• Damian (9/5): - Bardzo ładnie i czysto. W pokoju byl czajnik i ekspres do kawy oraz lodówka. Właścicielka pisala na WhatsApp cała instrukcje jak wejść do mieszkania, wysłała wiadomość co poleca w okolicy i na jakie ulice wybrać się by cos zjeść. Na śniadanie dostaliśmy kartki do pobliskiej kawiarni na kawę i ciastko do wyboru. Mieszkanie w centrum. Niedaleko jest lidl.

• Inés (9/5): - It was very clean, had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and kind. The location is also perfect, a comfortable walking distance from the centre and the sites. The property is advertised as having parking, but it doesn’t. We were told we could park on the streets around the building, but it is either paid (which then means your property doesn’t have parking included) or the free spaces were in very narrow, crammed streets in bad condition where we made a dent in one of our tires. We ended up parking far away from the building on paid spots. So beware!

It had a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and everything we needed to make it the perfect place for our stay in Catania. TerrAmare is well situated, within walking distance of the main sights and many local bars and restaurants. Gabriele our host was very helpful and responsive Nothing!

• Adrian (10/5): Dwa balkony centrum miasta luksusowy apartament czysty wspaniały - Piękny duży apartament z wygodną łazienką i dwoma balkonami. Część wspólna wyposażona przez właściciela w talerzyki i sztućce, otwieracz do wina i kieliszki. W cenie dostepne cały czas kapsułki z kawą [ w apartamencie mielismy ekspres !]. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Codziennie sprzatana czesc wspólna. Przy pobycie 4 nocy właściciel spytał czy chcielibyśmy nowe ręczniki i czy kołdrę nie mamy za grubą bo cieplej się zrobiło. [ Troche świata z Żoną zjechałem, ale tak milej i zaangazowanej w zadbanie o klienta osoby dawno nie spotkalem]. Fajna lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta. Na tej samej ulicy 3 świetne restauracje. Wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie w miarę spokojnie. Do dworca 15 min spacerem. Mógłbym tak długo rozpisywać się ale wniosek jest jeden: Catanie Etne Taormine i Syrakuzy zaliczyliśmy z przerwą jednego dnia na plażowanie dzięki tej lokalizacji, temu apartamentowi i Panu Gabriele. Był to niesamowicie spędzony czas z ukochaną osobą w cudownym miejscu. Przygoda jak za szczeniaka :) szlajaliśmy się po obrzeżach [ tam trochę nie za bezpiecznie i starszny syf]. W centrum jak w Rzymie. Robiliśmy minimum 20000 kroków dziennie i cały czas widzieliśmy coś nowego. W mieście też pełno autobusów i metro więc jak cos to można prawie wszystko zobaczyć bez chodzenia tyle co my. Wracając do apartamentu to naprawdę czysty luksusowy apartament z dwoma balkonami, a każdy z widokiem na uliczki i dachy miasta. Troche dalej od centrum syf kiła I mogiła. Ale to trzeba zobaczyć, zeby docenić jak mamy w Krakowie.

Bardzo dobra obsługa wraz ze zdalnym meldunkiem i odbiorem kluczy. Gospodarz przesyła dodatkowe informacje na temat interesujących miejsc do zwiedzania jak i poleca dobre restauracje.

• Victoria (10/5): - Gabriele the host was lovely and we did have the pleasure of meeting him during our stay. Gabriele gave clear and concise instructions on how to get to the property from the airport and how to access our room. Gabriele gave recommendations on where to visit in and around Catania. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The property is in a great location very close to the centre and lots of attractions. It is also near to one of the main bus stations to enable you to visit other places outside of Catania. Nothing 😁
• Anton (7/5): Prima appartement, voor een kort bezoek aan Catania, een stad die mij niet kon boeien. - De locatie was prima te noemen. De trappen. Daar waar in NL een standaard huis 13 traptreden per etage kent waren er hier 26. Als je dan met je koffer omhoog moet ben je wel even bezig. Niet geschikt voor ouderen of mensen slecht ter been. Verder is de ruimte met de barkrukken op de foto een algemene ruimte die je niet gebruikt. Het bed is kort, 1.90 m, slaapt wel goed maar is licht waardoor bij het omdraaien, als je wat zwaarder bent, verschuift.
• Elisabeth_01 (9/5): - Gabriele, der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war er jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist in der 3. Etage gelegen ohne Fahrstuhl. Das hält einen jedoch fit.

Propreté et équipement de la chambre au top, ainsi que des espaces communs. Gabriele était disponible et nous a fourni de bons conseils pour visiter Catane et ses environs. Seul point négatif les trois étages sans ascenseur si vous avez des bagages lourds ! Mais Gabriele peut vous aider si il est prévenu à l’avance. Le petit déjeuner peu copieux à prendre dans un café à proximité de l’établissement.

Sauberes, nettes, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattetes helles Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen! Etwas mühsam im 3. Stock, da schöne hohe Räume sind geht's steil hinauf ohne Lift. Haben es trotzdem immer geschafft

Staff eccezionale educato e disponile sempre Purtroppo l’insonorizzazione tra le stanze non è delle migliori, ma può essere migliorata e non crea eccessivi disturbi. Unica pecca per quanto riguarda l’accessibilità sono i tre piani di scale che con bagagli e pesi diventano scomode

• Clare (9/5): Excellent facilities for a quiet working week in Catania - I had such a good stay here. Gabriele was very available to answer questions and extremely welcoming and helpful at all times. He was also very efficient in confirming arrangements when I booked, when I checked in and when I left. The breakfast arrangement with the nearby coffee bar worked very well and it was a pleasant place to have my morning coffee and croissant (the fresh orange juice in the photo isn't part of the set breakfast, but it's an inexpensive addition). In addition to this arrangement, there was an excellent coffee machine available at all times, along with mini-toasts and jam and teas and disposable plates/cutlery. There was also a fridge in the room. I had a good table to work at and used one of the chairs of the balconies, and this worked well. The wifi was excellent for all the four days I was there. So I was able to do what I needed to - I got on with my work before being joined by family. Everything spotlessly clean. Excellent bathroom with really good shower. The apartment is very close to the amazing and huge Catania market - not just fruit and veg but other things too. The area itself isn't the most beautiful, but it's not far to walk to many central locations and smarter streets, and the local shops are very good value/economical for cold drinks etc. The B&B is on the third floor, so not ideal if you have a heavy suitcase or if you struggle with stairs, but it was fine. Keys and security in the building were good.

Our host was pleasant & communicative, making sure we had everything we needed. Local shop & restaurants and metro 10 mins walk. A lot of stairs to reach 3rd floor.

• Johannes (7/5): Ok not great - Great location, close to city center It’s on the 3rd floor!! Building has high ceilings so 6 flights of stairs!! Listing on booking.com said free parking, it’s street parking so only if you can find a free spot. We had some trouble finding a parking spot in the streets surrounding the b&b. Breakfast is almost non existent, a small croissant and coffee. I guess that’s the Sicilian way.
• Harri (9/5): Very nice bright room with terrace - Very nice bright renovated room not so far away from centre. Very clean. Small terrace with good views. Restaurants (good arancini one especially!), cafe and crocery stores near. Did not meet host but communication was clear and excellent via whatsapp, Nice place to stay, has kind of local feel. Third floor room without elevator so could be problem for someone, although not for us. Breakfast was bit modest.
