• Giancarlo (8/5): Agradable - Ubicación en lugar muy rural, donde podías ver vacas, caballos, etc…y las instalaciones bastante limpias y bonitas Entraron a la habitación sin avisarnos de nada cuando no estábamos, pregunté y dijeron que probablemente sea para cerrar las ventanas
• José Daniel (7/5): Hotel romántico con encanto - El personal muy amable, las habitaciones tienen mucho encanto, y el entorno es bonito, rodeado de vegetación, y algunos edificios. Está relativamente próximo a un centro comercial muy grande, donde se puede comer, aunque sólo comida rápida de 3 conocidas cadenas de alimentación El desayuno es muy básico, y el día que tuvimos intención de hacerlo, no se encontraba el personal del servicio, por lo que tuvimos que conducir para hacerlo. Se necesita coche o taxi para llegar, y el navegador a veces confunde.

• victor (7/5): Podría mejorar algunos aspectos fácilmente - La ubicación. Cerca de cualquier sitio para visitar Santander. La casa con encanto y con potencial de mejora en algunos aspectos. Pasamos bastante frío, al punto de resultar incómoda la estancia, al no tener la calefacción puesta lo suficiente y no haber caldeado la casa. No es razonable, eso también provoca que todo huela a humedad.. El trato con el personal de recepción muy frío también.

• ALICIA (5/5): - La casa es bonita, las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El jardín es muy agradable. En la web parece que ofrecen posibilidad de desayuno. No es así. Y, teniendo en cuenta que la casa está a varios km de la primera cafetería más cercana, fue bastante incómodo, la verdad. Lo más cercano para poder desayunar es un centro comercial....o, si te pilla en domingo, como nuestro caso, ya tienes que ir a Santander ciudad para tomarte un desayuno.....MAL. Los colchones y las almohadas,matadores. Llegamos a casa con la espalda echa migas. No es un buen sitio para volver.

• Merce (7/5): Hotel correcto en una bonita casa - A 10 minutos en coche de Santander, es un buen sitio para visitar la ciudad y los pueblos y playas cercanos. La casa es muy bonita, con jardín, alguna mesa para comer algo y parking. La habitación era grande, con pequeño balcón y limpia. La cama era incomodísima con un colchón pequeño, antiguo y de poca calidad. Las toallas eran viejas y las amenities del baño eran sobres individuales, algo bastante old school. La persona que nos hizo el check no fue nada hospitalario, con un carácter más frío que el agua del mar Cantábrico.
• Julie (8/5): Séjour reposant dans une maison charmante - Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel était souriant, le lieu était calme, la maison a beaucoup de charme. Le parking est gratuit. Nous étions au second étage, sous les toits. Le parquet était très grinçant et il faisait assez chaud la nuit (pas de climatisation).

Pokoje duże z łazienką , lodówka na wyposażeniu.Sprzątanie codziennie.Większość pobytu w budynku byliśmy sami. Jest tam bezpiecznie nikt nie włóczył się po podwórzu nie było zamykane na noc. Duży wystarczający parking . Wygodny ogród z ławkami oraz stolikami jedliśmy tam śniadania własne . Mieliśmy do dyspozycji czajnik plus kubki o które po prosiliśmy gospodarza. Sumując to wszystko bardzo ładne miejsce z zachowanym starym portugalskim stylem mieszkalnictwa. Obsługa gości super. Położenie budynku niedaleko <>. Istnieją w google maps. Oznaczenie dojazdu od centrum handlowego super. Opis dojazdu zgodny z rzeczywistością Nie ma się do czego przyczepić wszystko w porządku.

• Yusuf (8/5): Peaceful and relaxing, with easy access to Santander city centre. - Lovely private balcony. Close to hermitage of Our Lady the Virgin of the Sea. Modern decoration + traditional design. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful host + staff. If not by car (our case), access is straightforward: Easy to access by bus (line 1 is 10 mins walk). Taxi from city centre (if returning late) is 10E. Away from city centre. Situated in a well-off neighbourhood. Many guard dogs in the area (behind closed gates). Not a problem, but should be considered if not comfortable around dogs.

• Carlos (1/5): Decepcionante, fotos no corresponden con las calidades reales - Las características de las instalaciones del alojamiento ,no corresponden con las fotografias del anuncio, las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver, además decolchones hundidos donde nos se pueden dormir, ducha mal instalada pues se puede entrar de lado a duras penas y con grifos que no funcionaban pues no eran posibles de abrir y al intentarlo y por fin salir agua luego salia agua por todos lados y al terminar ya no paraba de salir agua no se podía cerrar, por lo que nos quejamos y avisamos del problema y de muy malas maneras nos dijo el dueño que nosotros rompimos el grifo de agua nosotros ( cuando eran deprimente las instalaciones de principio a fin ). Las puertas tampoco abrían ... un desastre . Espero que se tenga en cuenta, gracias

• Consuelo (6/5): Come dire..."ha potenziale ma non si impegna" - La posizione ottima, sia per Santander che per i dintorni lungo la costa. La struttura in sè è ristrutturata con gusto. Non mi è sembrata una vera "posada", il giardino e i tavoli presenti non sono utilizzabili dagli utenti su regola della struttura, il ché impedisce poter mangiare qualcosa che si è comprato esternamente. Contando che nei dintorni non ci sono bar o ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, questa regola non mi è sembrata molto sensata. Nella camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato c'era un evidente odore di fogna che proveniva dal bagno. Infine, chi ci ha accolto in struttura non ha dato nessun particolare consiglio o informazioni sulla zona, su Santander o su altri servizi offerti dalla struttura (per esempio la colazione), cosa che di solito fa sempre piacere.

• Narcisa (10/5): Estancia muy agradable - Muy cómodo, tranquilo y bonito. Se llega muy rápido a los lugares más destacables de la ciudad. El propietario también fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Recomendable sin duda. Como inconvenientes, necesitas coche para moverte y por la noche está todo tan en silencio que se escucha lo más mínimo.

En recepción nunca hay nadie y el trato un poco frio… la ubicación es buena, si tienes coche. Un poco caro relación calidad-precio…

• geoffrey (1/5): Discrimination - Le gérant a refusé notre réservation mais pas le paiement car nous avions un enfant (moins de 2ans avec son lit). Il a fallu insister, faire un rappel à la lois pour indiquer que c etait de la discrimination au même titre que de refuser des femmes ou des personnes noires. Le gerant a maintenu sa position refusant de nous donner les clés. La réservation etait sans annulation. Au bout de 25min d un échange musclé, nous avons eu les clés, d une chambre sous les toits et sans intimité...Nous entendions nos voisins aux toilettes comme si nous y étions... A fuir...
• Alberto Antonio (1/5): Decepcionante - El trato del recepcionista, poco empírico, rozando la grosería, los baños obsoletos, la cama muy mala, colchones viejos deformados, las habitaciones , no esta insonorizadas, parece, que el resto de lis huéspedes, están en la habitación, la ubicación muy mala, una buhardilla a 30 grados sin ventilador. No lo recomiendo a nadie

• CLAIRE (1/5): Avoid if you want somewhere comfy, relaxed or friendly to stay or if you expect nice customer service. - Room size Car parking Shower good Mattress decent Fridge in room - but not very cold (Housekeeping young lady was smiley and sweet) View not a mountain one - ours was new build houses, a main road and large retail park. Proprietor rude, unhelpful and seemed grumpy. This property messed up our booking and failed to resolve it to our satisfaction. We booked in April,, over three months in advance and made sure that we confirmed that there were two beds in the room as we were two friends travelling together. It was important for us to have separate beds since we Would be staying here after five days solid trekking in high mountains. I received a notification just two days before our arrival that we would not have two beds but one small double bed instead. They offered us free cancellation at that point, but it was way too late to find alternative accommodation And since we were up in a mountains area without much connectivity we weren’t in a position to focus on finding accommodation. A few WhatsApp messages are exchanged and The proprietor told us I had booked a double in the first place and if I wasn’t happy I should follow it up with booking.com (again impossible due to our location!) . On my booking confirmation, the room details clearly showed a picture of 2 twin beds in the room so I was flummoxed! When we checked in the property, we asked if there’s any way they could get another mattress to put on the floor or something so we could have two separate beds but there is no attempt to procure another mattress, or offer another resolution at all. (Upon arrival We virtually begged the owner to find a solution and also queried why we were informed so late, and why we did not have two beds in our room when we had received an email confirmation in April for the stay in August.) In addition, contrary to information provided by Booking.com the proprietor sent me a message to say that he would not accept card payment upon arrival and it was only cash. It stated Clearly on the booking confirmation and in the hotel details that it was possible to pay by a range of cards upon arrival.
• jaime (7/5): - Ubicación en las afueras pero cerca de un centro comercial y de la capital. El frigorífico, va estupendo. Decoración mimada y uso de madera. Muy poca luz en zonas comunes. Muy ruidoso porque tiene escaleras de madera y tarima. Se escucha andar a los vecinos. Pero es lo que tiene la madera. Por otro lado, era muy bonita.

Toast and Coffee, until 10, although friends arrived at 0950, breakfast was not offered and had to ask for coffee. A bar was advertised, there is no bar. Were told that disabled friendly, friends where offered a third floor room, and there isn't a lift.
