• CANTADOR MURILLO (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en el centro, muy cerca de todo, muy limpio y cómodo, el personal muy amable al igual que el propietario, atento en todo momento y recomendando lugares, todo estupendo

Non adatta a persone con difficoltà motorie perche accessibile solo tramite scale. Host gentilissimo, abbiamo potuto anticipare il check in di molte ore per lasciare i bagagli. Non c’erano coperte adeguate alla stagione, abbiamo risolto tenendo il riscaldamento acceso e alto anche di notte. Mancava un piccolo kit tè-caffè

• Ludovic (4/5): - L'accès est particulièrement sportif et se fait uniquement par les escaliers. Il s'agit d'un appartement qui a été subdivisé en 2 rendant l'accès particulièrement étroit. Avec de la chance vous aurez des voisins silencieux...si ce n'est pas le cas, bon courage ! L'emplacement est central mais le simple vitrage ne permet aucune isolation phonique. Vous entendez littéralement tout ce qui se passe dans la rue jusqu'à tard dans la nuit ! Pour le reste tout était correct. Le gestionnaire m'a indiqué que la femme de ménage avait jetté le manteau que nous avions oublié...nous avons eu bien sûr de sérieux doutes sur sa sincérité et son honnêteté. L'argent avant tout pour ce business man. Les promesses de remboursement sont restées sans réponse malgré sa proposition initiale... Ne fait pas cette erreur. Tout ce qui est oublié leur appartient...ce n'est vraiment pas l'état d'esprit que l'on peut attendre d'un vrai hôtelier.

• Eber (7/5): - Location is perfect. Very close to the action in Florence. Many good restaurants close by. Very high steep steps to get to the room on the last floor, hard to get into with heavy bags. Had an issue with internet and TV being down for one night.
• Ron (4/5): I would stay elsewhere in future - Downtown location, near train station, restaurants and groceries nearby. Finding it, not being met, confusing instructions, no lift, fourth floor, steep and hot stairwell, keys that did not work well. Carrying the heavy suitcases in a strange city, navigating by Google maps with an iPhone in one hand, cobblestone and crowded streets to find a place that was difficult to find. We were met in our previous place and expected to be met here but they said no, we will only send videos, which were incomplete and puzzling. The stairwell to the top of this place was hot and we had to lug our heavy suitcases to the top, once we established that that was where the apartment was in fact. The neighbouring apartments in the column of steps all had alarms so it was hot and loud with buzzing as we climbed. Once there, the keys made little or no sense and it took a lot of time to get them to work, and it was difficult to get the wifi working at all in such as place. And there was no documentation provided on how to make things work, where places were, how close was the grocery, hours, etc.

• Gunther (8/5): BUEN ALOJAMIENTO EN FLORENCIA - El alojamiento es un 3º sin ascensor. Eso no es problema excepto que tengas problemas de mobilidad. Consta de 2 habitaciones y un baño completo y es super centrico, a 10 min de la estacion de tren y a 15 como mucho de casi todo. EStubimos muy comodos. Lástima que al ser tan centrico por las noches se escucha algo de ruido de la calle.

• SZYMCZAK (10/5): Très sympa en plein cœur de ville - Très central et pro je du centre, emplacement idéal et appartement sécurisé au calme. Je recommande. J’y étais avec mes 2 enfants pour leur premier voyage. J’ai connecté mon netflix pour regarder la télé donc rien de bien négatif en soi. Préférer le parking proche de la gare ce n’est qu’à 15 mini.

En pleno centro de la ciudad muy cerca de todo, lugar ideal para caminar todo el dia... No es algo que me impida volver, pero es algo bastante incomodo que sea 4 pisos por la escalera, después de caminar todo el dia... Si no fuera por eso el lugar seria un 10

• Eva (8/5): vale pela localização - A localização sem dúvida, numa das ruas mais animadas de Florença, com restaurantes e animação de rua à noite. Tem condições para chá e café, mas só se levar, pois só tem máquina e chávenas. Provavelmente devido aos restaurantes na envolvente, o prédio tem um cheiro um pouco desagradável, principalmente nas escadas, que estavam bastante sujas. Dentro do apartamento nota-se menos. Tem de se subir 3 lances de escadas e usar 4 chaves até chegar ao apartamento.

• Beraat (8/5): Gool location and stay overall - - The location was great, close to Florence train station, and within walking distance to tourist spots. - The bathroom was renovated and clean. - Esti from the staff was very helpful and responded quickly. - Even though it wasn’t included in the service, we were able to leave our bags for free during the day. - It wasn’t a big issue, but you could hear some noise from the street. - We had rented a two-bedroom apartment for the family. The king bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed wasn’t as comfy, especially if you're big.

• Monika (8/5): Sehr zentrale Lage - Superzentrale Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauber. Modernes Bad. Anfahrt mit dem Auto schwierig (abends) bzw. unmöglich! ZTL-Zonen (regelt (hoffentlich) das Parkhaus, wurde uns zumindest versprochen, Parkhaus vom Vermieter erst vor Ort nach Anreise genannt, nur 100 m entfernt, 35€/Tag, man muss den Schlüssel abgeben, Auto wird dann weggefahren und außerhalb geparkt, zur Abreise wieder rechtzeitig zurückgebracht), Fußgängerzone, sonstige Verbotsschilder... leider keinerlei Hinweise vom Vermieter vorab dazu, trotz Ankündigung mit dem Auto anzureisen! Nicht auf Navi verlassen!

Non c’è una reception ma la persona incaricata si è presentata puntuale all’appuntamento per accompagnarci alla nostra camera. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli il giorno della partenza e recuperarli all’orario pattuito. Molto consigliato, ma non per chi ha problemi a deambulare in quanto ci sono parecchie rampe di scale e non c’è l’ascensore

• Maria (8/5): Il soggiorno è pratico e funzionale per chi, come noi, è di passaggio a Firenze e vuole visitare il centro comodamente. - Posizione fantastica per vivere il centro della città. Arredato in modo piacevole e accogliente. Letto comodo, biancheria del letto di qualità. I tre piani di scale (molte) senza ascensore possono essere faticosi per chi ha molti bagagli, ma non era il nostro caso. La piccola finestra interna alla doccia non si chiude.

• Soldateschi (9/5): Posizione eccellente e grazioso - La posizione è ottima. A 5 minuti dalla stazione e a 10 minuti dal Duomo. Mega doccia molto confortevole. Non credo ci sia scritto nella descrizione che l'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale antiche e quindi gradoni alti. Io ed i miei figli non abbiamo avuto difficoltà, ma credo sia meglio indicarlo. In bagno non c'è finestra.

The shower had no ventilation, so there was stuffiness and mold in the ceiling. It was impossible to open a window because the smells from neighbors' kitchens immediately entered the room.

Ðisponibilita e gentilezza dell host. Strada un po rumoroso la sera (ma era comunque la notte di pasquetta!), 3 piani di scale senza ascensore (ma l host sia al check in che al check out si è gentilmente occupato di salire e scendere i bagagli)
• Yair (7/5): מיקום נהדר, מארח נעים ואכפתי. החדר עצמו בסיסי מאוד והמלון לא מאוד נוח. - המארח היה מאוד סבלני וידידותי ושמח לסייע לנו. המיקום מדהים ממש בלב העיקר העתיקה, ליד כיכר עם המון מסעדות ובתי קפה ואווירה נפלאה. החדר שלנו היה בקומה גבוהה בלי מעלית ולכן היה קשה לעלות ולרדת עם כל המזוודות הכבדות. היה רק מפתח אחד ולכן היה לנו קשה להתפצל ולצאת בנפרד. במקלחת לקח למים החמים זמן להגיע וגם לקח למים זמן לרדת לניקוז אחרי המקלחת. החדר מעל רחוב מאוד רועש.

La camera era pulita e accogliente,molto moderna al contrario dell'ingresso e delle scale che possono dare l'idea di una struttura diversa. Letto molto comodo e posizione decisamente strategica.

Not so good - no lift, have to walk up five floors, would be a problem for those with large luggage, or those with difficulty negotiating steps; noise of loud music from downstairs restaurants till after 11 pm; have to lock/ unlock double doors with keys for access to room, in case of emergency, it might be worrying.

La douche est neuve et très jolie mais la pression est faible et elle ne fonctionne pas très bien ( Switch entre le pommeau de douche et la pluie ne fonctionne pas toujours)

• Lorena Lara Maldonado (1/5): Mi desilusión más grande en Europa - La ubicación Mi primera impresión fue de horror, dije ¿dónde me vine a meter? Primero creo que es relevante agregar en la descripción que se encuentra en un tercer piso con más de 6 escaleras, el lugar está pésimamente señalado, la numeración está errónea en booking, es muy mal oliente e insalubre, en el exterior el ruido ensordecedor, no apto para familias con niños definitivamente, y menos con maletas. El interior era como un airbnb pero sin cocina, ni comodidades y por supuesto que no se acerca a categoría de hotel, ni aparthotel, ni nada que se le parezca, me siento desilusionada porque perdí mucho dinero con la reserva y además booking ni por cortesía envío un mensaje de respuesta a mi reclamo
• Serena (9/5): Soggiorno ottimo! - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in 4. La posizione é perfetta perché la struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Inoltre é vicina a moltissimi locali per colazioni/pranzi/cene. L’appartamento è dotato di un bagno ben curato, bollitore e macchina del caffè, frigo, condizionatore, televisore, lenzuola e asciugamani. Il personale è molto cortese ed è venuto in contro ad ogni nostra richiesta! L’unica pecca è la presenza di molte scale per raggiungere il piano dell’appartamento.

Reliable, on a very crowded street. the room was very clean. Coffee was left for us. The homeowner Esti is an excellent person. He welcomed us at the door on the first day and gave us all the information. I forgot some of my belongings when I left, he contacted me and sent my belongings back to Turkey with my friends. we loved him very much. Last day, He allowed us to leave our belongings in the room to explore the city. There is no elevator in the apartment. This may be a problem for disabled or elderly people. Me and my family had no problems. Homeowner Esti helped us carry our belongings.

The staff was super helpful too as we gave him some feedback regarding the AC unit in the room and he came and fixed it immediately, and even gave us additional blankets. The room was way more spacious than expected, and the bathroom was also brand new. There is no lift and had to climb up 3 storeys.

Il a été présent et nous as aidé pour le stationnement. Il avait préparé les lits pour les enfants. Le petit café belle attention. Au cœur de Florence. Air climatisée plus qu’apprécié par cette canicule. Absolument rien c’était parfait !
