The view from the balcony is lovely, it's a great size and it had everything we needed for our stay. The people at the concierge desk are lovely as well. It was very hard to get our keys, they didn't have them at the desk at check-in time and they were not dropped there until 2 hours after our apparent check in time. The concierge were very nice and let us into the room, however the whole process took about half an hour which was annoying.

The owner even kindly accommodated our special request for an early check-in. Convenient to commute to the city center. The apartment is well-equipped. Nice coffee places in the vicinity. A coffee machine would have been very helpful.

Only one key to access apartment and building. Made it difficult when we needed 2 keys, had to constantly ask reception to buzz us in the building and into the appartment

Other comments on reviews about lack of cups/glasses - which are located in the cupboard directly above the oven, and the lack of Netflix etc on the TV - just open your own accounts via your phone on the Smart TV, simple..

Trams outside doors.. cafes restaurants Paranh market Coles, Woolworths 20 min walk...quiet apartment with great views to sea & parks. Definitely recommend. Concierge service downstairs hit and miss re staff friendliness &helpfulness.

Trams runs along St Kilda Road into the city centre although we walked it. Albert Park is nearby. The air conditioning and dishwasher did not work. We reported both to the owner but they were unable to fix them during our 5-night stay. There was one night when it was exceptionally warm (over 26 degrees) and the lack of a/c made sleeping quite uncomfortable - the owner provided fans the following day. The dishwasher was blocked and did not drain so couldn't be used.

Area felt safe to walk around, 10 minute Uber to concert, and 20 minutes tram into CBD. Other (permanent) residents were lovely. The grout in the bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the floor more polished, but I am a bit of a clean freak.

• Carol (6/5): ups and downs - great location almost next to the tram stop, very close to coffee shops and cafes plus an easy tram to the markets The check in process was a disaster. We seemed to have booked an airB&B . There was no record of us coming although I had all the booking details. The car park was available but no one knew where it was so we had to look at the number on every floor to find it ourselves. By this time we are getting grumpy. Then the access control to the room didn’t work. I had to insist the owner come in at 9:30pm at night to give us a new access card. The security person on the desk tried to help but she ended up having a heated discussion with the owner in the room about not following protocol . !!!! We just want to go to bed . Great view, great two bedroom apartment and perfect for our visit. Let’s hope they sorted out checkin processes by now.
• Stewart (8/5): Very good place to stay, I would highly recommend it for anyone needing a nice place to stay. - The location was very good for us, it met our needs. The pool, gym, and parking were an absolute gem and made the experience much more pleasant than other Melbourne visits. No TV in the main bedroom, the drier filter wasn't cleaned and caused problems when using it.

Staff at the reception desk weren't very friendly or welcoming. Shame that the pool was still undergoing some renovations.
• Nikkea (1/5): Good help from the concierge, terribly prepared for a comfortable stay. - I liked the location The key was not prepared or given until I had to leave and it was not worth the money as I had no access up and down the lift. There was also false advertisement with the swimming pool I had called beforehand to ask and received reassurance that the pool would be open, where it was not. I could barely comfortably leave my room and come back without having to call for help every single time.

• Lyndal (10/5): excellent, very well appointed, central and comfortable option - exceptionally clean and comfortable. when we arrived the bed was already made up on the couch for our fifth, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. the car park is confusing and the spaces are VERY tight. the concierge for the building was the only person who could help us, and they were often away helping others.

• Michelle (5/5): Confusing - Great location and the room was lovely! The check in process wasn’t good. I had a lunch to attend which had been communicated before via emails. I was told I could park the car and get a access key. On arrival I wasn’t given a access key. After parking the car and exiting the building we couldn’t because you needed a access card. I called the number for the property contract and they didn’t seem to understand. I’m not sure if this was a language barrier or not. However at once staged they laughed. We got let out after around 10mins and then the lady informed me I couldn’t have a access card when I clearly had emails saying that I could. We went to reception and the lady was speaking to the concierge around keys, the confusion seemed to continue between these two people. In the end it was 15mins before the check in and they still didn’t let us check in. Two hours late to our lunch after a 5 hour drive. It was messy and confusing.
