• Brahma (8/5): Good, I will choose this the next time as well. - The location, it served my main purpose for chosing the hotel. I think the prices can be brought down.
• Ambika (5/5): Budget friendly Hotel for one night stay fr Airport transit - I have visited this place twice because of one person, Mr. Kalita, the manager. He has been courtecious and highly cooperative person. But the rest are messy. The facility is 3km from the airport. I have encountered heavy mosquito issues, a misleading janitor, and Restaurant staff are the major issues. Mr Kalita should warn them not to generate misleading restaurant Bills. For example, the restaurant boy has added a water bottle charge to my food bill, although I have not used one. usually i don't read the details of bills while paying. But one day, I accidentally noticed the water bottle on the bill menu, which surprised me.

My entire stay & plans were hampered because of this irresponsible management this hotel caters. Irresponsible management

• Mohan Chandra (5/5): Room lacks basic facilities! - It is very near to the Guwahati airport. I took Deluxe room but it wasn’t like a deluxe room. It lacks basic facilities. Room is small, 1 chair, small wall desk, no wardrobe to keep your clothes, bag and shoes. If you order room service, you have to eat on the floor or bed. It is ok for people with bags, going in to sleep and check out in the morning otherwise no good.

• Shiri (10/5): great value for money - the location was perfect for us since we took a flight the next morning. 5 minute drive from the airport. we were very happy with the room, very nice restaurant in the hotel and welcoming staff

Seems the owner of hotel has lot of money but management is very poor. Room has got no cupboard/almirah, only 2 high quality cloth hangers, only 1 bed side table, 1 chair, 1 small

No electric backup and most of the time electricity was giving trouble.. Less coordination among staff.. Asked us to pay extra during checkin.. But later refunded by another manager on being asked about the extra charges.. Room was small and bed was small Complimentry water was given only after being asked
