• Leon (10/5): Fijne ligging, klein maar praktisch en comfortabel appartement - Wat vooral beviel aan het appartement is de perfecte ligging. Je zit op loopafstand van het strand en de oude binnenstad, maar toch in een rustige omgeving, waardoor je echt kunt ontsnappen aan de drukte. Ook zijn er winkels dichtbij voor de dagelijkse boodschappen en is het openbaar vervoer goed en makkelijk bereikbaar. Daarnaast was het appartement erg schoon en goed verzorgd, wat bij aankomst direct een prettig gevoel gaf. Het bed lag heerlijk en zorgde voor een fijne, uitgeruste nachtrust om de dag goed te beginnen. Wat iets minder beviel, was dat de douche aan de kleine kant is. Dat is wel begrijpelijk gezien de beschikbare ruimte, maar het voelt daardoor wat krap aan. Ook was de keukenuitrusting wat beperkt, vooral qua pannen. Voor een snel ontbijt is het prima, maar uitgebreid koken is daardoor wat minder praktisch.
• chouraki (9/5): Parfait ! - Logement parfait, bien équipé et propre, lit très confortable avec immense tv en face. Correspond parfaitement aux photos et proche de la mer. Je recommande. Aurait préfère avoir une couette et des grandes serviettes de douche.
• Emma (7/5): - Great location, modern apartment. Host was friendly and contactable. Easy self check in and out. This is a basement apartment so no natural light / hard to dry clothes. You can hear noise from the street, upstairs flat, water boiler and fridge whilst sleeping.

• Job (10/5): Perfect, just what I needed. - Perfect place and one of the friendliest hosts I've ever had. I would totally recommend this place for short stays because you got everything you need, and you are 2 minutes walking away from the closest beach. I would really like to thank Silva for her amazing assistance, she helped me out with an international package-delivery and I am really grateful for her help. Silva offers even more apartments, be sure to ask her about availability if you're in Split! On rainy days it's a little dark.

• Andrea (9/5): Cool heaven in the hottest weather. - Stayed for one night on a trip. Amazing location, near old town. I loved the sub terrain feature, in the hottest weather it was heavenly to go to the cool apartment. We didn't even need the AC during the night. Modern flat, a few hundred meters from the beach.. A paper towel or kitchen towel would have been great for our coffee making.

• Appelhans (10/5): It was perfect - It is a small apartment (as shown in the pictures, of course) and we stayed 3 days. But its so well made and furnished, we never felt boxed in at all. In fact, it was really cozy and comfortable. On top of that, it only takes a few minutes to reach the sea so it was just perfect for us. The host was very kind and explained everything, so communication was really easy as well. We cannot recommend this enough and would return if we ever visit the area again.

• Petar (10/5): A tastefully decorated apartment located near the city centre, ideal for professionals. - The apartment is ideally located just a short walk from Bačvice Beach. It is a basement unit with a window positioned higher up on the wall, but it still receives plenty of natural light. The street is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest, and the comfortable bed further enhances that experience. The building is clearly marked with the number 7, making it easy to find, and accessing the small key cupboard was straightforward. Just be sure to take the keys with you, as the doors only have handles on the inside. I was impressed by the thoughtful design of the space and how immaculately clean everything was. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; you just have to pick up some groceries and start cooking. There's ample storage space for two people.

Great location - near to the city, intercity bus station, ferry, airport shuttlebus as well as walking area along the sea with a small beach where one can watch beautiful sunsets. Nice, helpful and responsive owner. I definitely recommend Center Beach Apartament.

The owners also provided a thorough list of food recommendations that were very good! Was in the basement so not a great view which didn’t worry us but maybe for someone expecting a view.

There are supermarkets and beach nearby. About the host: always attentive to anything we need, very practical check-in and check-out. • Coraleen (10/5): Great little Apartment in Split - The property is 50m from the beach. Very easy access and only a few stairs. Great shower and comfortable bed. All the kitchen utensils you need are supplied. Extra room off the kitchen for your luggage as Apartment is compact. Host was excellent allowing us early entry which was very appreciated. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the towels.

• David (4/5): Cramped - Equipment / furniture was to a high standard, but too much and too big. Inadequate space in a very awkward shape. Window was below footpath level. Felt it was leftover space in stub end of the cellar. No way out of the bed for the one on the inside. Thankful it was only one night.

• Katarina (10/5): This was the first time booking this apartment but not the last time, I for sure will be back. - Everything was close to the apartment, the store, the beach. Riva is a 10 min walk from there also. And taxi around split cost about 3€ which is a good price. The apartment is very modern the TV has Netflix and it adjust to different languages. The owners are very friendly and quick to answer anything of you concernings. I would definitely give this place a 11/10 and I highly recommend you if you ever want to go to split to book here. Great for one or two people. Loved everything:)

• Alexandra (9/5): We enjoyed it & would recommend it to anyone we know who doesn't need a lot of space. - Location was great. Lovely neighborhood, convenient to beach & Old Town. Host provided good good communication. Apartment description was a little different than the reality, but we knew it would be a small space, so we weren't unpleasantly surprised. There's a trick to getting the key to the apartment (not the building) to open. It took us awhile to figure out what worked. Some instructions before arrival describing how to do it would help. At first we were worried we couldn't get in.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything a traveller needs. There's even an oven!! 😍 The self check-in method instructions given by the host are super detailed to make it easy for anyone to retrieve the key and to enter the apartment, so that I had no difficulty checking in :) Wi-Fi is super fast, the bed is comfortable, the interior is modern and cool, and it's super clean in the apartment... • Emi (10/5): Small, modern apartment close to Split Old Town - We only had one night in Split and this was a great option for us and met all our needs. Ideal for solo traveler or two people. 15 min easy walk from ferry and about 10 min to Old Town/Palace area. Very modern (super AC and hot water!) and comfortable (comfy bed!) small apartment on the lower level of a quiet residential building (walk down the driveway and the entrance is around the backside of the building, no sign). Silva was a nice, cheerful host who was very helpful with instructions on doing a self check-in. Many thanks, Silva, for all your help with our luggage and for the early airport transfer, much appreciated!

Location is superb, only a 2 minutes walk to Bacvice Beach and 10 minute walk to the city centre, also Konzum is just 2 minutes away. Apartment was very clean, everything felt brand new, and it was equipped with everything to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Hosts are very friendly and super helpful, and flexible with the check-in/check out time which was highly appreciated. We also felt the bed was a bit too hard to sleep on (very objective matter of course), and after I messaged Silva, in 30 minutes she knocked on the door with a brand new matress that she went out and bought! 10/10 for the 5 nights we stayed there, highly reccomend!
