz € 20,- Reinigungskosten zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis, war die Wohnung nicht ordentlich sauber.

Si può parcheggiare in strada (molto affollato) o pagare un parcheggio. C'erano i lavori, quindi rumoroso... La vasca un po' da sistemare, richiede molto tempo riempirla.

The room was comfortable, and everything was convenient. It would be even better if the bathroom had a few hooks for hanging towels or clothes.

After 05:00 pm, it‘s impossible to park your car on the street. A sensor switches off automatically the light in the bathroom after 30 sec….! Payment by credit card was not accepted. We had to drop cash in the lockbox!

• Zigmars (3/5): I would not return in a hurry - There was not much that I liked there was no breakfast if you do not count some coffee and packaged muffin in the corridor . the whole building feels unfinished , there are large parts of it literally still a building site . the room did not have any essential , no cutlery , only one wine glass , one plate . they have been using very strong chemicals to clean the room , it was not easy to breath there .

• Emanouela (4/5): Looks Nice but Poor Quality in Reality - Great location, beautiful apartment at first look but lots of down sides considering the price that we have paid for this apartment. The price was too high for the value offered. While they tried to make the apartment look nice, the quality was lacking. First, finding the apartment was inconvenient. The video we were sent showed a beautifully finished place, but in reality, it didn’t look the same at all, we weren’t even sure it was the same location. The elevators were in terrible condition, and I honestly wondered if they had ever been serviced. Every time I stepped in, I felt uneasy. There was also no proper ventilation or air circulation inside the elevators. The hallways smelled unpleasant throughout our stay. The apartment itself looked decent at first glance, but several things were problematic. The showerhead didn’t work properly, the air conditioner was filthy and clearly never cleaned, full of dust and dirt. Out of the three days we stayed, two of them we had no water for several hours, always in the morning when we were trying to go out. The water pipes also smelled bad, and the odor carried into the room. Some furniture was broken and not repaired, and there were lots of small issues here and there that hadn’t been fixed. For the price we paid, we expected a truly pleasant stay and a high-quality place, but it was far from that. I would not stay here again.

• Leonardo (6/5): Suite moderna e ben tenuta, con qualche limite tecnico che rovina l’esperienza - Luci LED suggestive, posizione eccellente. La TV è grande e con Netflix integrato, perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi. Ambiente molto pulito e curato. La jacuzzi, con vista mare, è davvero piacevole una volta capito come utilizzarla. In generale, tutto moderno e ben tenuto. Nessuna istruzione per la jacuzzi e, per la prima ora, l’unico getto funzionante era quello “a doccia”, del tutto insufficiente per riempirla (non arrivava nemmeno a un ventesimo della capienza). La tenda motorizzata, azionata tramite telecomando, richiedeva attenzione: se non si teneva la copertura della jacuzzi accostata alla finestra, la tenda finiva per abbassarsi direttamente sopra, poiché la copertura non era fissata alla vasca. Uno dei due telecomandi per le luci a led era privo di batterie. La luce del bagno a sensore si spegneva troppo velocemente e non rilevava la presenza dalla doccia, costringendomi più volte a uscire e rientrare per non restare al buio. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, scordatevelo di trovare posto per strada. Quindi bisognerà pagare 15€/g per quello privato al piano interrato. Un vero peccato, perché per il resto la struttura merita davvero.
• Ekin (10/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und der Host hat über WhatsApp immer sofort geantwortet. Der Standort ist sehr gut und man ist sofort an der Promenade.
