Елена (9/5): В целом без нареканий. Если останавливаться на дольше хотелось бы стиральную машину, но на неделю всего хватило. Кушать - Отличный собственник хорошей квартиры. Проблема не возникло. При бронировании сразу вышел на связь! Все вопросы решались онлайн тут же. Обратились к бронированию этого номера сидя в холле корпуса! Будьте аккуратны вас хотят обмануть с расценками на каждом шагу. Первое бронирование нам один номер подняли цену в два раза на пороге, а по второму так и не вышли на связь! Если вам не отвечают ни в Вотсапп, ни в сообщения букинга велика вероятность обмана! В этом бронировании все четко и честно! Рекомендую. Хозяину удалось сгладить первые неприятные впечатления от гостеприимной Грузии. Спасибо. Может быть прохладно по погоде, но это сам комплекс. В номере есть обогреватель и одеяла.

Номер оборудован как в описании. Фото настоящие. Есть большой флакон мыла и геля для душа. Туалетная бумага. На против блока С столовая ,так и называется.. Выходите, чуть левее в середине здания напротив. Всё хорошо

Анастасия (9/5): Было бы отлично добавить коврик в санузле и полотенце для мини-кухни - Удобные апартаменты для отдыха семьей. Чистое белье, удобные кровати, подушки, хороший чистый санузел. Есть набор посуды для комфортного пребывания и приготовления завтраков, если это необходимо. Хозяин прекрасный человек и успешный менеджер апартаментов. Все возникающие вопросы решал оперативно и профессионально. Это очень здорово и никак не нарушает твои планы на отдыхе. Спасибо большое!

Jenny (1/5): Horrible experience! - The room was ok, like in the pictures. Nice view. Really near the beach. The elevators are a real disaster. We waited for the elevator for 40 minutes! With at least 50 people around us sweating, because there was no air conditioning.The worst possible start to a vacation! It doesn't make sense that a building with more than 50 floors has only 8 working elevators. The bathroom constantly smelled of sewage.

The apartment was clean and had all facilities for living, including a washing machine, iron, fridge, etc. The building has a cafe that operates 24 hours. There were no problems with the elevators, but we stayed in June, which is only the start of the season.

Zhaniya (9/5): Beautiful apartment, nice and welcoming host, and a stunning view of the sea from the window! - Apartment was clean, we had everything we needed, the host provided us with the dishes. The view from the apartment was amazing as well! The description says it’s a hotel, however, you won’t be provided with linen change or with new cosmetics everyday as it is usually the case with hotels. So this is more like a flat rent.

Ahmed (8/5): Amazing view and value for money for a short or long stay. - The location and view are amazing. The balcony view to the city is nice. The room has all things you need for a short or long stay. Missing some things such as cups, extra card key, and no option for breakfast. There is a loud sound coming from a construction site, and the noise isolation is bad. You can hear others in different rooms.

Tzanelitze (7/5): Good - Everything was new, and the linnens where clean too. Good communication with the Admin and the Staff, were friendly and helpful. The Hotel is right next to the Boulevard. The noise from the construction site and from the central road is terrible. We had to open the windows for fresh air and would get a headache. The shower tap was not cleanned after the last visitor, and water wouldn't go down the drain. But the Staff came to clean it right away. In general it was overally a good place to stay in the city and the staff is friendly.
