Ayrıca mutfakta yemek yapmak için ocak veya fırın yok, sadece mikrodalga var. Bu detayların oda bilgilerinde verilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
• Lindsay (5/5): Nothing advised that this is actually the ground floor of someone's house to which they have access - It was a fairly convenient location for Excel - you do have to walk over the bridge which has eight flights of stairs each way - but is just the other side of the water so fairly convenient. I liked the fact that you had access to a garden. Little touches like the packs of toothbrushes and toothpaste were nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice. Everything was clean. The host was a really nice lady. Nowhere was it made clear that this is actually the ground floor of someone's house to which they have access and it was not a private apartment. It is a three story house and you enter on the ground floor where there is a garage door, a bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room and access to the garden. This is what they are renting out. The "kitchenette" is actually their laundry room with a microwave and a coffee machine and a couple of plates on a high shelf. The host is very nice and got us bowls but there was no kettle. This is definitely not a kitchenette. There is a separate very small fridge under the stairs. Obviously when renting out their ground floor they live in the two floors above but still have to access using the front door and no part of what you are renting out is closed off. There was a lock on the bedroom door and bathroom but the hall they come off of can be accessed and seen at any time by opening the front door or coming down the stairs. I actually had no idea that this was the set up, would not have rented had I have known and even now looking back, I cannot see where this is clear. Be advised that the booking says there is a kettle but there isn't. We had to make a cup of tea by heating up water in the microwave. It also says fireplace but this is in fact a fire on the wall in the bedroom. If you want to rent a room a small but comfortable and clean room in someone's house with a nice bathroom - but I think a kitchenette is a stretch, then this is great. I wouldn't book again as this is not really what I want. I'd much rather pay a bit more and go to a hotel. However the price was good and if this arrangement suits you, then this is the place.

Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Der elektrische Fireplace hat schnell warm gemacht. DLR-Station Westsilvertown nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, zu den Cable Cars ebenso.

• Alan (8/5): Reasonably priced ground floor room in owners house, very close to the London EXCEL centre - The location is perfect for visiting the EXCEL centre. You can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes. There is a local corner supermarket about 3 minutes walk. Free parking for one car at the property

Also everything was very good quality. Very comfortable bed. Parking right outside the door and very close to Excel. Short walk and then over pedestrian bridge. Just be aware the lifts don't work on the bridge and there's 8 flights of steps each end which is fine if you're not scared of heights! Would definitely stay again The only feedback would need that there was a strong smell from the kitchen area but didn't impact on the bedroom at all

• Suzanne (9/5): Cute little stay - Location was great for our stay. It was very important for us to have parking which was great. Room was small but cosy but had everything you needed. Good communication and friendly host. Coffee selection was great however there was no milk. Even powdered milk or UHT milk would have been good. But not a big issue just would have been nice.

• Claire (10/5): Brilliant stay and we would certainly use it again especially for events going on at Excel Arena. - Very clean and cosy the bedroom, with a kitchenette, shower and a lovely court yard out the back which was perfect for breakfast, lunch and a cider in the evening. The Excel Arena is about a 10 minute walk over the foot bridge which has lots of eateries, plus a very good Thai restaurant by the beach area. Odeta went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and answered any questioned that I had and even went as far as posting some clothing that I had left on the back of the bedroom door. Nothing.

• Deborah (10/5): Perfect location for o2 arena - We were in London to go to a concert at the o2 arena, so the location was perfect. It was a short walk to the sky lift, which we took to the arena. It was also a 15 minute walk to the train station at Custom House. The room was clean and comfortable.

A special mention goes to Odeta, the host. She's charming and helpful. She makes you feel at home. The location is perfect. Across a bridge, I was at the Excel Center, where I worked, and steps away from two metro stations.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely room. - Location was ideal for our trip to Excel London. The hosts, Odeta and Linas were very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and toilet/shower very clean.A small kitchen is available for cooking.There is an enclosed garden to sit and have a drink in the evening. Will definitely book again when in that area of London. Nothing to dislike.
• Sharon (9/5): Superb - excellent location ( we were going to an event at the Excel centre and it was a few mins walk away) very close to the docks so nice views and a couple of nice bars/restaurants close by - parking onsite for our car and private facilities ( kitchen/bathroom/private garden space) spotlessly clean and very comfy bed :) no draws or wardrobe ( just hooks on the back of the door and the room was very compact!) but we were only staying for one night so didn't really affect us.

The room was perfect, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Toilet and sink situated opposite the room and full private bathroom upstairs. Also a small kitchen area next to the bedroom. The host was friendly and easily available and there was a parking space outside. We loved our stay!
