• Phyllis (10/5): Beautiful spot to stay for our Edinburgh adventure. - This is a beautifully designed and comfortable apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we could easily visit all sites. We were 6 adults and it was spacious and comfortable. They had plenty of towels and a bassinet if it was needed. Nothing we can think of. We expected some city noise and there wasn't much.

• P3RC3V4L (10/5): 3 Bedroom Appartment on the 1st Floor - Rooms are spacious, stylish and authentic. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms (3!) The staircase is a bit smelly and weary. Beds was a bit too soft for us. (We missed a coocking spoon too)

• Ann (9/5): Beautiful apartment in Edinburgh - This nice apartment was well located and easy walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. It had a huge living room and dining room that were furnished beautifully. The bathrooms were compact but very efficient. We were thrilled to have 3 of them…not n easy task in Edinburgh The kitchen had a washer and dryer, wine cooler and dishwasher in addition to all the basic appliances. This beautiful apartment suited the 6 of us perfectly. Our other traveling companions stayed at other places that weren’t nearly as nice. The only drawbacks I can mention were that it was expensive by American standards, but we were in the middle of the International Tattoo Festival dates, so everything was expensive, and the stairwell leading up to the apartment could use some sprucing up…maybe paint and tile and better lighting. There was tons of mail on the floor and a full trash bag there. We understand that this was probably a common area for several apartments, so not the owner’s fault. Other than that it was a lovely apartment and we would absolutely stay there again. Mentioned above.
• Emalee (10/5): Gorgeous and luxurious apartment rental in the city. - The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. All the bedrooms were lovely, especially the primary bedroom which was huge. Loved the big windows, with solid shutters to keep light and sound out at night. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. The bathrooms were all clean and good sizes (2 ensuites, 1 hall bath). Really appreciated the speaker systems in the living and dining room (you need to download the Sonos app to use them). Some of the rooms could use a little more lighting, it could be dim at night or when overcast. You can't access the park across the street - but that's the city's fault not the apartment (most of the parks in Edinburgh aren't public).

• Franck (10/5): We had an exceptional experience. Best so far in Edinburgh. The place is amazing & perfectly located - EXCELLENT !!! The apartment is amazing. Superb rooms, very comfortable with modern amenities. Perfectly located to visit so many of Edinburgh’s attraction. Fully set-up to enjoy fast pace days visiting the city, while fully equipped to cook and enjoy a family thanksgiving feast. Our hosts Agnes & Sara, are very attentive, responsive to enquiries. We will definitely book it again next time we are in town. We cannot think of anything we did not like. Nothing. Nada, Zilch.
• Nicola (10/5): The title of this apartment is exactly what it is! Magnificent! Really well positioned, it’s a short walk to Princes str - Literally everything about this apartment was fabulous! The high ceilings, decor, styling and we absolutely loved the huge, huge windows and looking out to the Edinburgh streets below. We were a short walk to Princes street with Rose street inbetween and equally we were well positioned to walk in the other direction to Dean village and the Leith Walk. The traditional Georgian windows though beautiful are not soundproof (obviously!) so you can hear traffic noise most of the night & it’s a busy city! The shutters & curtains muffle it somewhat but though it wasn’t a problem for us, I can imagine others finding it difficult to sleep. It’s the only negative I can think of though!

• Claire (9/5): High-class base from which to explore Edinburgh - Great apartment with high end fixtures and fittings, lovely decor, amazing room sizes and ceiling heights. Ideally located for Stockbridge and the New Town. Stairs up to the apartment are tricky with luggage but worth the effort! The master bedroom is noisy being located on the Queen Street side of the building.

Beds comfy and kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. it’s in a great location for seeing all the sights with a good selection of bars/cafes/restaurants nearby. We were a group of 6 friends who really enjoyed the stay.

• Yony (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable apartment in an excellent location in the New Town of Edinburgh. - The apartment was beautiful, exactly as described, and perfect size and location for our group of 4 traveling together. Nothing! it was perfect.
• Claire (8/5): beautiful - stunning place, very very clean and spacious was told quiet time was 11pm - 7am to respect the neighbours. however the neighbours were very loud! Slamming doors, up till all hours partying. running up and down the stairs. Being asked to keep towels white. not to put makeup or fake tan on them. was so scared we wouldn’t get £200 insurance deposit back we went out and bought towels. that really should be something we felt we had to do.

The apartment exceeded our expectations in all ways. Comfortable, clean and extremely spacious. It was excellent value for money too. • Heather (10/5): Excellent stay. Would definitely stay again! - It's a beautiful apartment, great location and very well equipped. I liked the fact that someone met you at the property to hand over the keys and explain the features and little touches like the coffee pods and all the cleaning materials were a good thought. A real home from home and my 17-year old daughters wanted to move in permanently! It is quite expensive but I'd say worth it. It's on the first floor and the stone steps are quite worn (not surprising given the age of the property) so something to bear in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues but my 80-year old parents coped fine. The only thing I would request is a set of drawers in the third bedroom. There's great wardrobe space but no drawers.
• Merida (7/5): We loved our stay and would definitely return - We liked the beds except my son said his bed was on a slope (uneven floor) which disturbed his sleep which was a shame but the other beds were fantastic and my husband and I slept like babies. The space was fab throughout and especially storage for clothes . Loved having the washing machine and tumble dryer . The bed in the back room just as it was on an uneven floor according to my 14 year old son. The stairwell was very shabby and dark and could do with a spring clean.
