- Lê (2/5): Đi từ nam ra bắc lần đầu bị dí phòng tệ. - Vị trí rất tốt Mình ở phải phòng tệ, trần quá thấp, khiến phòng bí ngột ngạt, đèn ít muốn soi gương makeup cũng không được, ngay cả khoá cửa cũng hư không khoá được khi đi ra ngoài, máy chiếu thì điều khiển hỏng, không có hình ảnh phòng đó trên booking, mọi người khi đặt phòng nên lưu ý check trước phòng sẽ ở.

The bathroom was covered in a layer of grime that needed to be cleaned off immediately. The drain from the sink in the room led to the shower floor (so whatever you washed in the sink automatically landed on the shower floor) – a strange decision, as it had to be cleaned again using the shower. After experiencing this once, I started using the bathroom sink

- Linh (7/5): - Vị trí đẹp, rất thuận lợi để qua Văn Miếu, lăng Bắc, Hoàng Thành, phố Cổ; Phòng có cửa sổ lớn, nhiều ánh sáng tự nhiên ban ngày; Nhân viên lịch sự. Phòng ít đèn nên buổi tối không đủ sáng. Cơ sở vật chất hơi “tạm”, chất lượng có thể tốt hơn. Wifi không đủ mạnh để làm việc, mình họp video calls thường xuyên mất tín hiệu. Responses của các bạn trên Booking hơi chậm.

- Quỳnh (1/5): THIS PLACE SHOWS SIGNS OF FRAUD, SHOULD STAY AWAY. - Easy to find location, central This place shows signs of fraud and deception possibly. Upon check-in, I had to sign a document agreeing to the house's rules, and upon check-out, the staff informed me I was fined a large sum for soiling the bed linens, even though the stain was almost negligible and could easily be washed away (photo attached). The staff even claimed that because I had signed the document, they had to follow the rules. Besides, the room is very small & stuffy, and quite old with many stains on the walls.

- Nguyễn (10/5): Rất thích 2 anh nhân viên Quân và Hùng. Gì vọng mng cũng thích 2 anh này!!!!!! - - Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, sẵn sàng update cho khách hàng. Nếu bạn đi 1 mình, 2 mình mà thiếu người nói chuyện, nhân viên Quân và Hùng sẵn sàng nói chuyện từ đêm đến sáng với bạn tại sảnh. Họ là 2 nhân viên đầy trách nhiệm, nhiệt huyết và thiếu người nói chuyện. Phòng có thể update nhiều ánh sáng hơn
- Veskimägi (6/5): A bit tired hotel - The staff was helpful. There was a fridge in the room, working AC, there were good restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was quite comfortable. A bit tired hotel. The staff didn't speak very good English, but we were able to communicate with Google Translate. We were not happy with the laundry service. We paid for both washing and drying, but we got a bag of wet clothes back and unfortunately we didn't discover it until the next morning. The room was okay, but a bit dusty. The bathroom was cheaply renovated, there was a sticker on the bathroom tile. The sticker was peeling in some places. When checking out, we were asked to leave a 5-star review, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't deserve it.

- Pablo (7/5): Ok stay - Hotel was clean, although you could figure it hadn't been used in a while. The room had dust over the shelves, and as a traveler that had been traveling for a few weeks, didn't really care, but it may be an issue if you're used to European standards. Although it was nice, there was a dark and weird vibe. Hotel staff didn't speak much English but they were helpful. I don't appreciate having to leave the passport when checking in (which I refused to do so after insisting a bit). When I checked out, which was early in the morning, the person at check in handed me a passport thanking me, to which I immediately returned. It was obviously a mistake (and hopefully a one off), but that's the kind of thing I would have wanted to avoid with my own passport for instance.
- Freya (4/5): Disappointing - Early checkin was possible. Staff was really nice, although they do not speak English but communication via phone worked. Location directly next to temple. I personally think more in old town is better for tourist than this location. Room was really dirty. There was black hairs everywhere. On the floor and even some on the bed. Room has no window.
