• Olivier (8/5): Maison très agréable à vivre, dedans comme dehors - Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée avec une petite cour intérieure très agréable. Barbecue et brasero mis à disposition. Place de parking devant la maison. Emplacement un peu excentré sur l'ile.
• Bernd (8/5): Schön mit kleinen Mängeln - Ruhige Umgebung. Sauberes Apartment. Obwohl etwas abseits konnte man über die Autobahn relativ schnell überall hinkommen. Nette Vermieterin, die sich per Mail kümmert. Einziger Blick aufs Meer durchs Küchenfenster. ( war aber auch vom Vermieter so beschrieben). Wir mußten den ganzen Tag einen Entfeuchter laufen lassen. Das war augenscheinlich sehr sinnvoll, weil wir 2x täglich den Wasserbehälter entleeren mußten. Das Geräusch des Entfeuchters war aber auf Dauer recht nervig.

• Herman (10/5): Prima verblijf in alle rust - Alles wat in de voorgaande recensies staat klopt. Niets aan toe te voegen. De spijkerharde bedden en de blaffende honden van de buren.
• Maria (1/5): Property did not match what was advertised - This property was a huge disappointment and I strongly advise future guests not to rely on the misleading listing. The main reason we booked was the advertised hot tub (jacuzzi), which turned out not to exist at all. The hosts tried to claim it had “just broken”, but after arriving we found documents inside the house and even online reviews from months ago proving that it had been unavailable for a long time. In fact, the jacuzzi had already been removed from the property. This was not an honest mistake, but deliberate false advertising. The overall experience was equally poor. At night, strange noises were coming from the attic, as if an animal was walking around. There wasn’t even a proper duvet on the bed, but just a sheet. Do not be misled by some other reviews praising the “food” left by the host – it’s nothing more than a couple of items that don’t even make up a proper breakfast for the first day. When I asked about borrowing an iron, the host replied that they don’t own one and even sent me a link suggesting I could buy it myself, which is absolutely unprofessional. This was supposed to be our honeymoon stay, but instead we felt cheated and frustrated. I cannot recommend this property and strongly believe it should not continue to advertise facilities that are simply not available.
• inma (9/5): COMO EN CASA - Muy acogedor y mucha tranquilidad, no nos faltó de nada. No me gustó que 3 semanas antes de ir al alojamiento me comunicaron que habían retirado el jacuzzi por problemas técnicos, ( con la ilusión que yo tenía) En compensación nos pusieron una barbacoa que para 2 personas no utilizamos

• Franciska (10/5): Szuper! Szívből ajánlom! :) - A ház nagyon jól felszerelt, minden volt, amire szükségünk lehetett az egy hét alatt. Claudia csodás házigazda. Érkezésünkkor meglepetés finomságok vártak, ami nagyon kedves gesztus. Minden a legnagyobb rendben volt.
• Benoît (9/5): Séjour agréable qui a permis à la famille de se dépayser et de rompre le quotidien. - L’emplacement du logement est bon, très calme et permet de s’immerger dans la campagne açoréenne. La maison était propre et tout le linge de maison était fourni tout comme des condiments essentiels (huile, sel, poivre, vinaigre…). Le logement est bien équipé et permet de passer des vacances sereines.
• Danielle (10/5): Je n’hésite pas à recommander chaudement ce gîte - C’est un gîte magnifique avec une décoration et des équipements complets et de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le déshumidificateur efficace qui permet d’éviter de ressentir l’humidité souvent très présente sur l’île. La propriétaire est très généreuse laissant du vin, des boissons et des denrées, très apprécié. Elle a prévu aussi un cartable avec plusieurs informations sur les attractions, les restos, etc. Le gîte est situé à proximité de l’autoroute ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans les lieux à visiter dans le Nordeste. Je n’hésite pas à recommander chaudement ce gite. Booking n’indique pas l’adresse exacte du gîte. Ceci oblige à chercher beaucoup, la photo étant celle de la cour intérieure que l’on ne découvre qu’après avoir ouvert les portes métalliques avec les clés se trouvant dans le coffre sécurisé (le stationnement est juste devant ces portes). Je supplée ici à cette difficulté;: l’adresse est le 16 rue Assomada, au tout début de la rue.

• Bruggink (10/5): Schitterende accomodatie in een rustige omgeving - Bij aankomst lagen er diverse versnaperingen klaar om te gebruiken (brood, kaas, melk, wijn, frisdrank etc.). Het huis was zeer schoon en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Gastvrouw Claudia vroeg regelmatig hoe ons verblijf was en reageerde meteen op berichtjes van ons. Dichtbij de noordelijke snelweg, zodat je snel naar diverse locaties kon rijden. Kortom, super accomodatie en gastvrouw!!! Niets.

• Laure (7/5): Logement sympa mais SANS Jacuzzi :-( - Le logement est sympathique. Les propriétaires sont gentils, et envoie un message et laisse des boissons, du fromage, des gâteaux et du pain pour notre arrivé. Il y avait aussi de l'huile d'olive et du vinaigre. Le lave linge qui sèche est un vrai +. Très bien situé pour les visite à l'Est de l'île. Il n'y avait pas de jacuzzi (nous avions choisi se logement pour cette raison ...). Le lit double est trop petit ! La couette trop petite également. Il manque un vrai couteau à pain, des cuillères et les condiments des locataires précédents.
• Annika (10/5): Just perfect! Many many thanks to Claudia for everything!! - Everything! First of all, the house was super lovely and clean, modern and with every comfort you need. The home is at the end of a small town, so you don't have the usual city noises and therefore really can relax. Parking is possible right in front of the gate. But on top of the nice furnishing and equipment, Claudia was the perfect hostess. Not only was she available all the time for any questions, she explained everything we needed to know beforehand and even better, prepared the "basics" we would have needed to get either way (bread, cheese, milk, water and so on). This way, we could relax the very moment we arrived and enjoy our stay. Nothing ☺️
• Bodybo (10/5): Krásné ubytování v malém domečku s veškerým komfortem - Nádherné, útulné, komfortní ubytování v malé vesničce na severu ostrova. Vše potřebné k dispozici. Milí. a velice ochotní majitelé, kteří jsou neustále k dispozici Vám s čímkoliv pomoci. Majitelé nás přivítali velice štědrými dárky v podobě místních specialit a čerstvého pečive. Plně vybavená kuchyň, pohodlné postel, pěkné venkovní posezení s úžasnou výřivkou a grilem. Rychlá wifi a dokonce i vnitřní krb. Jedno z nejpůvabnějších ubytování, co jsme na svých cestách zažili. Není co vytknout !

• Lourdes (10/5): Una casita con encanto - La casa es una maravilla. Tiene todo lo necesario y más para pasar unos días en la isla. Cuando llegamos, todo estaba limpio y sin olor a humedad (que por lo que vivimos en la isla, ¡eso es casi imposible!). Además, Claudia, la anfitriona, ha sido muy amable y atenta con nosotros. Nos dejó chanclas y albornoces en el baño y pan, dulces, queso y mermelada en la cocina. ¡Alojamiento muy recomendable! Por poner una pega, hay que tener en cuenta que no encontramos una tienda/supermercado cerca. Si vas para allá varios días, es mejor llevar ya la comida.

• frederique (10/5): - Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Comme le soleil n'était pas au rendez-vous, nous avons d'autant plus apprécié le bain chaud dans le jacuzzi. Nous avons apprécié de trouver quelques provisions à notre arrivée. Même si nous n'avons communiqué que par messages, les propriétaires étaient très prévenants. Tout était parfait.

The tranquility of the location, the view of the ocean from the kitchen window, our little space in front of the house with the hot tub which we used every day after our trekking. We loved the facilities and the house equipment- there was everything we needed. But above all it was Claudia, the owner and host, who made our stay exceptional. Her help, engagement, kindness and good heart were unbelievable. We were really well taken care of and if it was possible to come back to the island, we would certainly come back here. Everything was great.
• Federica (10/5): Lovely house in Nordeste - This property is a little gem in quiet and remote Nordeste. The house has been thoroughly remodelled and is modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Claudia is a perfect host with the greatest attention to comfort and details. Lovely outside and living area as well. Highly recommended to unwind and relax in San Miguel! Of course a car is required to move around easily (as everywhere on the island), but a bus stop is also just outside the house. We had a lovely stay!
• David (10/5): Espectacular - Fue una gran experiencia, todo limpísimo además cuando llegamos los caseros nos dejaron sobre la mesa bocadillos, nos dejaron el aire acondicionado para que estuviera fresco cuando llegáramos y nos trataron mejor que en ningún otro sitio. La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar. Ni un solo ruido la casa súper luminosa el jacuzzi la barbacoa. Sin duda el mejor sitio donde nos hemos hospedado. Para repetir 100 veces

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even accommodating special requests for our baby. Their thoughtfulness in preparing the necessary items truly made a difference for us. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. If you're looking for a cozy and welcoming accommodation, with hosts who truly care about their guests' experience, look no further than Casa de Vivian and Michael. Highly recommended.

• Paula (10/5): Descanso e trail - Da localização fácil. O alojamento está muito bem dividido com toda a comodidade. Com.ar condicionado a funcionar muito bem..casa com cheiro a limpeza e roupas bem tratadas assim como a kitchenette com tudo o necessário para desfrutar plenamente do local super silêncioso. Nós fomos fazer um trail e no final ter um jacuzzi foi a cereja no topo do bolo. Gostamos tanto que no Nordeste..Já fiquei com a casa eleita. Proprietários muito simpáticos e atenciosos.. Obrigada. O jacuzzi podia ser um pouco mais quente.. O WC podia ter um removedor de água da base do duche identico ao limpa vidros.
