• Cecilia (10/5): Can’t wait to come back again - Access to the pool terrace and gym. Security within the property was tight. Being a walking distance to the west-gate mall and proximity to the cbd. The chocolate bar where we had breakfast a few times has the best coffee you can find, the Slate restaurant, comfortable, classy and cozy with superb service. Everything you need under one roof. I can only complain about the mattress, but this boils down to personal preference. It was too soft for my liking.

Wohnung war auch nicht sauber musste selbst sauber machen etwa um wohl zuhaben.

Clean, great communication with owner and local host. My wife has said next time in Nairobi we stay again Reccomend it 100% We had a challenge with hot water but was our fault cleaner was very helpful and showed us how to get it hot

When we arrived, the apartment was not even ready for us – there were towels on the floor, laundry running in the machine, etc. We never requested early check-in, but we were told we could enter immediately, only to find the place in this condition. The worst part: there was absolutely no hot water for the entire stay. The listing mentioned that hot water was available only during certain hours (4 hours a day), but even during those times there was none. We were told to do some “manual operations” on the water meter ourselves, which never worked. Instructions in the apartment said to call the reception if we couldn’t manage – we did, they came, they couldn’t fix anything and just said “tomorrow”. First they promised hot water in 5 minutes, then “tomorrow”, but nothing ever changed. I also contacted the owner directly. She only told us to “be patient”, while our children were exhausted after long travel. We ended up sleeping dirty, unable to shower, feeling very uncomfortable. This ruined our stay completely. For the price charged – almost European standards – the service was far below expectations. I have stayed many times in Nairobi before and never had such problems. Contradictions everywhere, no hot water at all, no real support. Avoid and stay away at all costs.

• Priti (8/5): - Apartment was well situated and close to amenities like Sarit and Westgate malls. The main buildings staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sophia was easy to get in touch with and she contacted us to know that she is available should we have any inquiries or questions. I liked the information ark that the host put out explaining where essential places were. This is useful information especially if you’re new to Nairobi. The place was spacious and clean and also natural light was a huge plus, most places have small windows and for me this was the best thing about the apartment. Overall the apartment was worth the price and we were quite satisfied there. We had a small situation with the next door neighbours who had a party in the middle of the night and were very loud,we made complaints downstairs but not much was done. My husband ended up knocking at their door after calling the reception 3 times. This wasn’t well received by the neighbours but security finally intervened. This was not in any way the hosts fault but I would recommend more enforcement to the rule of no house parties especially when it is stated in the apartment complex’s rules.

The location was perfect, especially being so close to a large and modern shopping center. The host was also very flexible and accommodating, extending my stay both at the beginning and the end. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations, and the stay was very comfortable.

The accommodation feels newly renovated and is fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is perfect—centrally situated within walking distance to both Sarit and Westgate malls, plus plenty of great restaurants nearby and even one right downstairs (as well as a convenience store which is open late) The rooftop was definitely a highlight, featuring a beautiful pool, a pool bar, and a well-equipped fitness center—all with fantastic views of the city. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Sabine. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping us with early check-ins, luggage storage, and anything else we needed. I’ve been visiting Nairobi a few times a year for the past three years, and Skynest is by far the best place I’ve stayed. It offers amazing value for the cost, which is very reasonable given the quality of the space and amenities. I highly recommend Skynest Residences for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality in Nairobi! Nothing negative to note!

• Michael (9/5): Lisa's Paradise is indeed a haven for anyone looking for a home away from home. The Host is an angel - A very pleasant and hospitable Host. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Sufficient amenities to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I checked in well past midnight and Sabine made sure I got in safe and sound. Generous bed sizes in both rooms with clean and fresh linen. Nothing to report

There is the Sarit mall close-by with shops and cafeteria and any amenities that one would want. This mall is a comfortable walking distance from the flat. The host Sabine was very helpful with any matters I had. The apartment is has access to a pool and gym on the top floor that gives a very good view of Westlands. I will definitely be back.
