Guest Reviews
- Martin (8/5): Perfectly honest, comfortable, small apartment in a very convenient location for the city. - Perfectly honest, comfortable, small apartment in a very convenient location for the city. Parking on-site (extra charge) was excellent, and convenient. Bed was comfortable, sofa and dining furniture was fine for a short stay, and was as you would expect for a small city-centre apartment. There were a few small broken, or missing items - perhaps easy to miss without a detailed inspection, but obvious when you are staying in the apartment. I would assume that the owners would fix going forward.
- Akeila (9/5): Host was on hand for any questions - Easy to find and park Na
- Matt (10/5): - Great location, lovely flat with everything you could want for a spot on city break
- Riley (8/5): -
- Mike (8/5): Good location with easy access to the city - Close to city centre and some good food outlets - clean n comfortable - good comms regarding keys etc TV reception (flaky) picture and sound kept breaking up
Woke up to a row in the building at 3am one night but in fairness you can get that in any accommodation - I would stay again benefits outweigh issues
- Abi (7/5): Would definitely stay there again for sure - I loved the location of the property, was able to walk to where we needed to be with ease.
Was a good space and the bathroom was lovely, we loved the interior design too.
Kitchen was functional and had everything we needed. There was washing up liquid but nothing to wash up with, was a little dusty in certain places but overall clean.
- Lynda (6/5): Position great, Apartment so so... - The Bathroom and Kitchen
The position The Bed was really uncomfortable
Everything was dusty
The window in the lounge and kitchen would not close
The duvet cover looked grubby
- Alexander (8/5): Great Location - Location was great and had gated parking. Room was spacious and the apartment was presented well with room to sit, fridge and cooking facilities. There was a loose floorboard just outside the shower that was jolted when stood on, felt like I was going trough the floor 🤣
- Victoria (10/5): Fab - Easy to find , parking and city centre clean comfortable
- roy (8/5): -
- Colin (7/5): Great location with reasonable room - Great location and very clean. Great that it also has parking Needs a bit of maintenance in the bathroom and huge hick in parking cost from last year
- Jacob (10/5): -
- Heather (5/5): A great location. Overall a disappointing stay. Felt as if I was being watched, although no proof . - The location
Oven/Microwave Difficult to access property...key safe very awkward to open.
Was not thoroughly cleaned: Dust on skirting, plug tops, drawer handles.
Floor had not been cleaned .
Bedding although clean , was cheap quality, miserable colour and looked worn out.
Bed not comfortable.
A depressing environment due to the colour choice of main room ....dark blue/grey.
Had to ring owner: No access to internet. Resolved . TV remote did not work, unable to use tv. Owner said there should have been 2 , as he admitted problems tuning in tv.
Crockery not all cleaned thoroughly.
Bathroom shabby around shower cubicle, from water that had caught wooden skirting , causing it to come away from wall .
Flooring beside wooden skirting rotten /torn.
Bathroom smelt damp /mouldy following showering.
- Lauren (5/5): Acceptable for two nights and in a good location, but could use a bit more care and thoughtfulness - The location is very central to Norwich and was in good walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see. There's a pleasant little pub on the corner of the street that we enjoyed. The secure parking was a bonus and an acceptable price at £8.50 a day. The mattress was quite comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. A fan was provided which was appreciated as the weather was warm. Instructions provided for access to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The 'not great' stuff - the door lock was very finicky and took a real knack to open. It also didn't feel the most robust, which isn't really ideal. The sheets smelled very musty when we got into bed on the first night - more likely had been stored in a cupboard for too long rather than already slept on, but either way they should have been freshly washed. Towels were provided, but were stiff and bleach-stained - thankfully we had brought our own. There was also no mattress topper on the bed which is honestly a bit gross - not nice to have just a fitted sheet between you and the sweat of everyone else who has ever stayed there. Also a considerable smell of damp in the bathroom from some quite serious water damage at the bottom of the shower (which needs resealing), and problematically low pressure on the toilet flush to where you always had to flush twice at a minimum (and no plunger or bleach provided for the worst case scenario). TV was effectively an ornament for the entire stay, as the remote didn't work even when we bought new batteries thinking that was the problem so we were never able to turn it on.
The 'nitpicky' stuff - these are not dealbreakers, but were notable to me. No hooks in the hallway or on any of the doors to hang coats/towels on. Washing machine advertised which we didn't use, but couldn't have if we wanted to because no drying rack or washing liquid were provided. The mirror in the main room was nowhere near a plug and no extension lead was provided, which made drying my hair inconvenient. Windows were dirty and there is no blind/curtain in the kitchen. No loo roll holder and the washing up liquid in the kitchen was watered down instead of buying a new one. I know £95 a night isn't megabucks, but it's also not nothing!

- Anita (6/5): Ok for an over night stay but would not be happy to stay there for longer due to the lack of clothes storage - The central location was great , bed was comfortable Kitchen was dirty, glasses were sticky, fridge was dirty, and no hooks for coats. I know there is a semi wardrobe in the kitchen cleaning cupboard but it’s not suitable for suits or long dresses and I really don’t want to hang my clothes in a cleaning cupboard where we cook !
- Gabriele (7/5): Good -
- Jim (9/5): Superb - Great location
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - Nice studio close to the city center is just 10 mins walking .. Need to have a mirror near a socket so then we can use the hairdryer’s..
- Frederick (8/5): Very good -
- Alastair (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benjamin (9/5): Superb -
- Stuart (9/5): Superb location very comfy apartment - The apartment was very good but what made it perfect for us was the location it was superb and the secure parking Nothing that stood out
- Damian (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Colin (8/5): Cosy room in a great location - Great location with good parking a reasonable room. All the facilities you need. Very comfortable. Needs a bit of upkeep. Starting to look a little worn and the outside area is poor.
- Hilary (9/5): Would definitely book again on our next visit - Top floor flat so nice and quiet, and very efficient heating so lovely and warm.
- Jodie (6/5): Average stay, could have been better with some easy fixes. - Good location and responsive host It could be so much better with some simple fixes. No plug near the mirror for hair dryer / laptop so provide an extension lead. Add some coat hooks in hall way for coats. Provide kitchen essentials - Knives (host did provide on day 2 when requested), fish slice and spare tea towel.
Add toilet roll and tooth brush holders in the bathroom and some shelves in shower for bottles. Descale toilet as stained which is off putting.
- Karveen (7/5): Great host really good value for money even better if you spend just £20 doing some small amenities that would make the - Central location Easy entry responsive host Could’ve been cleaner. Need to think about some hooks in the bathroom and hooks in the main room. And maybe a better mattress.
- Evelyn (7/5): Great location - Great location with parking No washing up liquid, bin bags or a cloth for cleaning counters snd washing up. The windows don’t close.
- Amelie (9/5): Superb -
- Johns (10/5): Exceptional -
