• Lucy (7/5): Clean and spacious - Very big a spacious and modern was surprised. The front door was often left open and the stairs and hallway did seem run down and unsafe. However walking into the room I was pleasantly surprised.

L'appartamento doveva ospitare 4 persone, al nostro arrivo il divano letto era rotto e inutilizzabile. Abbiamo fatto subito presente il disagio all'host ma NIENTE è stato fatto. L'host ha più volte promesso un rimborso che non ha mai effettuato, anzi è sparito non rispondendo più alle richieste né da parte mia né da parte di Booking. Divano e coperta in dotazione erano terribilmente sporchi. Il lavandino del bagno parzialmente ostruito e di difficile utilizzo. Abbiamo fatto presente tutto ma niente è stato fatto in nostro supporto. Attenzione perchè per effettuare il check in chiedono anche una caparra di 100sterline, facendo trovare un ambiente già con mobili rotti.

Magari suggeriamo che si po - La camera, il letto comodo, la pulizia ,l’insonorizzazione, i sistemi dei codici di sicurezza. La vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto. La cordialità comunque del personale anche a fronte di parziali incomprensioni indicate di seguito. Le numerose e ripide rampe di scale per accedere all’appartamento. I solleciti per ricevere i codici di accesso anche dopo aver inviato i documenti richiesti dalla struttura.

• Vera (9/5): Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden - Modern und funktional, sehr einfache Kommunikation mit Mariah, alles soweit wie beschrieben. Direkt an U-Bahnstation mit perfekter Anbindung auch an die Busse. Nur 2 Gläser, wenig Küchenausstattung, Z.B. kein Öffner/Korkenzieher, Nachts recht laut- Fenster müssen geschlossen bleiben.

• Philipp (7/5): Der Flur und das Treppenhaus sind pfui, dafür ist die Unterkunft hui! - Lage, Design/Einrichtung, Größe, Ausstattung Das Besteck war leider sehr schmutzig. Der Schwamm für den Abwasch hatte leider auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Ansonsten war es recht sauber. Die Dusche war etwas soft und das Warmwasser ist relativ flott aufgebraucht. Das Fenster ließ sich ebenfalls leider nicht öffnen, sodass die Luft immer etwas stickig war.

• Isabelle (8/5): Studio parfait pour découvrir Londres - Studio spacieux, lumineux, très bonne literie, fonctionnel, douche spacieuse et neuve, quartier animé, nombreux restaurants, pubs et supermarchés à proximité et station de métro à quelques mètres. Accès facile grâce aux codes fournis, pas de risque de perdre la clé ! Un peu bruyant (trains et voitures) car les fenêtres laissent passer les bruits de la rue.

• Cartwright (2/5): Do not stay - would not recommend this place ! - The room was okay, area was near a tube station. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. When we first arrived, the room was standard but we had to go to the shops to provide our own toilet paper. The second night we stayed, we came back from a concert. We got back to the room around 11:30pm, the ground floor room was fine to get into but the door code was not working on the third floor. After phoning the host twice with no response, she finally messaged back and we were able to get into the area to get into the room by forcing the door handle up ( we never opened it that way before). My friend and I felt unsafe, so we decided to check if the door was working - she stayed on the inside and I went on the outside, so if it didn’t work she could let me back in. The door handle then completely broke, i was stuck outside the room waiting area and my friend was stuck in. On the outside, the lights were off and it was terrifying, on the inside my friend was trapped in a third floor room with no way of getting out. Anyone with the code could of got in to the building, i was completely trapped on the outside of the door with no where to go. Not only this being a huge fire hazard, I was stuck outside the room for another hour, with little help from the host. I have a chronic illness and it caused me great distress being stuck outside with out my medication. I felt that the hostess was not helpful, she kept stalling and saying ‘1-2mins’ which was giving us false hope. The next day, once we had left, i asked for compensation for the stress of that night, the host would only reply when i chased her for a response. I never heard anything back from booking.com or the host. This is unacceptable as they had a huge error on their behalf, and didn’t even care to resolve it. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

The location was great, the space was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and communication was easy and smooth throughout our stay. Carolina was very kind, helpful, and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The only small note is that the sofa bed was a bit hard to sleep on. Aside from that, everything was excellent and we would happily stay here again. Thank you, Carolina, for the wonderful hospitality!

• debora (4/5): C'è tanto da migliorare, ma per due persone che non si formalizzano sulla zona - Lo studio si trova vicinissimo alla metropolitana invece la puoi sentire tranquillamente dallo studio. Il quartiere è tipico della periferia Londinese, insomma non proprio adatto a famiglie. Lo studio è pulito ma decisamente piccolo, non vi sono stoviglie per cucinare e piano cottura, vi è solo la possibilità di fare colazione ( bollitore, macchina nespresso virtuo bella ma difficile trovare le compatibili nella zona, tostapane, 4 tazze, 2 bicchieri, posate). Per tre persone adulto lo sconsiglio vivamente io ho dovuto dormire su un divano letto che la parte finale nn aveva i piedi e poi asse centrale del divano ti punta nella schena e anche i grossi bottoni del divano. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il codice di accesso perchè inviato errato ma prontamente rimandato dove avere fatto presente la situazione. Non sono venuti anche dopo vari solleciti a vedere la situazione del divano. Cambio del divano con un reale posto letto , ho dormito sui cuscini .
• Marc (8/5): Wonderful flat ideal for visiting Bethnal Green area. - Ease of booking, communication from Carolina was great and entry instructions clear and concise. Beautiful, clean property that is well maintained and looked after. Excellent location for what we wanted, great public transport nearby. Noise from the street throughout the night particularly car horns. I have mobility problems and the stairs were a struggle.
• Habiba Zara (1/5): - The location was near train station I had a different studio given die to my foot injury. I lost 1 days money as they didn't have the room ready or give me the code. When asked did not try to compensate my lost 1 days money in any way. The second one was on the main road and studio one has no double glazing. From 6qm there are cars sirens. All night a car alarm kept going off. On the 25th December I was in bed and an unknown man unlocked and opened the studio door. I was not informed housekeeping was coming. The person didn't knock or announce they will come in. I informed the person directly. They said sorry but no compensation or anything. I was really upset as I in a vulnerable situation in bed. I spoke and cried. Felt unsafe

• Simona (7/5): posizione perfetta, ma appartamento massimo per 3 persone - della struttura mi è piaciuta la posizione attaccata ad ogni mezzo utile, struttura pulita, calda, presente macchina del caffè, bollitore, phon, non ci sono chiavi ma solo password per accedere, carolina super presente e disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio, ho avuto un problema iniziale con il divano letto ed è stata efficiente. il riscaldamento è autonomo, hai molte luci, microonde, posate, ferro da stiro. il mio consiglio è di prendere un divano letto più comodo, inserire uno specchio e rivedere la porta del bagno. manca uno specchio intero, una presa corrente in bagno, il divano letto é troppo scomodo ed aprendolo occupa tutta la stanza, noi eravamo in 4 e non ci si poteva muovere, ho dormito per terra ed è stato più comodo del divano, nonostante ciò siamo stati bene perché tornavamo a casa solo per cambiarci e dormire e dopo aver visto le recensioni e lo stato degli altri alloggi in giro questo era il migliore. inoltre la porta del bagno scorrevole non si chiude totalmente

It has a very central location and the staff are very friendly. It was excellent value for money and there was great communication with management .

Carolina tried to help as quickly as she could, but we eventually had to leave, and it negatively affected our holiday Afterwards, the hot water system was also problematic. the water flow was weak and would sometimes stop after a while The room needs better maintenance in these areas, and with a few design improvements and additions, the overall atmosphere could be much better and room would be easily 8+

Camera pulita e confortevole. Consigliato! Unico piccolo aspetto da segnalare: la camera risultava un po’ rumorosa, cosa comunque comprensibile vista la posizione centrale. I serramenti sono migliorabili e i letti possono risultare un po’ scomodi per le persone più alte.

• Paul (6/5): Very noisy but fair lodgings for the price - The bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was also clean and the kitchenette facilities were handy to have. It was in a great geographic location for the cost. The single glazing and old fashioned wooden windows mean all of the noise from outside are very loud - a busy road, a nearby train track, weather and wind. The rooms walls are thin or doors are flimsy and so you can hear the people in other rooms very clearly. The shower is a bit of a dribble - nice facilities but poor water pressure It’s up a number of flights of stairs on the third floor above ground with no lift option The sofa bed thing in the room was heavily stained and dirty
• Kristine (9/5): Great little studio in NE Londo - Great location close to Bethnal Green underground and less than a mile from Whitechapel. Clean and spacious unit for 2ppl. Comfortable bed. We loved all the great restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores too. Carolina was quick to respond to all our messages. It was super helpful to be able to leave our luggage a few hours before checkin. Many have mentioned the stairs. The quantity didn’t bother us but there were no lights in the morning and it’s dark until nearly 8am! Also the ceiling is low on the staircase. My husband had to duck (he’s 6’ / 1.8m). WiFi was a bit spotty at times. Neighborhood can be noisy but there was a fan (white noise apps help too).

• amandeep (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - Location was fabulous, a stone's throw from Bethnal Green tube station. Bed was comfortable, shower room lovely. Don't book this if you don't like stairs! Felt like a mammoth task to get to the top.

The mattress was comfy and there was a coffee machine too! I would actually like a real host, someone to welcome us but I understand the price might be different. It would be nice for the entrance and stairs to be cleaner and more welcoming.

• Katja (7/5): Will come back again when windows and sofabed are changed 😅 - Apartment was in a great place. Should mention that there are a bunch of steps to walk up to the apartment. Interior was nice and new, except that sofabed and windows. Couldn’t close the window, and it was a bit chilly. Windows were super thin so there was a lot of noise coming from outside. We got an extra duvet after a cold first night. Sofabed is horrendous! Not suitable for sleeping. We asked to get a topper for the sofabed, but it didn’t help, since the metal rods are in the surface. Had to sleep sideways pillows underneath legs.

• Gabriella (8/5): A pótágyat leszámítva rendben volt minden. - A szállás tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes. Jó volt, hogy volt konyha . Könnyű volt a bejutás. A szállás forgalmas helyen van, zajos. Ezt tetőzte még az is, hogy az ablakot nem lehetett rendesen csukni, olyan érzés volt mintha nyitva lenne. Some coat hangers in the wardrobe and an iron would be useful additions .

• caroline (8/5): I would recommend - Location to public transport and other amenities including sites. Clean and the security to the apartment. Climbing up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Freezer was totally filled with ice and needed to cleaned out. No coffee pods and coat hangers.

• Maria Provvidenza (8/5): Strategic base for visiting London - The apartment was comfortable, well-furnished, and full of artificial lighting. Everything was in working order, including the hairdryer, smart TV, microwave, fridge, and vacuum cleaner. There was also a coffee machine, toaster, iron, and kettle available, though we didn’t use them. Everything was clean, and there were enough towels provided. The double bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the two pillows per person. The neighborhood is lively and multicultural. We really enjoyed it, but it may not be for everyone—it depends on what you're looking for in a trip. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. The location is excellent: the metro station is right outside the building, which makes it a strategic base for visiting London and its surroundings. The area also offers several markets, a Starbucks, Briq (a great spot for breakfast), and many other useful services. Finally, we truly appreciated Carolina’s availability and kindness throughout our stay. The sofa bed for our children was quite uncomfortable, as it didn’t have a proper mattress. One major downside was the old window frames, which let in a lot of drafts and didn’t block out the noise from the street.

• Pernilla (6/5): Perfekt boende för 2 - Läget, badrummet och köksvrå är fräscht, sängen var skön- perfekt för 2 personer. Bäddsoffan var inte för en vuxen ( och den var hemskt solkig) det här är ett boende för 2 vuxna o eventuellt ett barn. Det är en vindslägenhet och väldigt varm på sommaren.

The apartment should be advertised for 2 people only. The iron had stains on it so couldn't use it. Were no coffee or tea available.
• Codie (10/5): 3 Night Stay - My host was Carolina, she was incredible. Fast replies, as well as answering all my queries. The place was clean and tidy, plenty of space and facilities offered Not much really, there were a few stains, but it didn't ruin anything, and even so, the place felt really clean. The water pressure was lower than what i'm used to but can't be helped, so again, I'm not really a complaint
• Biagio (10/5): A great and comfortable place for short stays. - The place is very conveniently located, in front of the Bethnal Green tube station, and very close to various restaurants. Carolina, the virtual host, is fantastic and responds immediately to queries. Check-in instructions were very clear. The shower is very functional. The studio has a kitchenette corner with a microwave and ample cupboard space. However, there is no hob, so guests will need to plan their meals accordingly. An iron and ironing board would be another useful addition for those staying for business purposes.
• Poppy (10/5): It was in the perfect location! We loved our stay! - Carolina was a massive help! Our stay was lovely and we had everything we needed. Carolina was prompt and organised, we had our key code before even arriving to the property! We loved it! Thank you Carolina for our stay!
• Noah (3/5): PLEASE READ before booking - This small apartment isn't really bad for the money, it's an okay size and the windows fully open so it allows enough air into the room. This is the first place I have used a virtual assistant, and for this it worked well, instant response with a few solutions for the issues. Although this apartment wasn't that bad for the money, it wasn't clean and needed some work. There was hair in the shower, missing skirting board, and many marks on the walls. If you are going to stay here be warned the building is rough, and there are alot of stairs, I definitely only recommend two people. Altogether, there were three of us a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed was worthy of the bin it was covered in stains, both ends had collapsed and the metal bars were not comfortable at all when it was unfolded to sleep on. Also there where no sheets, and instead of just helping me resolve the issue by having sheets delivered or letting us take them out of the cabbiate in the hallway I was asked to check and send pictures of the cupboards over WhatsApp, then inturn I was sent what the cleaner had videoed of all the sheets, as if I wasn't believed.

• Leanne (7/5): Lovely and clean place to stay - Perfect location for the tube handy to get to Central London, check in was smooth, coffee machine was a lovely touch but didn't manage to get pods close by, would love little sachets of coffee similar to teabags that were left, also a small ironing board would be good, Netflix and prime TV was great too, overall a great stay looking forward to booking again. Lots of stairs to the property and a loud noise coming from somewhere inside the walls randomly during the night
