- Martha (1/5): Bad - Only the Location I'm going to clarify that the AC never went below 83, since we arrived, it stayed on Auto, I let you know since the morning of the 2nd, you had all the time to do something and fix it, once again I tell you I will go wherever to get my money back, it was a responsibility and your obligation was to fulfill what was paid for, apart from the filter was super dirty and the ducts were clogged because not even air came out. And I asked the neighbors and the property had not been rented for a long time. I have proof to claim my money back.
- Herman (3/5): Disappointing - The house was spacious and the decor was nice. The pool was covered in algae and unusable, the pool area was dirty and unkept, the lanai was missing a section of screen and had holes all around, the backyard was missing a section of fence and was unsecure, the front door chain latch was pulled out of the wall and couldn't be secured, there was no working lock on the door to the house from the garage. We didn't feel safe and were uncomfortable for the entire stay. The icemaker in the fridge didn't work. The hosts were dishonest when asked about early check in, they asked for an e-transfer while booking.com said it was included. Getting responses from the hosts required repeatedly messaging them.
