• Yu Xin (1/5): - The property offers a buggy shuttle service, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I followed the instruction to call 30 minutes in advance, yet the shuttle did not arrive on time. I ended up making three calls and waited for over an hour without any clear update or explanation. What made the situation worse was the front desk service. The staff I spoke to was very impolite and unprofessional, and instead of providing a solution, I was repeatedly told to keep waiting, including an additional 30 minutes with no reassurance or apology. To be fair, the buggy drivers themselves were not at fault. They were polite, responsible, and professional when they finally arrived. The issue seems to be with poor coordination and communication from the front desk. Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience and did not meet expectations. I hope the management will improve their service and staff training.

• Cheow Lay (10/5): Nice, relaxing staycation - Big and clean spacious rooms. Nice view. Happy with the stay. Thank you, host. The wait for the buggy is too long sometimes. If the weather is not too hot, I don't mind strolling from the unit to the lobby. It takes about 7-10mins.

• Annaline (5/5): Disappointed, might not consider for future bookings - The villa over the water is perfect - the unit was quiet and the view excellent! I didn't realize that the unit was not part of the hotel and that it was privately owned, if the website was clear about this, it might have influenced my booking preference. The big issue with the unit is that there were no spoons for coffee/tea, only 4 coffee mugs. And unlike hotel rooms, complimentary coffee, sugar, tea/milk was not provided. There were also "old/dirty" socks in the main bedroom cupboard.

• roxhana (3/5): - Bed is comfortable. Has smart tv. Balcony can enjpy the view. Nice toilet Have several cockroaches. Main door a bit stuck. No complimentary coffee ..no dustbin at the bedrooms. Suppose bathroom in each room but one of the toilet is outside the room. The swimming pool is dirty. The food has variety selection but not clean, i saw many flies.

• Diana (8/5): Good stay on - Very nice 3 bedroom chalet! Plenty of space for our group of 5 people. It has everything you need and if you have any issues, you can communicate with the host (through whatsapp), who is very prompt. Keep in mind it's a privately owned unit on the premises of a resort. That means any issues of the chalet must be discussed directly wirh the host/owner. You have access for free to any facility of the resort (by the way - for this unit you have 20% discount in any restaurant of the resort, but to food only, not on alcoholic drinks) The cleanliness is not very good (but let's say it could not be perfect, being located in the middle of the nature). When you arrive you have to ask the host for the wifi network and password, because they are different from the resort's.
