- A (7/5): This hotel/ cabin feel was beautiful, close to trails and the main strip. The breakfast was a plus to the stay! Ther - I loved the location and cabin feel There were a few things that needed to be fixed. The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work, the google casting didn’t work- we called the number provided and the lady on the phone said the google casting wasn’t connected in general in our room, the door was hard to open, the fire place had timers at night and when they turned off we couldn’t get it to turn back on, and to the right of the couch by the lamp stand there were a lot of dead bugs- only 2 but it just showed it wasn’t cleaned in a while…

- Daniel (3/5): A fancy motel but not worth the price - The wooden/scandi vibe to the design This should be considered a motel rather than a hotel; there was no house keeping, the included breakfast wasn’t running one of the days and the days it was, it was so basic it was closer to a convenience shop.

Bathroom glass doors get water all over the floor but wasn't a big deal we just used towels when we got out to clean up, and the handle in the shower kept falling off every time you turned the water on. My husband said just needed to be tightened.
- Shatzie (3/5): Won’t stay again due to the toilet issues and double charge for the stay. - The place was pretty with easy check in. The restaurant was closed. Our toilet clogged and we were told it would not be tended to till the next day meaning we could not use the bathroon all evening into the next day. My husband had to go to the store and buy a plunger. I was also charged twice for the stay and have not been reimbursed and now have to pay interest on the charge.

- Thomson (10/5): Content and will return! - As a returning guest I love the property and location! I love that it’s set back off the strip away from the hustle and bustle. I love that it’s considerably small. I love the design and decor. Coming and being here truly gives me a sense of peace, quiet, and recuperation! A break away from my reality! I got the same exact room as the first time I visited. Then the shower leaked and flooded the bedroom. This time I could see the shower was repaired, so no leaking. However, We had some issues with the air conditioning system but after an hour and a half of research we figured it out. It seems there has been a decline in staffing and probably even management. The restaurant bar wasn’t open very much or long. There was one housekeeper on site for a few hours each day, and I worry he may have too much on his plate to manage and maintain cleanliness to standards within his work day. I manage the house keeping department in a hospital, so I noticed several opportunities for improvement but generally the rooms are satisfactory.

La decoración es hermosa y acogedora ! Todo limpio! Cuidan los detalles! La atención fue maravillosa! Lo repetiría! 💯 recomendado 👏🏻 Lo único que sugiero que mejoren es que coloquen unas cortinas más oscuras para impedir la entrada de la luz para dormir ! Pero no es un gran detalle, solo una pequeña sugerencia! De igual forma me encantó y repetiría !

- Terri (10/5): Wonderful experience and will be returning on our next trip to Gatlinburg. - Room was very clean, amenities were spot on with wine glasses, coffee maker, plenty of towels, comfy bed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in was quick, too. Proximity to downtown was close. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the free coffee, and a selection of a few quick items, such as muffins, yogurt, fruit. Need a way to not require a log in to guest wi-fi to access streaming channels. We prefer a more secure option to access streaming (log in with secure/personal passcode maybe).

The cabin was immaculate aswell as the surrounding areas. I accidentally binned a present and they were able to retrieve it for me😊would definitely stay again.
