Acho que a recepção impacta bastante na experiência. - Adorei tudo, desde a nossa recepção pelo Sr. Zé Luis até o check-out com a Sra. Veronica. A única coisa que eu mudaria seria o colchão, que pra mim, que estou acostumada com ele mais firme achei meio mole mas não impactou na nossa excelente experiência não.
