• Tống (7/5): - 1. Nhân viên rất nhẹ nhàng, mình thắc mắc j là trả lời ngay, rất nhanh chóng. Thái độ cũng rất chuẩn mực. 2. Home nằm ở khu vực yên tĩnh, an ninh, an toàn tốt. Đi lại thuận tiện. Gọi xe rất dễ v nhanh. Mình ở căn Vịt sữa 3. (1) Điểm mình không thích đó là Nhà tắm. Được dọn sạch sẽ lúc nhận phòng. Nhưng khi sử dụng k đc tiện lắm: Chỉ tắm xong (dù đã rất để ý) thì khu vực bồn rửa mặt (ở ngay bên cạnh, k có vách ngăn) cũng sẽ bị nước bắn nhiều. Bề mặt bồn rửa mặt thoát nc k đc tốt nên sau khi dùng nc đọng lại, rồi chảy xuống dưới ướt đồ mỹ phẩm (rửa mặt, tẩy trang...) để phía dưới. Mình nói thêm là bồn rửa có 2 tầng, mặt trên dễ đọng nc nên gần như k để đc đồ skin care, tângd dưới để đc nhg khi dùng cũng phải rất cẩn thận thì mới k bị nc. (2) Còn nữa, khi mình nhận phòng, k kiểm tra kỹ (có ktra mình nghĩ cũng k thể biết đc) nên 1 vòi sen tắm đã gãy phần nhiều từ trc mà mình k biết. Đến lúc dùng, vừa vặn nhẹ vòi đã gãy luôn: bề mặt vết gãy lộ rõ vết mới (tráng tinh của nhựa) chỉ bằng 1/4 đg kính của ống, 3/4 vết gãy đã cũ (bị ố vàng). Mình nhắn tin tbao thì 2ph sau nhân viên có mặt ngay + thay vòi nhanh chóng. Mình cũng nói luôn về tình trạng vết gãy như trên. Sau đó, nhân viên tbao mình phải chịu 1/2 số tiền mua vòi mới (260k / 2). Mình cũng ok vì nghĩ đôi co cũng k để làm j. Các bạn nhân viên chỉ làm đúng nhvu là tbao cho khách, họ k có quyền quyết định. Chỉ có cách giải thích là mình thấy chưa ổn lắm: Do chị k ktra kỹ và k tbao kịp thời, đáng ra lúc đến chị phải tbao ngay... (ok nhé. Nhg như mình đã nói ở trên vết gãy chỉ còn 1/4 là mới, 3/4 gãy từ trc. Vòi vẫn liền với ống, y như k bị sao cả, nên có ktra kiểu j thì cũng chịu, k thể phát hiện đc cho đến khi nó gãy lìa ra. Mình đã định chụp ảnh lại rồi nhg nghĩ là k cần thiết. Mình chỉ phản ánh đúng thực tế, k nói quá lên, cũng k nhằm mục đích gây ảnh hưởng đến home. Mình chỉ chia sẻ để các bạn đến sau cẩn thận hơn. 260k / 2 thì chắc k quá ảnh hưởng đến túi tiền nhg 2.600k / 2 thì chắc chắn có nhỉ) Nên nếu đánh giá tổng quan thì mình thấy tạm ổn. Còn nếu để đánh giá là hài lòng thì rất tiếc mình k đánh giá được.

• Đắc Hưng (8/5): Chất lượng bình thường không quá xuất sắc - Vị trí thuận tiện đi lại, có chỗ để xe máy Nhà hơi cũ, trong nhà vệ sinh vẫn có gián nhỏ.

• Nguyễn (6/5): It’s still good enough if you guys stay only one night - The room is quite equipped, all the prices are clearly written The room is not as expected, there is only one bed, the bathroom and a fridge. Maybe because we booked the cheapest one? Another is the room is not very clean, like we always feel there is something not right. The staff quite weird, they didn’t tell us about the extra fee or warn about it before.
• Andreluu (7/5): Acceptable for a short stay - Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Great wifi. Air conditioning works perfectly. Staff are available at the front desk. There was a rotten, moldy smell in the room, and the room was not completely clean. I found a few hairs and the bathroom floor was a little wet and sticky when I arrived. The hot water for the shower also runs out after turning it on for 2 minutes.
• Adrian (3/5): Poor location, unclean, definitely not a "homestay." Is there a definition of homestay? - We only stayed for a ten minutes - just time to assess that this was not a place in which we would be comfortable and book another place. We are grateful to the receptionist discounting us sufficient to get a taxi away ... The location is awful - down a deserted alley off a lane with many mechanics' workshops. It is neither convenient for restaurants, cafes nor sites. The collection of condoms available in the room gives the wrong sort of message for travellers. Perhaps it caters for young local couples in which case the condoms might be a good idea. The bath mat was soaking wet as was the toilet paper and a collection of cleaner's ?? hairs on the floor is not acceptable even if the price is relatively low.
