Guest Reviews
- Shannon (9/5): - It was very clean and great quality! The instructions to get out of the building were kind of vague and we had to ask the janitor to open the door because we didn’t realise we had to bring the fob with us to the parking garage
- Joe (7/5): - Clean. Ants
Code to get in main building didn't work.
Couch was uncomfortable.
- Alexander (9/5): -
- Veronique (7/5): - Il manquait un toaster
- Ran (8/5): The original apartment I booked had strong paint smell. Staff agreed to give us another one nearby. Location is great bu - Has everything.
- Sharon (10/5): Perfect for an overnight stay. - Clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive. Instructions on how to access property could have been clearer.
- Javerliat (8/5): -
- Tere (9/5): -
- Katie (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. - Lovely apartment offering plenty of space and facilities to cook, wash clothes and have a swim.
- Ailing (10/5): Would stay again - It’s convenient to whatever we need. Such as laundromat , grocery shop and restaurant. It was nice and quiet. We felt very safe. Easy to access. Water tap in the kitchen is not sensitive to adjust. Bathroom door does not lock.
- Anh Tuan (10/5): - spacious apartment, clean and easy to access. Parking much cheaper compare to others. Near metro and restaurant around, nothing to complain
- Trevor (10/5): We had a great stay! Amazing location. Unit was clean and tidy. Accommodating host! -
- Wei (8/5): Very good - Convenient location, close to subway stn. Property is clean and comfortable.
- Sining (9/5): Superb -
- Rytis (8/5): Very good -
- Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to the center, very authentic Toronto, nice Patio in the top with great view , very friendly host.
- Myriam (9/5): Very pleasant and practical - Great location. 1 block from village, one block from Yonge St, 2 blocks from metro station. Even easy to walk down to old town Toronto.
Practical and cheap parking (7cnd for 12h) and you can pay up to 48h on the website. Practical driveway to park when you arrive go up and get the fob/key. I recommend offloading luggage there as there is no elevator at parking level.
Appartement has all you need including coffee machine (even coffee and sugar), filtered water in fridge, fully equipped kitchen, iron, hairdryer...
Very comfortable beds. Great set up with one separate room and one other big bed off the living room that can be separated by a screen.
View is nice on trees and tall Toronto buildings, there is a balcony. Don't miss going up to last floor to take in the breathtaking view also at night. (We went through the swimming pool changing rooms).
Host was very responsive and very helpful.
All in all a very pleasant stay at a decent price for Toronto.
We stayed 2 nights and got to see a lot and even come back to freshen up before dinner because it is so well situated.
It is all in all a lovely place to stay.
- Rupert (7/5): Good -
- Moore (7/5): Good place, terrible view - Place was very clean, and great for what we needed it for, easy check in and out, parking was not to expensive View of garage area with drug addicts shooting up
- Heather (8/5): I would stay again and recommend. Clean, great location, and reasonable price. - Location was ideal, walkable to Concert Hall. In the village so lots for options for entertainment. We stopped at a great pub along the way, recommended by the hosts. Very comfy beds and CLEAN. Accommodated an earlier check in. Having a balcony was a bonus. We did not have time to access other amenities. Low lighting at the door made it hard to see the code box so I was confused upon arrival, otherwise smooth checkin.
Parking very reasonable but underground parking lot very low, some vehicles may not fit. Also parking states $7 per stay but lot states $7 for 12 hours. We decided to go down after the concert and pay again to be sure.
- Matic (10/5): Great appartment for a visit of Toronto - Great location and had everything you need, good bonus was the cheap on-site garage parking
- Ann (9/5): Superb - Exceptionally clean, easy access & support from owner, central to everything.
- Fon (8/5): Great value and location - Very clean and hosts were responsive and quick to reply/respond. Location to subway station was great. Would return in future
- Paula (8/5): Overall great place. I would stay here again! - Didn't know you needed the FOB for everything in the building. And it was sort of a maze to get out. I didn't know you needed the FOB to get out and then had to bring it back up.
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, subway within a few minutes so access to all attractions. Nothing
- Cameron (7/5): Good -
- Guang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jimenez (10/5): The owner is incredibly kind! I loved the apartment and I appreciated the freedom of coming in and out and being able to - The apartment is beautiful and in a beautiful location. It is in the middle of many restaurants and it is close to a few museums. Very pleasant experience! Could use more supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
- Susan (8/5): Clean basic accommodations in a good neighborhood for a great price. - Family holiday. 4 adults. Good location in The Village, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs within walking distance. A 15 minute walk to the Eatons Center, straight south on Young st. Easy check in, very comfortable beds, quite spacious rooms, good for families, beautiful pool area, reasonable parking cost. Would stay again! Sparse furniture, lacking some basic necessities.
- Douglas (8/5): A basic place to stay for a night or two in Toronto. - Large living space. Pay for parking - max. time was 12 hours, no food or drink facilities.
- Loree (7/5): Adequate, reasonable, not outstanding - We had trouble getting into the building and the apartment. Fortunately, the owner was able to open the apartment door remotely immediately.
We couldn't get the kureg coffee maker to work.
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Having bottled water and cokes was considerate. Sofa bed, coffee maker
- Elouise (3/5): Made out - Location The linen on the beds were dirty with hair all over the bed on top the sheets and underneath the sheets. Like they were never removed after the last guest I had to buy new sheets to sleep on bath towels were horrible. Sink sponge was dirty and old nothing available to dry dishes after they were washed That’s not a 2 bedroom unit. It has no closet. It was a make shift room with a bed. That place should be listed as a one bedroom with an option to sleep others .All they did was put a screen to make it a room. No privacy in that room.
- Pratap (8/5): Very good -
- Envier (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - Marcelo went above and beyond to guarantee my stay was a great one, super responsive and attentive. The apartment is amazingly located, with amazing cozy and laid back decor. I will be back!
- Cameron (7/5): Good -
- Gil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lori (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. Close to everything. And that view..... phewwww Parking was a hassle as we had a full size truck and did not fit in the garage area so we had to park elsewhere
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (7/5): Good -
