• Caitlin (8/5): - The apartment felt very secure and safe, and is close to a bus stop. Very easy to get around to all the tourist attractions. The property manager Giuseppe was very flexible when we arrived later than expected. He was so helpful with a list of recommended restaurants, bars, and nightlife ready for us when we asked. Also took care of any issues we had very quickly The trash cans smelled of cigarettes and there was initially a problem with the hot water. But Giuseppe and his colleague fixed it as soon as we told them there was a problem with it. Great service and attentive to the needs of guests. The bed situation was interesting, the upstairs bed didn't have pillowcases on the pillows so we had to improvise with a sheet we found in the closet, and the downstairs bed had a weird hump in the middle.
• Dawid (1/5): Shocking beds , no curtains , shower does not work , no bathroom matts, lying host about the lift - No breakfast served Main bedroom bed shocking and not level, it was round and you kept rolling of the bed. We oved up to the spare bedroom and the matrass was so old they tried to fluff it up with additional converter. Shocking matrass not usable. Their were no curtains in the main bedroom. The shower was running at a drip and was blocked. The wall paint peeled off in the main bedroom. The washing rack was completely broken. The host lied to me when i said to him we are checking out and request a full refund for all the nights he said in order but we must do through our reservation agent. ( OTA) The reservations company we used is now refusing to repay us for any nights and states it is up to the property. The reservations company took on a client without checking the property as this is one star ! The place is a dump

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Good, quiet localization, next to Bus stop (~15min to center). Rooms were clean, well equipped. Some small issues in bathroom. Contact with ower was not that good as expected.

The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a charming and comfortable stay in Firenze! Will definitely come back again!

• Ilija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has everything you need, better to say more then you need. You could move and live in it for a year. Everything is new and clean. Few stops from center of the city and good for parking (from 20pm till 8am free of charge and allowed. Would recommend for sure.
