Milá paní provozní co nás ubytovala. - víko toalety se muselo pohnout aby správně natekla voda na splachování - toaleta se pořádně nedala spláchnout - sprcha neodtéká - na umyvadle spinava dóza na kartáčky - na umyvadle prázdná dóza na mýdlo - převoněný pokoj nějakým sprejem - chtělo by to občas kouknout i pod postele, u nás byl prach a nějaké odpadky - vířivka zapáchala - ve venkovní kuchyňce bych ocenila víc nádobí, když si jedna rodina udělala večeři tak bylo vše pryč... A celkově to nevypadá moc hygienické jak se tam to nadobi válí... - pokoj je velmi základně vybaven, chyběla mi alespoň lampička u postele nebo políčka v koupelně. K nočnímu incidentu s majitelem(budík ve 3:30), se vyjadřovat nebudu neboť nám byla vrácena částka za ubytování a druhou noc už jsme tam raději nespaly. Celkově bohužel zklamání, areál má potenciál ALE...

Jared (7/5): Solid value, but manage your expectations - Pool was nice, and area was relaxing. While the lady running it didn't speak English, she was very accommodating. Great value for money as I paid around €60 per night. One of the two beds in the room was broken in the middle which made it sag pretty significantly. The floor wasn't swept and there some dirt in the room. Biggest thing was the shared bathroom had a tub, but no shower. It worked but a proper shower would have been ideal.
Alixia (5/5): Beautiful grounds, but cleanliness is lacking - The grounds were beautiful. The space was green and well manicured. There was a pond with birds, a big pool, and an area to grill. The outside was lovely! The staff were very friendly as well and we appreciated that. We requested an early check in. The early check in was approved via booking.com. However after arrival we wondered to each other if perhaps asking for early check in was considered rude, because the room was dirty. It looked as though they only took out the trash. There was a lot of debris on the floor. The bedding smelled painfully strong of some fragrance as though they sprayed the bedding instead of changing it. The single bed my husband used had 2 long brown hairs in it. I’m not sure how they justify the steep price of the rooms when they are not properly cleaned. It was very disappointing.

Nathalie (10/5): Little gem near Kounov stone rows - Very nice place, well maintained with a heated pool. Picturesque garden. Great place to stay when you want to hike in the surroundings to explore the stone rows and menhirs in Kounov. The staff was very friendly and there's a pub in the front where you can get fresh drinks and snacks. The kitchen could be better equipped. There's enough there to make simple meals but no table and chairs in the studio.
Michael (5/5): Passable - Quiet sorrounding and nice garden. Not very clean, do not be afraid of spiders. Check your room prior to advance-payment. Kitchen mainly just outside in the garden. One room with inside kichen in the bedroom. Neither any chair nor table in that room. Very basic kitchen aid. The private bathroom close to the bedroom might be accessible for other guest as well at other time. I wonder how this location could ever get 8 points.
