- Stefan (1/5): Solid hotel, but scamming staff - The hotel is slightly overpriced, but overall comfortable and modern. The reason for the one star, however, is that the personal tried to scam us. Purposefully he offered us to order dinner for us twice. We chose some chicken and salad. As the food arrived, he claimed that only cash payment would be acceptable and charged us 120 soles! After I complained, the guy became nervous, gave me all my money back and said I could keep the food. Most obvious scammer behaviour. I write this message without personal frustration, because we got a free meal. But for you, you can stay in that hotel, but I suggest you to check all bills and definitely order your food yourself - for your personal benefit and to shut down this behaviour with damages the image of the beautiful country of Peru.

- Joël (10/5): - Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und allgemein schöne und einladende Anlage. Schöner Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Der Pool ist toll, braucht aber unbedingt mehr Pflege. Schade wird dieser so vernachlässigt. Poolsauberkeit ist enttäuschend. Einziger negativer Aspekt in einem sonst sehr tollen Hotel. Der Pool ist voll mit Vogel Kot und Federn, Sand ist hier das kleinste Problem. Es hat richtig viel Überwindung gekostet, darin zu Baden. Nach dem Baden waren die Badehosen grün verfärbt. Bitte mehr filtern, umwälzen und chloren.

Definitely a great choice for a night in Chala. Also, the car garage is very safe and easy to navigate. Many eateries located within 10 minute walk the road is not yet paved, but I'm guessing that will be fixed by 2027. Wifi needs a complete review to get it working properly throughout the property on a single network

De eerste dag was er geen stroom, dat werd vrij snel (dik half uur) opgelost. De tweede dag was er helemaal geen stroom, van wakker worden tot half 4 in de middag. Het zwembad was vies, overal lag zand. De derde dag waren er werkzaamheden aan de weg van vroeg in de ochtend tot laat in de middag. Keihard kabaal, je kon nergens zijn, niet op de kamer, niet bij het zwembad, niet op het dakterras. Als klap op de vuurpijl deed het toilet het niet meer en kwam er vanalles boven drijven... verschrikkelijk!!!!! Ontbijt was heel erg basic, de meeste hostels maken er meer werk van. Geen compensatie, geen terugbetaling als we eerder zouden vertrekken.

Fiz a reserva e mandei um WhatsApp perguntando se tinha água quente, e prontamente me responderam que eu não precisava preocupar, pois teria sim. Porém, quando cheguei a água não aqueceu. Reclamei e fui ignorado. Café da manhã fraco. Um ovo mexido, um pão e café, nem leite teve.

- Charles (9/5): Superb - Quite a nice hotel, I was surprised to find such a place in Chala. There's hot water in the shower, a swimming pool, and more. The room was big and comfy. The employees were friendly, as expected in Perú. My only negative point - the breakfast was hardly worth calling breakfast. I've had much better breakfasts in hotels that were half the cost of this one.
