Bookings with at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights, will receive a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note that check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00 will incur a surcharge from GBP 45 to GBP 75, depending on arrival time. Booking processing fees will apply to all bookings. Please note that late check-out will incur a surcharge from GBP 45 to GBP 75 depending on departure time. This property uses bank transfer as its main payment method. Please note that as part of security checks My-Places requires the card holder to be present at check-in, in order to verify the card details supplied at the time of booking. Please note that we are requesting important information be sent to us digitally, this is to speed up our check-in process and cut down on contact. A nominal fee will be added to your invoice for cleaning fees, these fees are variable and are based on length of stay and size of the room. For health and safety purposes, rooms are extensively cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of all guests. Additional rooms should be reserved prior to arrival if required. If the guest number is less than the full capacity of the property, we reserve the right to lock away the rooms with the excess beds and make available only enough beds for the guest number which has been booked and paid for. Optionally, we can leave the rooms opened for an additional charge. Please be advised that upon receiving your booking we will take up to approximately 30% of the total cost, from the card provided without further notice. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay. The outstanding balance can be made via bank transfer within 7 days before arrival. A damage deposit of £400 is required. The property charges this before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Rajdeep (3/5): Dated house, which is not maintained well. - Contact was quick They charged extra for parking, despite there being no parking restrictions visible outside property Property was old & dated. Floor boards creaked. Shower & toilets old & not maintained well. Garden was not useable - fences talked down. One neighbour had animals, the other neighbour had a sewage leak - meant kids could not be left in garden alone. Conservatory had dining table, but no heating in that room so again unusable. You pay for whole house, but they look some rooms do again not accessible. Paid for late check in - but when got there the check in person was not present. Had to wait for them to attend in car with tired kids. The check charges & parking charges are not listed at booking.
Biju (7/5): Good convenient house with comfortable clean rooms - A quick 10 minutes walk to tram station. Good communication with the owners of the property. Comfortable rooms with well equipped kitchen. Noisy stairs
Reycal (9/5): Great stay for a big group - The house was clean and warm on arrival with the heating already on for us. Plenty of space in the house and was very clean. Plenty of toilets if you have a few guests in the property. Overall good stay. Parking could be free but plenty nearby which is. Wish we would of got the whole house as described without rooms being shut.
stephen (10/5): - They keep great communication and help you with any questions you might have area was quite with extra free parking seconds away if more than one car being used to travel... property is ideal for those quick stays plenty of beds...no issues with electrical item's not working like some places... would definitely use again None
