• Carol (9/5): Better than most. - I stand in a handicap room with a tub instead of a walk-in shower. I was a little scared to use it because of issues with another hotel. This particular shower/ tub was more thought than most. I could actually reach the handles to adjust water and water power. The handicap room was located at the end building. Furtherest from the elevator, ice machine, everything. If you have ever had balance issues when you walk you would understand.

Apart from juices not being available & pancake maker being out of service, we have no issues, complaints, or concerns. Rooms are always clean, don’t smell like cigarettes or devil’s lettuce. Halls are well kept & the entry is welcoming & clean. Staff is always very welcoming, helpful & personable. Will return!!!
• Bonnie (8/5): Great stay! - Front desk personnel were very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was comfortable and clean -- except there were no extra rolls of toilet tissue in the room and no Kleenexes in the box. Otherwise, our stay was great!
• Heath (3/5): The motorcycle rally ruined our stay. - The property itself was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was hosting a motorcycle rally. There were constantly loud motorcycles coming and going. We were constantly woken up throughout the night by the sound of loud motorcycles, either revving up or blaring music. People were smoking marijuana in front of the entrance and throughout the parking lot. There was loud music being played in the lobby. We have stayed at this hotel several times before and have always had a great experience, but this time it was awful. When I search “Ruff Ryders Columbus” on Facebook, I can find the flyer. The event was definitely Friday and Saturday. We were in town to run an ultra marathon and the lack of sleep the night before was detrimental to our race. I’d like a full refund.

• Evett (8/5): Really nice hotel to stay at if your in the area - The hotel stay was nice rooms clean and accommodating for my party. We did ask for the small toiletries but they said they didn’t have any but they had signs in the rooms and on the desk in the lobby to ask for them if you needed them. The first elevator the smaller one we got stuck in on the first night for a couple of minutes, but we were fine. The room doors were tuff to open up we had to use force, and also had to have the front desk to come open the door the first night as if the frame needed to be fix. But over all we enjoyed the nice clean room.

The breakfast is very good and they have a nice pool with music playing. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a little while to get checked in.

Cleaner rooms/ bathroom wasn't up to standards. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. I had to remake my bed because the sheets weren't put on correctly.
