• elerian (3/5): - location check in as horrible, they didn't find the reservation, then took them like 45 minutes to allocate the room though i was checking in at 6.30pm. room was dirty it had bugs, bed was bad quality. main gate was closed at night i had to enter from the exit gate breakfast was poor they declined to give an invoice despite my request

• Karim Mohamadein (10/5): Excellent Experience - The place is a great value for money , breakfast was sufficient, location is great , car parking is available , staff are very friendly and respectful , Hagar the receptionist was very presentable and welcoming , and the place is very safe .
• Catalina (1/5): Full desaster - Absolutly nothing!! Total desaster. No internet!!! Totally dirty and horrible room. We left after one night. Definately no opion for a european family with kids!! Even breakfast was a full desaster,for coffee you had to pay extra, food was not eatable.

• Ana (4/5): Debería de haber un poco más de limpieza e higiene. - Hay buenos establecimientos pero no hay mucha higiene. Realmente no es un hotel que esté limpio y no estuve muy cómoda por eso, sábanas usadas e instalaciones en mal estado.

• talal (6/5): لا باس للي يستخدمه كمبيت فقط - موظفي الاستقبال كانوا متعاونين جدا هو مجمع غرف داخل النادي و ليس فندق الامان عالي لانه تبع للقوات المسلحه مسطحات خضراء كبيره للاسف مرافق النادي ماتقدر تستخدمها مثل صالة الحديد لازم بفلوس و المسبح ما كان نظيف
• Galal (4/5): Nicht besonders - Lage ( in der Nähe von Flughafen ) Alles sehr alt , wir hatten 20 m nach eine anstrengende Tag gebraucht bis wir der Rezeption gefunden haben !! Wir sind rein gefahren und es war so ein complex aus Club 2 Hotels und Riesen große Fächer und der Wache dort hatten kein Ahnung welche Weg führt zu welches Hotel und eine hat uns zu der andere geschickt !!

• Loic (6/5): Nice people doing what they can with what they have - Location is good, 10min from airport. It is more a beach club thank an hotel and it should looks good when peak season. Visitons low season so it was. It efficient at all. Only one person speaker english. No coffee even at breakfast, no credit card payment, no wifi.

• Ismail Abdalla (10/5): - The staff were very welcoming and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my stay — from reception (عسكري عبدالله) to housekeeping (نورا وهاجر). Their hospitality truly stood out. The laundry and ironing facilities were excellent — thank you, محمد, for your support. One area for improvement is breakfast. The selection and taste could be enhanced, and the start time (after 9:00) is quite late. A more typical breakfast service beginning around 7:00 would be much more convenient. After two mornings, I had to take breakfast outside because it was too late for me. Overall, I appreciated the service and warm hospitality, and I hope the breakfast experience can be improved to match the high standard of the rest of the stay. One area for improvement is breakfast. The selection and taste could be enhanced, and the start time (after 9:00) is quite late. A more typical breakfast service beginning around 7:00 would be much more convenient. After two mornings, I had to take breakfast outside because it was too late for me.

• Al (7/5): Hoping to get a promise from the company to improve services so that I can bring my family. - Swimming Pole and the total outlook are excellent. It's an excellent place with lots of logistic supports by the company or the owner, but many of the professionals working there do not maintain the quality of services. Very slow customer service in the restaurant. They deliberately smoke inside the closed premises like restaurant while customers are there. I had my own apartment but due to very hot I hired this place to study for my PhD research. They gave me hopes everyday during those three-four days stay that they would provide the internet, but they did not. It was just like playing games with excuses. If they told me the first day that they would not be able to provide me the internet, I would not book this place. For my PhD related exam I had lots of study totally based on the internet. Sunday morning I had the worst exam in my life. The internet issue caused heavy troubles for my study. I had to leave one day early due to the internet issue without getting one day payment back. I feel sorry for the company or the authority who has build such a lovely place for customers. They have done their best, but many of the professionals working there do not maintain the quality of services. Otherwise, it can be a heavenly place for any customers. I hope they will provide better services for others. Anyway, I am demanding a compensation from Booking.com for having no internet there. It is because when I booked, Booking.com showed me that this place had internet facility.

• رشا (1/5): - فقط المرافقه هاجر بنت موجوده فى مكان غلط للاسف خصاره عملها فى مكان مثل هذا الحشرات ب الغرفه المياه تقطع لأسباب غير مقنعه الحمام دائما بيه مياه على الأرض السرير ملياته لم تكن نظيفه حقيقة كانت أسواء اقامه غير أن كل شويه تلاقى الباب بيفتح والحمد لله انى كنت قافل القفل اطفال تريد دخول الغرفه ليلا اصوات شباب فى الممر الغرف أصواتهم عاليه مزعجه الخ غير ان الاستقبال كان سى جدا وموظفين غير مبتسمين وكل شىء بطى ونظام عقيم سيدات تعمل على طاوله طعام واسفلها مياه فى الارض مسربه من التكيف وانتظرت وقت فى الريسبشن لأجد موظف . وبعدها انتظر تصوير هويتى وبعدها لازم الدفع قبل دخول الغرفه . وعرفت لما بعد الاقامه . لا انصح احد بزيارته

No available bellman to carry the bags. Rooms were not clean enough. I asked for “one big sized bed”. They gove me 2 small beds as one big sized bed. The oriental breakfast was disaster.

Very safe being inside military complex. Cons: Very Old furniture. Difficult to reach being inside military complex. Parking is around 5 min walking from the rooms. Not a good option if you don’t have a car as Taxis or uber won’t come inside the complex

Gets disconnected everytime and had to go to the reception to get it connected again! Also their could be more variety in breakfast.
