The front desk is located on the Building E Floor 3 and opens before 23:00. Check-in is not available after 23:00. It is highly recommended that guests arrive the airport before 22:00. The address is only for check in and rooms may located in the other buildings nearby. If your arrival time is at or later than 0:00 midnight, please inform the property in advance. Please kindly note that the credit card is only for reservation guarantee. Guests are required to settle the payment in HKD cash upon check in. Alipay and Wechat Pay are also accepted. Amenities in Room The staff can only speak Chinese. There might be some noise in the surrounding area. Luggage storage may not available for all guests. Please contact the property for more details. Directions to the hostel - From airport to the hostel You may take Bus A11 to Causeway Bay Sugar Street Station, walk 2 minutes to SOGO. Turn into East Point Road then turn left into Lockhart Road and walk until the crossroad, and then turn right and walk along Cannon Street. You will see President Theater in the first cross and the property building, Hoi To Court, is behind the cinema. Guests can press 3E to open the main gate and go to 3rd floor, Flat E for checking in. -From metro station to the hostel From MTR Causeway Bay Station (Exit D1), turn left and walk straight along Lockhart Road until the crossroad, and then turn right and walk along Cannon Street. You will see President Theater in the first cross and the property building, Hoi To Court, is behind the cinema. Guests can press 3E to open the main gate and go to 3rd floor, Flat E for checking in.

Ajaz (5/5): Overall stay is ok for a shorr stay only, i stayed 28 days so i needed a kitchen - There was no breakfast, i had cereal and a cup of tea, there is no kitchen to cook! There is a microwave and fridge in the lobby and a kettle in the room.. location is ok xlose to mtr station There is nowhere to cook a meal or even some toast, would be nice to have access to a kitchen..also there was work going on next door, so there was alot of drilling and banging going on...the bed was so uncomfortable kept getting bidy pains in morning

Chi (8/5): Location marvellous. Very clean. Facilities fair enough. Satisfying on the whole. - The location is super convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Miss Yu has been very helpful, honesty and friendly. The cleaner(s) did a good job and the one I met before check out is quite polite. I could keep my luggage at the office for a while after checked out before going to airport. There was a scale in the office for me to check the weight of my luggage. The tv stops working suddenly stop (no signal) for very long time. It happens many times. Cannot open most of the curtains because people can see you from their buildings on the other side of the street. There were frequently noises of moving goods/ garbages, open and closing gates, and people talking loudly on the streets at midnight; but besides that, most of the time the place is comparatively quite quiet at night: it’s fair enough because the location is in the middle of Causeway Bay.

Yuen (8/5): Very good - The location is great, close to subway and the Airport bus. The room is spacious on Hong Kong standard. There is a fridge and microwave in the common area. Plus friendly staff, the reception opens long hours, although Not 24hours. Great value for the price. I wish there is a shower curtain in the bathroom.
