Tatiana (3/5): - Location Some furniture is broken. Kitchen walls are dirty. Couch in living room in spots all over. I requested an early check-in, and they made me pay one full extra day. I paid July 6 - July 10, but dates on booking.com weren't changed for that. I paid 4800 mld cash but didn't receive any confirmation of that. When I asked them to send me proof of my payment, they told me it would be on booking.com. I never feel so unsafe and ripped off.
