• Rachelle (10/5): It was awesome, will definitely stay again and highly recommended! - It’s super spacious! We had no problems unpacking/packing multiple suitcases. Every night after a long day, we have space to store all our day’s purchases without worrying we will accidentally trip ourselves. Everything is clean, bathroom has bathtub so you can relax and soak urself after thousands of steps. Not like is such a string word here. So maybe let’s just say what the challenges were. The toilet room space is a bit small as we are people on the chubby side so kinda challenging to navigate yourself in it but not a deal breaker. Location was a bit of a walk to JR Sugamo Station but tip is to head over to Grandma’s Harajuku street on the way so u see cafes, stores, bakeries, on the way to the station. Bathtub doesn’t have its own dedicated faucet so u will need shower head to fill it with water. They also don’t have drinking glasses so best to bring a tumbler or your own cup from kombinis.

• Nurhudah (9/5): Convenient location - Convenient location near Ekimae Shopping street, Sugamo Station and bus 63. I stayed for 6 nights…Could have provided broom or floor wipes for customers to clean the floors while staying there. Could provide more toilet paper.
• Man Fung (9/5): - 晚上10點才到步取匙資料清晰，住咗五晚洗咗三次衫，足夠地方晾衣，廁所有冷暖氣和抽濕功能非常好，通知客服取廁紙和毛巾，回應很快，第二天已放掛門上。 第一次在東京住民宿感覺良好。 因為每晚很夜歸來，巢鴨站出口附近有食肆的，但越接近民宿就比較黑暗和冷清，需要行15分鐘到達，遇上有兩晚下雨就比較麻煩了。 雖然路途有點遙遠，但屋內設備齊全清潔貼心，推介入住的。

• ナタリ (8/5): A really pleasant stay. Good to stay for a few days. - Calm, not too far from the station. The sun in the room in the morning is a blessing. It would be nice to have cleaning equipment like a vacuum or a broom in the room for long stays. There were no white curtains at the window, which was a little bit annoying for privacy. Although there is an elevator, it requires to climb up or down stairs to get to it.

• ERINA (3/5): 同じ地区で前回泊まったとこが、数倍良かった。次は泊まらない。 - 掃除が行き届いていない。 床がちゃんと掃除されてなく、一見綺麗そうだが、埃がたまっている。 風呂は見た目は綺麗だが、実際は浴槽内がザラザラで汚かった。 シャワーの穴が、カルキで詰まっているし、下から見たら汚い。 あげく、洗濯したかったが、洗剤の箱が空で中身が入っていなかった。

• William (8/5): - Very quiet neighborhood. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was great as it got very cold at night. We were only a few minutes walk from 7-11, shops, supermarkets, cafes,restaurants and many attractions. Sugamo train station is about 10 minutes walk away which is great for seeing the rest of the city. Pay attention to the email sent and follow the instructions given for opening the key box as it's a combination lock which you may never of used before. I had not but lucky the video in the email helped a lot and I had no issues. We will stay here again.

• Michelle (10/5): Great value, cozy space to relax after a busy day in Tokyo - The room is very spacious and had everything we needed. The appliances and tools were all easy to use and had straightforward instructions. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with several shops for a quick meal within walking distance. There's 4 convenience stores nearby from our count and a drug store close. Support was responsive and very gracious with checkout. Great value for money, specially in a neighborhood like this in Tokyo. Not really a deal breaker but be aware that the nearest train station is at least 5 minutes away. Very central though when reaching other stations in the Yamanote Line (Ueno and Shibuya are pretty close).

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. Check in was very easy. The listing has multiple room types, so it’s good to check the details before booking. Overall, a great stay. Nothing to complain about.

There is no broom or vacuum cleaner to clean during a long stay. There also is a need for a towel to wipe dishes. If the suitcase is heavy, it takes some strength to bring it to the elevator.

Tiene lavadora, secadora y cocineta completa.

• Alexis (7/5): Bien mais loin - C’est propre, le lit principal dispose d’une bonne literie. La salle de bain est propre et fonctionnelle. Le quartier est tranquille Le deuxième lit est dur comme de la pierre. C’est assez loin de la station ( 10minutes ) qui est desservi par la Mita-Line donc une rame de métro très peu pratique si vous souhaitez vous déplacez dans les hot-spots de Tokyo. Le quartier est connu pour être le quartier des retraités donc pas grand chose à faire.

• CHENGYEH (10/5): 性價比超級高、乾淨整潔又舒服、很適合背包客。 - 標準雙人床，有空調丶小廚房、冰箱、微波爐、熱水瓶,而且都維持得很乾淨。依照指示很順利就拿到鑰匙。房間寬敞覺得舒服。 距離JR鴨巢10-12分鐘的距離、附近沒有超級市場和超商、對面的公寓可以直視房間，所以晚上不適合拉開窗簾。

L'appartamento è a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Sugamo, collegata dalla metro e dalla Yamanote Line con le più importanti stazioni della città. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e accogliente. Niente di importante, nel complesso è una buona soluzione per qualche notte.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was proactive and quick to respond to any queries. The location is a bit of a distance from the station, though it is walkable. We noticed someone's T-shirt left in the gap beside the washing machine, but otherwise the place was clean and comfortable.
