We found the area nice and quiet, but within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, breweries, etc. The host was super friendly and helpful, and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions!

• Khadija (9/5): Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage - Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war für uns ideal Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir durften unser Gepäck sowohl vor dem Einchecken als auch nach dem Auschecken problemlos bei ihm lassen, was für uns eine große Erleichterung war. Die Unterkunft war sauber, allerdings könnten die Handtücher etwas frischer sein. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, waren aber positiv überrascht, wie gut sie ausgestattet ist: Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar eine Kaffeemühle und eine French Press. Als Erstausstattung standen Öl, Zucker, Kaffee, Tee, Salz usw. zur Verfügung – das haben wir so bisher in keiner anderen Unterkunft erlebt. Wer gerne kocht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es: Die Unterkunft war insgesamt recht kühl und konnte nur über die Klimaanlage beheizt werden, wodurch die Luft schnell etwas stickig wurde.
• Bradley (8/5): Great place, not far from Rona & La Condesa! - The property was very clean and comfortable either a few balconies to should you like to take in some views of the city The property was on the top floor with narrow staircase, so difficult with any heavy luggage! But the owner will help! It was a little further to a metro station than anticipated (around 15mins walk or so)

• Ethel (1/5): - Pésima la actitud del anfitrión, en la descripción omite información sobre las características del alojamiento. No realizamos el check in debido a que se encontraba la estancia en una azotea, aprox unos 4 o 5 pisos, no pudimos acceder debido a una lesión de rodilla por indicación médica no se podía subir escaleras No hubo devolución del monto que pagamos por una estancia que no ocupamos, omitir ese punto de no contar con elevador y la localización exacta del departamento me parece un acto doloso.

• Merlijn (10/5): - Onze host was mega behulpzaam en reageerde heel snel. Hij en zijn familie wonen in de wijk en kennen het heel goed. Hij heeft ons heel veel goede tips gegeven en ons verblijf echt leuker gemaakt.

• D3v0n14n (10/5): A perfect base to explore CDMX. - The host is amazingly helpful and very friendly. Close to many cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, and public transportation. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Nothing.
• John (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, however be mindful there are 70 stairs to climb to the apartment. - Well equipped and clean studio, very helpful owner on hand to offer advice, nice comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Studio very light in the morning, when the suns up the whole space is light. You have to climb 70 stairs to studio apartment.

• Evdokia (10/5): Great place - would recommend. - There was lots of space and storage; very clean and comfortable; great host; kitchen was well equipped for basic meals; breakfast bar stools were very comfortable; location was close to metro, convenience store, restaurants etc.; good A/C; blinds in all the windows. Great place! As other reviews and the description says, there are stairs to get up to the apartment. We're relatively fit but given Mexico city's elevation, there is a bit of a struggle. The host helped me with my bag when I checked in which was very appreciated.There is space for a little sofa which would have been nice but definitely not a deal-breaker.

Can walk to all parts of Roma and Condesa, the parks and even Polanco is you're relatively fit. Hosts are very helpful and personable ... always ready to resolve any problems you might have. Great views from your room over the jacaranda trees in March. Little laundry area very helpful. Airy and light. Close to many good eateries.

• Tanya (10/5): Quiet, spacious and immaculate suite in the heart of Roma Sur un - It was a spacious, clean apartment with extras like shampoo, tea, coffee, sugar and honey. It was very quiet and the host was friendly and helpful. There were two nice balconies with seating but we didnt use them. It would be nice to have more comfortable pillows but they were fine.
• Owain (10/5): Great Stay - Really well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location to explore the city. Host was really responsive and helpful, making checking in and out easy. Only a minor thing, but blinds that covered the entire windows would have been even better!
• Arzu (10/5): Comfartable brüght and good energy just like a hoöe - Very Clean and new, open and perfectly design studio flat. Balcony and terrace perfect and also kitchen is very practical. Ari puts everything soap, shampoo, coffee and machine, honey, sugar, salt even hair styler. Bed is very comfortable. Air condition works properly Nothing like everthing☺️

He had someone come in right away and got the water working. Beautiful & warm apartment, comfortable bed, nice view, great location. I didn't dislike anything; however having access to a hairdryer and an iron would have been helpful.

• Yakov (8/5): Great, bright, and very pleasant! - Armando is a very pleasant and responsive host. He is very easy to interact with. The apartment is bright and airy. The neighborhood is pleasant and with a lot of neighborly shops and transportation. The apartment is on a third-plus floor and it is not easy for a senior and overweight person in less-than-great shape to go up and down. But that is not the host's fault.
