Garden perfect for the sunny afternoons. Short walk to the pier/beach and town. Couldn’t find tea towel or oven gloves but otherwise had everything we needed. Could feel springs in bed in en-suite bedroom with glass balcony/doors.

• Grace (10/5): Great house, would love to stay again. - Lovely house in a great location. We’ve stayed in Southwold every year for the last 35 years. A great house. Some sort of welcome pack would have been nice with some tea bags and milk. Prosecco was welcome though.
• Carole (8/5): Very enjoyable- would book again for special occasion. Expensive for normal holiday. - Location. Bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen excellent. Parking perfect. All facilities good. Heating good. Magnum of prosecco! Feather pillows! Would prefer anti allergenic. Shower in bathroom water not that hot. Some doors difficult to close and kitchen window. Possibly because of damp weather
• Victoria (8/5): Lovely spacious house. Crockery etc a bit sparse especially if x10 staying Didn’t like low cupboards - Location was good near the pier. Could walk to everything Southwold had to offer The house smelt of dogs especially the bedrooms. Had to move the rugs, hoover and buy air fresheners not something I want to do on vacation.
