- music (1/5): Huge catfish - Nothing it was a Catfish So we got in earlier the door did not close fully when we finally got it to close it would not open (have to go through back) there is a broken chair that’s was broken when we got in the lights in dining room or flashing on and off won’t stop in the bathroom there is a broken towel rack that was like that when we go in the pedestal table cover is broken off like that when we got there I also have pictures of these things if possible may I please get some refund of sort if not full thing this booking is not what I believed to be getting I feel I was catfished also a lot of roach bait stations indicating maybe once had bugs?
- Sally (4/5): - very roomy Owner unresponsive to any messages.Multiple pieces of furniture were broken, Needed cleaned a lot. Barely any items such as silverware, there weren't any spoons. Barely any towels, coffee pot was broken, Building was run down on outside. Apartment looked nice at first glance, but definitely needs repairs and wasn't worth even half what we had to pay. Also 2 neighboring apartments had loud music and parties going way into the morning hours. Definitely wouldn't recommend or stay again.
- Kenicia (10/5): Stay was awesome! Thank you! - Very spacious and comfortable. Location was centralized.

- Brittani (2/5): Not in a good neighborhood, not family friendly. Bathtub is unstable. - Closeness to downtown Bathtub was broken and unstable. Not family friendly.

- Robin (5/5): It was good for the two nights we were there host seemed nice through text. - It was a cute place with a lot of potential a little TLC would go a long way. Definitely n Ed to fix up a few things, a new shower curtain, fix the leak under the sink so it doesn’t smell when you walk in, fix the bathroom toilet paper and towel rack, fix your lamps and table in living room. Leave things like salt pepper coffee creamer for guest would be nice.

- Jarrod (5/5): Staying in urban decay is not worth the savings - Close to University of Kansas; plenty of space for one person; good price. Be aware that this rental is located in a very sketchy, economically depressed part of the city. Urban decay is evident by the multitude of boarded up buildings, derelict properties, graffiti covering all surfaces, and garbage littering the ground everywhere. Bus stops typically had at least one person who seemed out of their mind (yelling, flailing arms, etc.) In sum, I did NOT feel safe walking in the neighborhood (however, just two blocks away is a dense residential area which was fine and I did feel safe walking in). The property itself had 2 foot tall weeds growing in the "yard" and garbage was present in the parking area. There were roach traps spread throughout the unit (but I didn't see any live ones). Next time I will pay up to stay somewhere nicer and safer.
- Ann (10/5): We would definitely stay again, this is a historic neighborhood - Not knowing much about this area of Kansas City, we found ourselves in a diverse neighborhood in a home that was built in 1901 and now updated to 4 large apartments each with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining room, very modern kitchen, very comfortable beds. AC worked! There was off street parking and even though it was on a good size street, it was quiet. The host, Kevin, was very attentive and helpful when I locked myself out and couldn’t get back in [my fault]. He drove over, showed me how to use the key code, showed us how the TV worked and answered all our questions about the house. Across the street is a funky cafe where we went for coffee in the mornings. The Nelson Atkins Museum and the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art are a six minute drive, fabulous BBQ 9 minute drive away, Big T’s Bar-B-Q - NOT FANCY! Initially I thought that the front yard could have been better kept until I realized that it was on a slope down to the sidewalk and every house in two block + in either directions had the same slope that would have been impossible to mow. I would probably repaint the interior stairs …. these are all minor things!!!
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The location, comfy beds, felt like a home away from home. Nothing. Loved everything.
- Bryce (1/5): This place should be delisted from booking.com - Location was good The bed had stains on it that looked like blood. The tub had only 3 legs, so I almost fell down while showering because the tub moves. The parking lot was full of ice and not taken care of. The apartment smelled like weed. The back door with a coded lock did not work.
I ended up finding a last minute hotel for the night because I could not stand to sleep in this shithole. Do not stay here.
- Nicole (10/5): Happy to have found our new place to stay when in KC. - Comfortable and spacious for our group of 5.
