• Phuong (10/5): - La Maison du Charme is a gorgeous place with old world charm. Staff were friendly and kind - we were delayed in our arrival due to car rental complications and they were very accommodating. The room (King bed) is located in a beautiful building only 5 minutes walking distance into the old city. Because we drove ourselves, the location allowed us to avoid the ZTR and it had plenty of street parking (as well as covered parking for those who wish). List of restaurant recommendations were also solid, try Hostaria la Frasca and Bulldog. Thank you and we hope to be back! N/A

• Birute (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a great and quiet location only a short walk from the busy oldtown. It has an AC, which is very helpful during the hot days. The host was also very kind and welcoming. Would recommend Even though the apartment was evidently cleaned, there have been quite a lot of long black hair. Maybe a short feedback could be given to the cleaner.
• Garamanda (9/5): Superb - We were greeted by the charming friendly host and our reservation was in a beautiful room in an old building. The lounge area and bedroom were tastefully furnished with period decor and was of a very high quality and standard. The bed was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very large with shower and dual sink. The hotel was situated in a leafy quiet suburb and had metered parking outside which was very cheap, it was a 5 minute or so walk to the town centre. A stay here is thoroughly recommended. There is no lift at the property and the rooms are accessed via 2 flights of stairs. Wi fi was really hit and miss, sometimes it worked-sometimes it didn't. Not an issue for us as we also live in an old house, but the hotel water on the shower took time to come through. That may be an issue for some guests. The cleaning in the shower could have been better, there were long black hairs present.

• Rania (8/5): Charming property with a vintage touch close to the historical center. - Warm welcome of the hostess despite arriving much later than planned. Excellent location and overall charm of the property. It was immaculate. It felt very quiet and safe. Shower had a weak flow and took a good while for the water to be warm. Towels could have been softer. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room with tea and coffee.

• Sali (9/5): Amazing stay in a very charming apartment - This was a one-night stop on our way south. Modena was a great city to wander around in - and the Maison du Charme was indeed charming! Good location, parking locally, there are two 'apartments' though when we stayed, the other was empty so we had the lounge to ourselves as well as an enormous bedroom. Furnishings great, very classic - it was a lovely stay in a great place. Nothing really - I'd definitely recommend!
