• Matthew (10/5): Amazing complex, beautifully maintained. - Amazing complex, beautifully maintained with a large swimming pool. All staff are very pleasant from the maintenance team to the gated security guards. The complex is a few minutes walk to the centre of Arpora and all bars and restaurants which are a high standard. The owner of the apartment is contentious and stays in regular contact making sure your stay is going well and a caretaker is available locally if cleaning services are required.
• Natalia (7/5): - The apartments are good if properly maintained, but unfortunately they are rented out without any functionality. The location and the complex itself are wonderful. But I don't want to work with these people anymore. Firstly, the apartments are very dirty, they are not maintained at all. I personally cleaned up as best I could after checking in. I paid in cash on site, having exchanged money in advance, even though my arrival in India was quite early. The security guard followed me around for 20-30 minutes, constantly tugging at my luggage, even though I said I didn't need any assistance. He didn't speak any language at all. When I entered the room, I paid 43,029 rupees in cash. Of course, I didn't have 30 rupees. I gave 100, having previously exchanged them over breakfast in a cafe, so I paid 43,100. I came from Russia with my 11-year-old daughter, who checked the payment amount with me. All this happened in the presence of your assistant. After the assistant left, I discovered there was no internet, only the password was written, no network name, it was unclear what to connect to, later I realized that the outlet was turned off and found a solution myself, the set-top box does not work, the TV also does not work (the batteries in one remote control do not work) later it became clear that the set-top box was not paid, I did not ask anymore, since the answer is always the same - everything is there, some time later the owner wrote to me that I owe them the amount of 3,000 rupees, since I only paid 40,000, this really surprised me, I am very good at counting and was very surprised by what was stated, I said that I paid the entire bill in full, but they continued to insist that it was my fault.

• Tarandeep (10/5): A Perfect Home Away From Home!!! - A Perfect Home Away From Home – Especially for Families ! I recently stayed at Cim and Sands in Rivera Palms 2 for 5 days and 4 nights with my wife and 8-month-old daughter and I can’t begin to express how wonderfully everything worked out for us. From the moment I booked Simran was an absolute gem of a host—warm, thoughtful and always ready to help. She arranged a car for us during our stay, which made getting around super convenient. The car was received and dropped at the airport. The apartment is beautifully done—tasteful, cosy and absolutely feels like home. It’s tucked away in an amazing and safe society with a lovely swimming pool, excellent generator backup, strong internet and an overall peaceful vibe that was perfect for relaxing with a baby. The location is fantastic—all the major food delivery apps deliver right here and everything you need is close by. The caretaker was helpful and respectful and the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free, which is all I could have asked for while travelling with a little one. It was my daughter’s first trip to Goa so I was extra careful. Simran truly goes above and beyond—she kept checking in to make sure everything was going well and was always available if anything came up. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone travelling with family, especially if you’re looking for a safe, comfortable and well-managed place to stay. • Ankur (9/5): Superb - Perfect for work. Calm and peaceful location with ample light and great ventilation. Supermarket and eateries are nearby. Host is very friendly.Had a very pleasant stay. AC in the bedroom needs repair otherwise rest everything is good.
• Amit (10/5): Exceptional - It has a perfect location. Not so far from places in north goa like Baga, Calangute and Anjuna. Very cosy set up inside the apartment with all basic amenities available. Nothing in particular. Only that the microwave wasn't working. But I hope by the next visit it will be fixed.
