• Natalia (10/5): Все понравилось. Очень комфортные аппараты - Приятные аппараты. Очень чисто. Ухоженная территория. В аппаратах есть все необходимое. Вся техника в рабочем состоянии, все функционирует отлично. Симпатичная посуда. Менеджер заранее все нюансы проживания и проезда/прохода в аппаратах сообщил. Наше пребывание прошло в комфорте. Спасибо! Дорога рядом, немного шумновато бывает, если едет тяжелый грузовик - хорошо слышно. Но с другой стороны близость дороги - это плюс, если гости на машине. Подъехать/выехать без проблем и без пробок

• Elena (10/5): Superb - **Wonderful new apartments!** They have absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron, and all the necessary kitchenware. The bed is large and very comfortable, and the pillows are excellent. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. There is also a swimming pool, a sunbathing area, and a beautiful garden on the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. We would also like to especially mention Anna’s care, kindness, and friendliness. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! ❤️ -

• Maksim (5/5): Все нормально, спасибо. - Нормальные, уютные апартаменты. Дружелюбный персонал, управляющая Аня всегда на связи и быстро решает любые вопросы — большое спасибо! Единственный существенный минус для меня — окна выходят на оживлённую дорогу, где идёт активное движение транспорта, включая грузовики. С открытыми окнами спать невозможно, даже при закрытых довольно шумно. Но это субъективно — кому-то, возможно, не будет мешать. В целом, достойный вариант для проживания. Фотографии и описание полностью соответствует.
• Irina (10/5): Erholung in der Natur - Die Unterkunft war direkt am Wald, das konnte man sogar riechen. Man ist somit umgeben von der schönen Natur: zahlreiche Vögel und sogar Wildschweine haben wir an mehreren Tagen gesichtet. Gleichzeitig sind alle notwendigen Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Alles war perfekt für uns! Große Straße in der Nähe

Има хубава градина, басейн и джакузи, където атмосферата е приятна и cnoкойна. Освен това е много близо до старият град и центъра. Много ви благодарим, ще ви посетим отново! Препоръчваме го!!!

Удобная кровать, шикарный диван, большой телевизор, свой балкон + небольшой бассейн на улице. Удобная система заселения.

• Kausar (7/5): If you are looking for a more quiet neighbourhood not too far from Marmaris beach/ marina - It was located in a quiet neighbourhood so you are surrounded by not too much noise. The apartment was cosy, especially the living room and it has balcony where you could sit outside. It offers swimming pool and jacuzzi. Although it has swimming pool, the water was freezing cold and the swimming pool was near the road so you could hear the cars passing by. The bathroom was really small, I couldn’t put away my belongings. Also we could hear the buzzer if someone enters the building. You could walk to the marina but it takes you at least 10 minutes, with car is possible but the roads are so crowded.

Ja vecāks cilvēks var būt grūtāk uzkāpt par stāvāku uzkalniu,bet arī tur ir padomāts un ik pa brīdim ir novietoti soliņi., Laba saziņa jau pirms ierašanās. Vieta patiešām jauka. Liels plus stāvvieta turpat aiz vārtiem,apkārt kameras un patstāvīgi personāls ir turpat līdzās,ja tas ir nepieciešams. Bet pati pilsēta diemžēl neuzrunāja ,žēl ,ka šī māja neatrodas Antālijā vai netālu no tās.Paldies Jums visiem par viesmīlību 10 no 10. Nepatika pati pilsēta diemžēl.

• Sofia (7/5): O apartamento é optimo, mas tem que melhorar a comunicação antes do check in! - O apartamento é novo, bonito e bem equipado. O espaço exterior é muito bonito e bem cuidado, apesar das galinhas! Fica localizado numa zona residencial, perto de uma estrada principal, a uma curta caminhada do centro de Marmaris, mesmo com crianças! - O email com as instruções do check in é enviado no proprio dia mesmo antes da hora prevista de chegada, o que não tendo sido avisado previamente e estando de férias, é fácil que escape a informação. Assim, a chegada não é agradável. Não tem uma campaínha (também não tem ninguém para abrir a porta, pelo que daria igual). Fomos recebidos por alguém que não entendemos bem se cuida só do espaço exterior ou é proprietário, que nos deu algumas instruções num tom de desprezo, apesar do inglês fluente; - Haviam galinhas no jardim, pelo que o piso e espreguiçadeiras estavam todos sujos; - Apesar de termos pedido a cama no sofá cama, ela não estava montada e tivemos de andar à procura de roupa para fazer a cama. - Pela estrada principal tem uma zona de estacionamento muito pequena.

Уборка всегда на высшем уровне, в апартаментах идеально чисто. Проживание принесло нам огромное удовольствие, хочется вернуться сюда снова! 🌸

Staff spoke no English, difficult to get any information about the property. Staff didn’t seem approachable and were a bit unfriendly. Parking situation is very difficult.

• Koz (9/5): Would go again - Super picturesque apartments with good location. Pictures are accurate. It is away from hustle and bustle for a quite nights sleep but close enough to walk everywhere. Don't expect daily room service.
• Tiziana (10/5): - Anna the Host was absolutely amazing. She provided so many recommendations to us, in particular the best restaurant in Marmaris just down the street. The apartment was clean, new and had everything we needed. It was only a short walking, just over 1 km, distance from the marina and old town. It was located in a suburban area but that meant the bakeries, restaurants and shops were more authentic rather than tourist oriented. I would highly recommend this accommodation! The only down side was that the accommodation was located on the top of a steep hill, but meant we could burn off our indulgent meals.

• Kate (10/5): Amazing oasis with beautiful pool area! - Absolutely loved our stay. A short 5min stroll to the old town/harbour. Felt like a little oasis on a hot day. The pool area was delightful and we use it every day during our stay. Had dinner 50m down the hill at Memed Ocakdasi which was fabulous. Rooms were perfect. Really nice design with everything you would hope for. Highly recommend this place! Nothing.

• Emily (10/5): Amazing, relaxing and luxurious - We stayed here for 1 month, one of the best places I have ever stayed, everywhere is spotless, the staff are so friendly, the outdoor area is so nice and the whole vibe is just relaxing and spa like. We needed to book an extra day but unfortunately it was fully booked, however Ahmed went above and beyond to help us (as always) and helped us book an apartment a few minutes down the road. Ahmed helped us with all kinds throughout our whole trip and was always very friendly and polite. Couldn’t fault this place and will definitely be back.

• Shradha (7/5): Attitude needs to match with property - It’s very well done, good furnishing, working equipment, looks nice It’s a very difficult address to navigate to for foreigners- easier would be to give what3words location. Parking is poor, I had to go in the night to move my car because someone wanted to leave. There is washing machine but no washing powder, guests coming for a day or two shouldn’t be expected to buy washing powder, similarly for our 3 days stay there was only two sachet of coffee and only one drinking water bottle. Least they could do was top it up, costs pennies

• Adam (10/5): Very peaceful hub to explore Marmaris. Go to Turunç! - Great space to rest if you want to be a bit away from everyone. We were here for 10 days, so it was perfect to have a kitchen, and lounge to watch a Netflix show occasionally. Lovely outside area, the fluffy chickens are so sweet. The hosts are very accommodating, and will organise anything for you. The bed is great. You are given a few dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper. It a very well kitted out apartment. It’s walking distance to the Marina, and Memed Ocakbaşi that you must go for dinner. Otherwise a scooter is a good idea as Marmaris is big. ‪+90 545 691 42 46‬ Hussain has good priced bikes. We sleep with ear plugs so it didn’t bother us, but there is a swishing sound of water in the bedroom every time someone showers or flushes the toilet. And late at night it can be annoying. So bring ear plugs and you will sleep like a baby. Maybe some cooking oil would be great for the first day.

The amenities such as the stove, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, and full size fridge/freezer were really nice to have. The apartment felt like home by the end of the trip. Despite being on the bottom floor, we used our outside seating area frequently. Additionally, the pool area was spectacular and looks just like the photos. The apartment is on top of a hill so it could maybe be a problem if you are not prepared for a moderatley steep walk. However, this was advertised with the booking.

We were assigned a pool view room which was lovely waking up to every morning. The apartment feels like home. It has full kitchen facilities, the apartment is very clean and modern and has a comfy bed 😊

The suite is large, you have everything you need in the kitchen for a longer stay! It is not soundproofed well, you can hear noises from other rooms! Check out at 10:00!
