The hotel and room it is really just like on the pictures. Very good breakfast, buffet, large selection. There is a bar at the top of the hotel, overlooking the city. The hotel looks new. Highly recommended ! Nothing.

There’s some construction or new development happening next door, so the view wasn’t the best, but it was quiet during our stay with no work taking place. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. We were not there long enough to use the facilities but cafe looked good. All good except we had to pay with cash. Maybe the notes said this but we missed it.
• Zulfiya (10/5): I sincerely thank all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to - Breakfast at this hotel was quite standard — neither better nor worse than in other places. It was served as a buffet, so there was always something to suit each guest's taste. Overall, the food was satisfactory. The hotel is located not far from the airport. Along the street where it's situated, there are many restaurants, fast food places, 24-hour stores, and a pharmacy. A bit further down the road, there are several clothing shops. Since we were often out and about, and taxis in Tashkent are very inexpensive, the hotel's location wasn’t particularly important to us. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel is small but cozy.

The second room had a "balcony", but this was occupied by the aircondition!! No room to even stand on the "balcony" . So, please don`t mislead your guest into believing that they can expect a real balcony!!!

We stayed for one day and we came late to the hotel, we forgot to buy bottles of water, so we called the reception. Can you bring us a bottle of water, he answered to us You come and take it . I was shocked to hear the intonation of the employee. I was disappointed to hear this. Addition to this there were no any personal hygiene items.
• Anna (2/5): Worst experience in Uzbekistan - Close to the airport We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Traveling with my elderly parents and a 4-year-old, I booked an extra night specifically so we could check in at 6 AM after a long journey. Unfortunately, we were met with shockingly irresponsible and humiliating service. The night receptionist, more focused on his iPhone than guests, couldn't find my confirmed booking. He then extorted payment in USD (even though the card machine was perfectly functional) and made no effort to help with our luggage or show us to our room. To make matters worse, he gave us the key to someone else's occupied room! Imagine their surprise when strangers barged in at 6 AM. After that, he gave us a room in a different category that didn't fit our group size. We had no choice but to leave our luggage there and wait for management to arrive. I asked twice for towels, but he ignored me both times, sitting at the desk blasting loud, offensive rap music. My child and elderly parents were exhausted, unable to rest or even take a shower, simply waiting for hours. Only when the hotel staff arrived three hours later were we finally given the correct room. Yet even then, the receptionist continued demanding cash in USD (which is illegal — payments must be made in local currency) and only agreed to accept the proper payment after I threatened to call the police. There were no apologies, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the enormous discomfort they caused — a clear violation of basic hospitality standards. They completely spoiled the experience and caused unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a smooth final day of travel.
• Hassan (3/5): Could have been better stay. I would not recommend. - It is good property, but the problem is they dont accept any booking.com given benefits. We have to purchase early check in and all extra benefits even if you have booking dot com benefits through your membership, they just don’t respect that.
• Bar3k (6/5): Can be a good 1 night hotel with easy access to the airport and train station - Friendly Staff and Great Service: The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Hayotbek, who was particularly helpful throughout our stay. Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast was great, with a good variety of food options to choose from. Comfortable Stay and Atmosphere: The beds were relatively comfortable, and the overall design had a modern style with good vibes, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Lack of Room Service: We had four rooms in total. Two of them were not cleaned at all during our stay, and the other two received only partial cleaning. In those, the towels were taken away but not replaced. Additionally, the bed sheets and linens were not properly maintained. Lack of Sidewalks in the Area: Do not expect to be able to walk around the area—there are no proper sidewalks, making it inconvenient and potentially unsafe for pedestrians.

• Timeu (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were friendly, and the location is excellent - just 5 minutes from the airport. The room cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The dispenser bottles were unlabeled, making it impossible to identify their contents, and the toilet flush button needed repair. Additionally, the soundproofing was very poor - we could constantly hear noise from neighboring rooms, which significantly disturbed our stay.

• Elchin (1/5): Like in a hell!!! - It was the one of the worst hotels in my life. Reception kept me waiting more than hour during my check in. I have booked deluxe room with balcony and king size bed. On my arrival to hotel at 04:00 pm they told me that could not arrange for me that room. One of the introduced room was not have even the window, second one was with 2 separate beds without balcony. Of course I have choose second one. But could not sleep starting from 7:00 pm due to heavy construction works in front of my room. Unstable water supply, switching from warm water to cold and then at once to hot water and etc made my morning bath as a hell. I do not recommend this hotel even the free of charge.
• Rafael (1/5): A nightmare - Not a nice location. On arrival we did not have towels and they said they could not provide them to us. Next morning there was not hot water and we asked twice for it and for the towels without luck before leaving for a city tour. When we arrived back they said that we had left the water running (which is not true) and the room and our belongings were soaking. They did not have an other room and we were invited to leave without any compensation and the threat of a fine. Luckily I found a very nice hotel not far away, Al Anvar hotel, where they treated us properly and we could forget about the nightmare at the Art Hotel.
• Nasir (1/5): Bad - Booked 2 rooms, one double bed, and one 3 beds. In double bedrooms, the mattress was thin and of poor quality and had no blanket and no pillow cover. When asked for a blanket and pillow cover, the staff gave a single blanket and wet pillow covers. In 3 bedrooms, the carpet was dirty, had opened water bottles, and used tissues. We reached this hotel late at night after an entire day of travelling, and we couldn't cancel it. I want to have a refund
• Omar (2/5): Awful Experience, Service and Management. - (1) Location is great. (2) breakfast is good. (3) The room design is nice. (4) They have parking spots. (5) The air con and the beds are comfy. (6) They have a small balcony (7) The hotel can be good, I see their potential, but I think their management is not great. (1) The bathroom floor was not clean. (2) The toilet paper wasn't new. (3) They didn't have a fridge nor a wardrobe. (4) The telephone is barely working. (5) No pillow case nor second blanket for the second bed. (6) We were almost begging them to clean our room, and they didn't! Even though we asked many times. They didn't clean the room, they didn't change our sheets. (7) One of the towels was ripped, and we were provided with wet towels when we were asking for new towels. (8) The pressure of the water in the shower is low, and the temperature is not fixed, so it will be boiling hot for 3-5 seconds then normal for 5 seconds then boiling again. (9) No coffee machine in the breakfast area. (10) They told me my booking has ended when I had an extra day already, but they apologised later saying that there was a glitch on the system. (11) The lady in the reception is not helpful.

• A’ishah (9/5): Will stay here the next time I come to Uzbekistan. - The reception was very good, speaking from someone who stayed in about 6 hotels in the one week I was there. When he saw me immediately he addressed my concerns before I even brought it up. I was allowed early check in, and when he found I was leaving 4am the next morning he gave complimentary breakfast the morning of check in. The amenities were high tech! I liked that the hallways had motion detection lights,m and smelt nice and the showers showed exact temperature and many more It was extremely warm but fixed with the AC.

The location of the hotel was not good, and the area around the hotel was full of unfinished and under-construction buildings and construction workers.

There was no toilet paper roll. Overall ok for one night stay but the above points made the experience less pleasant.
• Andris (8/5): Very good - I had an early flight, so I chose for this hotel as it is close to the airport. At the time of my visit this hotel have been open for three months, so it was fairly new and freh. Hotel is walking distance(20min) from airport, it takes more time to wait for taxi and to get to airport, than to walk. At my arrival they could not accept payment by card, cash only., what is not mentioned during the booking.
• Luke (6/5): A reasonable place but not a standout - It was in a good location and it was simple to book, The breakfast was quite acceptable. It was advertised as having a balcony but didn't have a balcony that you could really use. The bathroom was not very good And the room was small for the price
• Aleksandr (9/5): Superb - It is located near the airport, convenient to get by taxi very fast. Clean and comfortable, loft style rooms. There was the second place in Tashkent where one of our rooms wasn’t cleaned after previous guests however we got another one instead.
• Amelia (7/5): Good - The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was powerful and spacious. I requested a double room but the beds were singles pushed together so if you wanted to sleep in the middle the beds moved apart which wasn't great.

• Umidjon (1/5): Bad - The premises are ok, but not something exceptional. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff demonstrated a total disregard for privacy, monitoring guests’ movements, including which rooms they entered and how long they stayed. They also repeatedly called the landline, which was intrusive and unacceptable. I ultimately decided to leave and find a more civilized place to stay. Additionally, the hotel canceled my Booking.com reservation to avoid paying commission and refused to issue a receipt, likely to evade paying taxes. After I mentioned reporting them to the tax office (which could result in a fine of 10 million Uzbek soums), they refunded 50% of my payment. The management is unprofessional and unethical. Overall, this was a waste of time and money. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
