• Antoinette (5/5): Would not stay again - The location was very central. Our train was late and we got lost getting to the apartment, so we were late meeting our host. We kept in constant contact with the host yet the reception on arrival was unpleasant. In the apartment, the shower drain was very slow and the water ran out onto the floor, the kitchen was badly equipped and the minimal equipment that was provided was old and rusted. There was no coffee machine and the tea supplied was barely enough for two people.

• Francesca (9/5): DA RI PRENOTARE NELLA PROSSIMA OCCASIONE A GENOVA - La posizione è stata incredibilmente comoda. Appartamento pulitissimo e molto apprezzato! Letizia è stata molto esaustiva su tutte le funzionalità dell'appartamento. Suggerirei un forno a microonde per scaldare velocemente il cibo ed una macchina per il caffè a cialde che funzionasse per bene: non miscelava il caffè ed abbiamo riferito a Letizia. Avrei preferito una luce vicino al letto da spegnere, piuttosto che alzarmi e tornare a letto al buio e delle prese più vicine al letto.

• Dominique (7/5): Great location but terrible construction noise and dust - Great location, spacious and perfect for my needs for a 3-week work placement. However was told on check in that there were ‘some works’ happening in the building and there would be construction noise. Generally this would be ok, however it was 8.30-1 and then 2-6pm 5 days a week and the notice in the door of the apartment below being renovated that this noise nuisance is allowed for the whole of 2025. This shook the whole building and so everything, my clothes, the floors were constantly dusty. The fact that I was working in hospitality and getting home after midnight and needed to sleep later than 8.30am did not work for me at all. Had they told me beforehand I would have chosen maybe another one of their properties or another property altogether as this was a real problem for me.
• Liz (8/5): Great flat in perfect location in beautiful city - The location is amazing! The property is very spacious with large comfortable seating area and dining table At first appearance the flat is modern, but things are a little tired and could do with some maintenance. The cooker is very low power and everything takes forever to cook. Air con in the second bedroom and sitting room would be a huge improvement. And the AC in the main bedroom and kitchen was very noisy!

• Redina (10/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment in the heart of Genoa. - Excellent location right next to Pizza Ferrari. Apartment spacious and comfortable for bigger families or groups.
• T (7/5): Great location - Great location, right in the middle of the city. No reason for carrental, most things are within walking distance. Spaceous apartment, with an equipped kitchen. Right on top of very good restaurant, "Rosmarino" and close to lots of sights, places to eat/shop etc Apartment is a bit worn, could use some loving care/an update. Cleaning of apartment/kitchen equipment could use a little attention as well
• Georgette (7/5): Enjoyable and comfortable - The Location is very good. The AC works fine. It was good in General. But some primary stuff like toothbrush and toothpaste and sandals were not provided. WiFi was not good, a lot of disconnecting. On our last day of stay in the morning the hot water was not working.

• Andrew (8/5): Great location, good sized flat with nice kitchen. - Brilliantly convenient location, next door to a good restaurant, on the edge of the old town, and the new town, and less than 1 minute from Piazza de Ferrari and it’s metro and buses, and the Volabus bus stop to/from the airport. Good sized flat, easily capable of accommodating 4 or 5 people. Wooden single bed in the photos is a little short but the sofa is a comfy alternative. It’s not trying to be 5 star, so don’t expect it to be, but it’s clean, a good size and in a truly fabulously convenient location. Being in the old town it is not very light, and the electric lighting isn’t great, but that’s not a big issue as you want to be out. Some fittings could be more solid, and the curtains are far too long. Didn’t get sofa bed bedding I asked for.
