- Miru (10/5): Super locatie! Nota 10 - Totul! Super locatie aproape de centru, Fernando este super ok si te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie, facilitati foarte bune, tot ce ai nevoie gasesti acolo. Si de plaja Paradisos destul de aproape (aprox 5-7 min pe jos). Noua ne a placut foarte mult si cu siguranta ne vom reintoarce❤️ Pozele sunt exact ca si in realitate. Nota 10! O cazare foarte buna in Neos👌🏽 Nu exista. Ne a placut totul.

- Roberta (9/5): Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo!!! - Ottima struttura ed eccellente il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla passeggiata lungo il mare con tanti ristoranti e taverne del posto. La casa era perfetta per noi che cercavamo una casa con 2 camere da letto. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.
- Giovanni (8/5): Struttura in ottima posizione per una vacanza breve! - Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare, vicina a taverne, market e forno. Parcheggio in zona gratis, terrazza con barbecue condiviso e appartamento con tutto il necessario. Check-in veloce! Balcone piccolo, zona cucina stretta non ideale per poter pranzare o cenare ma utile per una colazione al volo! Non passano a pulire ma solo a lasciare asciugamani puliti.

- JOCELYNE (10/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pendant une semaine. La Mira House est très bien située dans Néo Marmara, tout proche du centre et des restaurants. Très facile pour se garer. Le logement composé d'une chambre, une salle de bain et une cuisine était suffisamment grand pour 2 personnes. Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables et très attentionnés à nos besoins. Un grand merci. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous allions à la plage du nord (Paradisos beach), bien moins fréquentée que la plage du sud et tout aussi belle. rien, tout était parfait

- nicolae (6/5): Localtie ok, cazarea nu, poze bine facute si atat - Locatia este aproape de port, la pas ai 3-4 minute pana la primul restaurant si de acolo plimbare pe totă faleza din NM. Parcări disponibile pe stradă ( nu la proprietate, nu are) pe stradă in jurul casei se găsesc in functie de ore parcări libere. Problema in weekend, in rest ok - in weekend au parcat multi in zona ca să facă plimbările pe faleză de acolo. Are un grătar pe terasă, se poate folosii dacă aveti tot necesarul- carbuni/ brichete si carnea clar! Locuinta este veche, cu aspect de vechi si cu mobilă la fel. O atmosferă si miros destul de ciudat la check-in. Curatenie sumară, inclusiv ceva asternuturi si prosoape vechi Sunt 3 camere indepndente, 2 sunt dotate cu aer conditionat, dar au pus un ventilator. La fel si in living unde nu este aer. Camerele sunt relativ mici, merg insă folosite. O singură baie in apartament, pt 3 camere este putin si pot apărea neplăceri. Ce-a mai mare problemă este in schimb este aerul conditionat, apartementul este la ultimul etaj, nu se pqate fără - cheltuiala pt 4 zile a fost de 800 de euro, un aer in conditii costă 500 - deci nu este vb de costuri- mai degrabă lasă asa că merge asa, pe principiu ca a 2-a oara oricum nu mai mergi acolo.

- Elif (8/5): Great Location - The room was clean and airy. I was able to park my car easily on the street near the entrance. The location is great — just a minute’s walk from the seafront and the main square. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. My only issue was the mosquitoes — a screen door on the balcony would have helped. Still, it’s a place I would consider staying at again.
- Catalina (8/5): Standard, Room 2 - Cladirea este amplasata in centru, aproape de magazine, restaurante, port, mare. Camera a fost ok, destul de mare si cu tot ce aveai nevoie - as spune chiar ca e ca o garsoniera. Patul a fost confortabil, am apreciat ca am avut 4 perne. Exista un dulap si o oglinda in camera, foarte utile. TV-ul era functional, dar nu are fier de calcat sau uscator de par. Are aer conditionat, desi e vechi e functional. Camera are si un balcon, destul de ingust dar practic. Baia a fost ok, desi micuta. Apa calda nu a avut probleme. Se aeriseste destul de greu in baie, e foarte cald. Bucataria avea tot ce era nevoie ca sa poti gati si un frigider mare si incapator. Nu am folosit-o insa, plita nu arata prea bine. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa si ne-a asteptat cu bratele deschise. Locurile de parcare sunt pe strada la liber, seara se ocupa foarte repede. Lipsa plaselor antitantari a fost un mare dezavantaj - ne-au asteptat zeci de tantari acolo cand ne-am cazat, fiindca toate geamurile au fost deschise. Este o cladire veche, are un miros de vechi. Se incearca totusi sa fie cat mai curat si ordonat.

- PIETRO (7/5): - Mi sono piaciute molto la posizione e la terrazza. Fernando è molto disponibile . Una casa con 4 stanze e da otto persone non può avere un solo bagno e , per di più, delle dimensioni di una cabina telefonica. Inoltre ci si aspetta che ci sia almeno un asciugacapelli.

- SORIN (10/5): Sejur in Neos Marmaras - Locatie linistita, curata, aproape de port, magazine, taverne si piata agro ,care se organizeaza joia in zona portului. Gazda amabila si atenta la nevoile turistilor. La bucatarie e necesara o hota!

- Montagna 63 (10/5): - Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla gentilezza e disponibilita' di Fernando e sua moglie (i due proprietari), persone splendide sempre pronte a venirti incontro per qualsiasi necessità. È ubicato nel centro di Neos Marmaras, villaggio molto vivace con un'ampia scelta di taverne vista mare.

- Vladimir (4/5): not suitable for families - location (it is in the center of Neos Marmaras) the owner was very kind it is suitable for younger couples but definitely not for families beds were really uncomfortable, there were no blankets or thicker sheets to cover as the nights were cold (around 16 degrees Celsius) so we had to cover with towels... bathroom extremely small, we had a really though time bathing kids and the baby... entrance is very narrow so it was very difficult to enter with baby stroller... a lot of mosquitoes as there are no mosquito nets on the windows... would not recommend this place, definitely not for families with small kids, I am very disappointed that Booking included this place in the search... definitely not worth the price we paid...

A lakasban a furdoszoba kicsi, felujitasra szorul. A konyha minimalisan felszerelt: egy kavefozo, mikorhullamu suto, uj evoeszkozok, uj szekek es asztal szerintem szuksegesek lennenek. Az erkely pici, ket ember csak nehezen fer el rajta, a kilatas 1. emeletrol) a szomszed telekre csunya, a ruhaszarito erosen cserere szorul az erkelyen. Az ablakokra szunyoghalo nagyon jo lenne. A legkondicionalo regi: zorog es kattog, nem lehet mellette aludni.

- Răzvan (7/5): Ok, not bad, not great but having fleas was really a bad experience. - Balcony, shower, fridge, towels, clean, close to center. We've seen fleas, 5 of them. This kinda ruined the confort, also felt them on our feet during the night. Furniture and electronics were pretty old I'd say.

- Dana (6/5): Excellant time spent with friends in Neos Marmaras - The location is excellant, very close to the city center. The hosts were very nice and very helpfull. The bed was not very comfortable and there was no mastiquto net on the windows

It is close to the harbor and the main street (literally half a minute by walking), and there are a lot of shops, tavernas, and bars close to the guest house. The stuff is very nice. The place is calm and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed for our stay. You have to find a parking spot on yourself (parking is free everywhere in town but it is a bit tricky because in the summer it is overcrowded, there are too many cars and the streets are a bit narrow and if you have a bigger car, it may be a problem). The terrace didn't have a view, which was not a problem. You are not there to stay in your room, but it would have been nicer.

- Damian Korek (5/5): Tylko do przespania się - Położenie blisko promenady, czysta bawełniana pościel, klimatyzacja w obu sypialniach. Brak pokoju " dziennego", nie ma gdzie spędzić czasu wspólnie podczas upału - na tarasie nie da się ze względu na gorąco. Brak stołu do spożywania posiłków ( ten sam argument), mikroskopijna łazienka, w sypialniach generalnie tylko łóżko, w jednej szafa.

Има лоша миризма на мухал и канализация. Банята беше тясна и много неудобна с лошо отичане. Стари електроуреди и посуда. Чува се шума от улицата и съседните стаи. Общо взето малко по-добре от хижа. Цената не отговаря на качеството. Бяхме в ап.3.

- cristina (10/5): it was a wonderfull hollyday!! - the location is great, just near harbour and center of the resort, and the beaches are very close too. the apartment was very clean and full equiped with everyting that you need. the host, Fernando, was very kind and helpfull. we feel very good and we strongly recomand this location!!!! the balcony could be a litle more bigger, but for two persons it is enough. the rest, we have nothing to complaine.

- Erica Claudia (7/5): - La posizione, la pulizia e la disponibilità dello staff. Volendo si offrono anche di pulire l’appartamento a metà soggiorno. Il letto purtroppo è molto scomodo e l’arredamento minimale, soprattutto in cucina. Nel complesso è una buona struttura.

- Haluk (10/5): Güzel bir tatil için seçilebilir - Ev güzeldi baya büyüktü biz iki yetişkin bir çocuk gittik ama rahat 4 yetişkin 2 çocuk kalabilir,kliması falan herşeyi çalışıyordu ,park yeri evin konumu bayırda ve biraz dar sokakta olduğu için hemen yanına koymak zor oluyor ama hemen 2 dkka yürüme mesafesinde liman var biz oraya 3 gün boyunca bıraktık bişi olmadı ve yer bulunuyor devamlı ,konumu çarşıya yakın limana ve balık restoranına yakın güzel keyifli bir yer . Yok
- SIRPA (9/5): Mukava viikko Neos Marmariksessa! - Huoneemme oli kaksio - 2 makuuhuonetta ja keittiö. Lyhyt matka Neos Marmaraksen keskustaan. Fernando tiedotti hyvin Bookingin kautta. Hotellli oli vaikea löytää. Oli paljon yksisuuntaisia katuja.
