• Angeline (6/5): - Location was convenient. 1. Sink had no stopper. As a result, it was choked as previous guests had drop all sorts of things into it. 2. A few lights had non-working bulbs, which staff was not able to replace fully. 3. Iron plate was nearly all black out. I didn't realise it and spoilt my shirt, which I trying to iron. 4. Shower head definitely can do with some cleaning. 5. One of the sofa's leg had come off. The sofa was resting on the ledge. 6. Noise from renovation works was constantly audible throughout the stay starting as early as before 8 am.

One of the dressing table light wire damaged. Flooring very bad . Fridge and microwave not working. Kitchen utensil Not clean and broken. Night had cockroach in the room. No pleasant smell. I booked this room by reading all reviews. Pls upgrade the room condition.

And the location perfect as it situated just inside the times square mall, night time just a walking distance of 10 minutes to jalan alor food market, pavilion, and bukit bintang walk. Overall very nice! The tv however is not a smart tv, so they don't have any netflix or anything except just a very blur tv channel. However the have wifi which is great.

• John (8/5): An older but spacious and comfortable apartment in an outstanding location - The on-site staff, Mr Tuhin, was amazing - he was attentive, available, warm and helpful. The apartment that was assigned to me on the 41st floor was spacious and comfortable, and the night view was spectacular! The location couldn't have been better for public transport, great food, and excellent retail options in the immediate vicinity. It's an 20+ year-old apartment and it's showing, especially in terms of furnishing and maintenance. The bathroom and kitchenette were far from spotless, and the cleaners need to do a much more thorough job. Some lightbulbs were missing, the toilet seat is slightly cracked, and the TV reception isn't great.

Über 60 Minuten im Times Square gewartet und wusste nicht, wo Check in ist. Erst nachdem ich es geschafft habe die Nummer anzurufen, kam jemand zu mir und brachte mich zum Zimmer. 200 Ringgit Deposit für Zimmerkarte. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bad ist alt und rostig. Im gesamten Hotel laufen kleine Kakerlaken rum. Fernseher ohne Smart TV.

• NUR AIN DEYANA BINTI (4/5): not really good. please upgrade the toilet and do the maintenance for the room. - view, large space and the bed only because has one single bed extra. toilet very smelly, dirty, bath tub has rust, the light is dim not bright. the toilet door rust at the bottom. shower glass also dirty. water heater at kitchen looks very old with yellow stain. the room not pretty at all. very old fashioned. not worth the money. at first the staff want to change my room. i have booked separate room from my friend. but when we want to check in, he said can only prepare one room and need to combine room with my friend. when we do not want, he want to refund. luckily after almost 3 pm he manage to provide another room for my friend. very irresponsible. if u dont have enough room, u should tell us early at least a week before we check in. they should manage properly after customer has booked.

• Timothy Edward (7/5): Amazing location, big and comfortable with view over the city. - Location within Time Square is unbeatable. Swimming pool is fantastic. Apartment is very comfortable and roomy. Views out over the city at night are great. Just not this is an apartment managed by a private host (essentially and AirBnB style). There is no front desk. Someone has to meet you with a key and hand it over. We had some minor issues and it was then a hard job communicating with the guy who gave us the key. He would not listen and hung up on my, twice! So this style of apartment is a bit of a lottery. Eventually his boss took over the interactions and he was great and everything ran smoothly. I would still highly recommend this place, but just note the checkin-checkou arrangements. Also note they require 100 rinngit deposit in cash for security - refunded on check out. Also, while comfortable, the apartment it quite tired - worn carpet, tape on the couch. I really didn't care but think for a small cost some minimal maintenance would go a long way.

• Suvian (7/5): Great location. - Location is very good. Above Bejaya Times Square Mall. Just 5 mins walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, 10mins walk to Pavilion. 10mins grab to KLCC. Apartment is spacious and host responsive and got it quickly fixed when the toilet bowl was clogged. Apartment furnitures are dated, bedsheets had stains. Must request for toothbrushes for them to be provided.

• Jake (8/5): Very good - All staff from concierge to cleaning staff to hosts were exceptional and only eager to assist and facilitate requests. We had been disappointed by our initial room but having politely brought the concerns to management, they didn’t hesitate to move us to a much more preferable suite. Well located on the Imbi metro line, directly above an unusually large mall, a walkable area with no shortage of eateries and necessities. The rooms are a bit tired, but for the price, difficult to complain about. One alarming discovery was quite extensive black mold beneath the kitchen counter which really needs addressing and fast.

Pictures shown in the app was not what it is upon checking in,the room was not in good state as a traveller least the host could do is to paint the room.. fridge was not working..bath tub was in a bad condition..water pressure for shower head is less.. tv was jus a show n reception was bad..air-con was good and cold thou.Nevertheless,the stay was jus a pleasant one..hope the host,could hv revamp the rooms by having it painted,repair or replace old wardrobe,change to a new lcd tv and lastly the smell of an insectiside spray..
