- Minh (7/5): Good - Hospitable receptionists No electric fan and no toilet paper roll
- Sengum (9/5): Superb -
- Ankit (1/5): Horrible stay… avoid at all costs - Close to Warwick business school Room was dirty, linen was dirty, bathroom was not clean…. Shared kitchen area was dirty and unkept.. bins were overflowing with rotting food in communal kitchen and it was stinking…
- Damien (6/5): Cheap for a reason - Very well appointed Undergraduates kept me awake all night. I feel there should be a wing or perhaps just a corridor/flat for mature students
- Ashley (6/5): Pleasant -
- Julia (10/5): Excellent location and facilities - Excellent facilities, helpful staff and lovely and clean.
- Christine (5/5): The room was decorated and clean but concerned about the rats in close proximity of the accommodati. - Location further to Warwick University and local shops than I thought There were rats around the outside door which I had to use which is a serious concern and questioned the hygiene of the accommodation. I did not stop to take photos but was so shocked by seeing them each day I accessed the building. The room was good but the bed was uncomfortable due to the mattress springs digging in my back.
- Nazia (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable rooms No fans in the rooms
- Gurjot (10/5): A truly exceptional stay with outstanding staff, excellent amenities, and convenient location! - I had a wonderful experience at this property. It’s impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering all the amenities one could possibly need. They even provide games like chess, table tennis, and snooker for added fun.
Having traveled extensively this year, I can confidently say that I have never encountered such an amazing staff. They consistently go above and beyond to assist guests, always greeting everyone with a smile and showing genuine concern for guest satisfaction. When I found myself without a UK adaptor, the staff went out of their way to search their office and provided me with several options, even offering their personal charger. Their dedication to ensuring a great stay is truly exceptional.
Additionally, the location is very convenient, with the Mitchel Avenue bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. Based on the comfort and facilities they offer at such a reasonable price, this is a minor inconvenience. However, it's worth noting that the nearest grocery shop is about a 15-minute walk away.
- So (9/5): Thank you for the wholehearted support from the staff team! + Superb facilities - The staff were brilliant, always around to lend a hand whenever I needed anything.
I really appreciate their kindness. The facilities were top-notch, so much so that I wouldn't mind sticking around just to chill a bit longer. The kitchen is very modern and spacious, but it needs regular attention from the staff. With many short-term visitors using it, I could find some stale foods and leftovers. Although everyone should clean up after themselves, there will always be some who don't.

- Junho (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - Convenience to University of Warwick campus. Sufficient space with required amenities. Lovely social areas to get out of the room a bit for studies and great gym very close to room staying in. The bathroom light kept shutting off when I was in the shower as the sensor couldn't see me. Very inconvenient for showering experience

- Amanda (4/5): Unclean, untidy, and basic but great location for the uni. - I was doing two days of a hybrid course at the uni so chose this place due to the proximity to the campus. Where do I start, on arrival it was clear that the bed had been slept in. I asked for clean bedding and explained the situation to be asked really ? So I had to show the member of staff the hairs on the pillows. I was in the process of changing this when I decided to check the bathroom, which also had clearly been used. Pubic hairs on the seat, faeces stains down the toilet and open packaging of the complementary shampoo, conditioner etc. this room had not been cleaned at all. I asked for any available different rooms and was given one opposite which was better prepared although a toilet brush to clean the former persons mess would be helpful. The bedding is bobbly and worn and not of great quality.
The kitchen was a disgrace. I appreciate that this is a shared kitchen but at some point staff must realise things are just going to be left. Multiple Tupperware pots filled one sink for the duration of my two night stay. Left over fries were in a cardboard cup on the side again prior to my arrival and still there when I left. Thankfully I had decided not to cook here as the hygiene levels would have concerned me. I literally stored milk in the fridge and made coffee in the morning.
No one showed me what facilities I was able to use. The seating in the main area was much nicer and the areas appeared brighter and cleaner but it was unclear if this was for full time students and those staying outside of the different area where the room was located which is accessed through a different locked doorway. There is a heavily stained sofa in the communal kitchen so I assumed this was where I was supposed to use so I just stayed in the room. Thankfully I arrived very late on the first night so just wanted to sleep and then I only had one more evening to endure.
I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone as it was bleak at best.
- Najib (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zhanna (9/5): Superb -
- Irina (9/5): Really lovely staff, location is quiet - Every single member of staff are really helpful and friendly
Gaz and Roy helped me unload the van and carry my things inside when I was moving in, as well as gave me advice on shops etc. Claudia helped me carry all my things down to the gate when it was time to check out. 30 mins walk to nearest supermarkets, 45 mins walk to closest evry parcel shop/inpost locker.
- Anita (10/5): It was very pleasant. - Proximity to the University. I didn't like the bathroom light, that it was automatic.
- Oladipo (7/5): Good - Good value for money The toilet was not clean
- Rajput (7/5): Good -
- Amira (9/5): Superb -
- James (8/5): Functional stay in a convenient place. Would stay again. - It was very convenient and well priced. Reasonable space for a few days. Communal kitchen very dirty. No facilities (washing up liquid or cloths) for cleaning cooking equipment or crockery.
- Genevieve (7/5): Good -
- Rosa (9/5): Short stay - The kitchen was dirty but it's other people fault, so this is just matter of luck
- Rajput (7/5): Good -
- Marilyn (8/5): Very good - Walking distance to WBS and University campus
- Reetta (8/5): Very good -
- Imogen (9/5): Perfect staff, clean room, strange set-up sharing flat with full-time residents. - The staff were very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean. It wasn’t made clear in advance that the room would be in a flat with full-time residents. You’re provided crockery for cooking but the kitchen was very messy and dirty. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but it did the job for 2 nights at a conference.
- Julia (10/5): Will definitely book again! - Fabulous staff and facilities, will definitely book again! 😊 I couldn't fault the facilities, everything was as expected.....clean, friendly and efficient!
- Mohamed (8/5): A very good students' accommodation - Wonderful Staff, very nice building and well maintained. No room cleaning services provided during my 5 day stay.
- Mutonga (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (8/5): More likely to stay if the place was cleaner. - Cleanliness. The towels had someone else's hair, and the shower also had someone else's hair.
- Kexin (8/5): Very good -
- Francisca (5/5): Passable - The room was comfy, warm and clean. Also, the Internet was great and the people in reception were super friendly. I didn't have access to all the facilities and I had to ask in reception to let me in my room every time I went out.
Also the kitchen was dirty and smelly.
- Sisir (8/5): Very good -
- Teodora (10/5): Exceptional -
- Otasowie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cynthia (8/5): Would happily come back again. - The WiFi was strong, the bed was super comfortable and the accommodations were close to my school so it was convenient getting to school each morning.
The staff were helpful and quite friendly as well.
The area was quiet despite being student accommodation, so one has uninterrupted sleep. The kitchen was dirty and unkempt. It could have been cleaner. Not clear if there should have been a general cleaner or everyone sort of cleaning up after themselves.
I didn’t like the light in the bathroom/shower would go off even when I was still in the shower.
There was no clarity on the rules of engagement when using the kitchen area and what things belonged to who in there. This made it confusing navigating the use of the space.
- Guest (6/5): Decent accommodation - Very clean. Friendly staff. The key card was broken for the whole duration of my stay, so each time I wanted to get into my room I had to be escorted by staff.
- Martin_kida (9/5): Recommended. - -Great value for money.
-Good location for Warwick University.
-Welcoming staff.
-Basic but functional facilities. -At the time of my stay, key cards were unavailable, but the staff was very helpful and let me into my room whenever needed.
-Bed linen were clean but obviously very used, a replacement would be welcome.

- Oladoyin (5/5): Good hostel, my room close to the kitchen the food smell come into the room choking. Bed sheet bad - Bed sheet could have been a better one...so poor, low standard bedsheets materialeith hair on it.
Cooking food smell coming into the room from the kitchen, choking and smell transfered to my clothes...room close to the kitchen was bad
- Debela (8/5): Very good -
- Alexis (8/5): Convenient, clean, friendly. Great experience overall - Convenient location to the university, clean and comfortable accommodations for a good price, and friendly staff It would have been helpful if there was a secure baggage storage after checkout, could be something to consider for future plans.
- Daniel (9/5): Superb - Convenience Students can be a bit loud, but to be expected living in a student accommodation. The bed appeared to be quite worn down. Also the automatic bathroom light kept turning off while I was showering.
- Sam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Siyabonga (8/5): Very good -
- Olga (8/5): Very good - Very clean, small room, inside everything you need for a study stay. The pillows and cover seemed to be filled with cotton. Some guests near me did not respect the rules (loud music at 2 am). Also in order to confirm the booking, you have to fill in the form, which I completely understand, but 3 sms, multiple emails and reminders to fill in details for reservation 3 months ahead is a bit excessive in my view.
- Bruno (7/5): Good -
- Mijail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammad (8/5): Very good -
- Egor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mael (9/5): Superb - Exactly what's advertised. Really cheap, great room.
- Kyriacosp (10/5): Visiting University of Warwick - Everything was as expected and described. Everybody was very kind and helpful. Convenient for the University of Warwick No shops nearby, which is a bit difficult for short stays. This is solved by the vending machines provided, but most of the items were not available,

- Turkan (1/5): Bad - Location was good. I didn't try breakfast they said they dont have cafe. The cleanliness issue persisted despite my request for a change in bed linen; they assured me they would replace it, but there was no improvement. The bed sheets had been previously used.
