• Camilla (10/5): Fantastiskt boende i Batsi! - Jag älskade allt med vårt boende! Allt var nytt och fräscht. Fantastiskt utsikt över Batsi och havet. Fantastisk service från alla och ett extra stort tack till Maria som var en solstråle! Det fanns inget. Har man problem att gå så är det viktigt att ha en bil för det är många trappor upp till huset. Bra träning!!!

• Epp (10/5): A wonderful place for a relaxing vacation - The accommodation is light, roomy and spotlessly clean. The walls are quite soundproof, but if you leave the bathroom window open, be ready to be awakened by the roosters crowing nearby. There were air conditioners and ceiling fans in the bedrooms although we did not need them. There is a lovely lady called Olga who comes every day to take care of the place. She even takes out the trash for you. The balcony of the upper floor apartments is really big and open to the sun all day. It has great views of the sea and the Batsi town. It is ideal for a morning coffee or an afternoon read. It is actually a shared space for the two upper floor apartments with just a screen between them, which might be a privacy issue in the summer. However, we visited off season and had the place to ourselves. The island is hilly. There are shortcuts to downtown if you are moving on foot (be prepared for lots of stairs). By car it is a more indirect route. The host offered to order a taxi to meet us at the port so we did not need to worry about getting lost. The taxi/car can drive right up to the property so there is no need to drag your suitcases up a hill. It takes less than 10 minutes to the beach using the stairs, ideal for a morning swim. The beach is great for swimming - no big waves, sandy bottom, amazing blue colour. The accommodation also provides beach towels. There are nice restaurants in the town offering an amazing selection of local fresh fish. As it was off season, some of the smaller shops were closed and there was basically one place to get your groceries. Local wine is cheap but pretty good, sold by the litre. There were no crowds at that time which was nice. All in all a very good choice for a relaxing vacation. The only complaint I would have for the apartment is too few towel hooks in the bathroom - we had to dry our towels over the kitchen chairs.

• Liliane (10/5): Ne rater pas cette location sur Batsi.6 - Cet appartement est vraiment super, nous avons aimé son emplacement au calme, la propreté, l espace , les équipements, la vue sur Batsi. Ce court séjour de 6 nuits a été un vrai bonheur. Allons très souvent sur les îles et cette location est une des meilleures. Georgia est très efficace , via WhatsApp avons eu des échanges rapides réguliers, elle nous a permis de partir un peu plus tard , nous la remercions beaucoup, et puis il y a sur place Maria , une personne adorable qui nous attendait pour la remise des clés et l entretien de l appartement impeccable. Je ne peux que recommander cette location les yeux fermés. Merci pour tout .
• Efthymios (10/5): Home from home - Absolutely everything. What an amazing host. We were able to book in early with no complications. Maria, the caretaker metvus and took us throughbthe unit. What beautuful soul Maria is. Maria gave us sone tios on where to go. She is the person who maintains the units. What a gift she is. Always smiling and availale fir anythingvwe needed. Onnarrival therecwas tea. Coffee. Milk. And lovely snacks. Thank you. So needed after our journey. The home is fully equiped with everything one needs. It was a home from home. We managed to cook dinner and just enjoy. We had good internet. Smart tv and coukd just relax innthe evenings vegetatingbin front of netflix. . We could have stayed for a year or more. The place is spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows comfortable. Every item needed was in the unit. The host gave us a lust of places to see and restsurants to visit. Thar was really helpful. We had a car so it was easy to get around. I am not surecwhat the lication is like for those without a car. There was adequate parking. The view was beautiful. We could spend days just telling you all about this beautiful home and location. Thank you for making our stay so perfect and memorable. This is a home from home. There was not one thing missing in the unit. It was prepared with thought and to ensure that whoever stays in it, could quite easily live there for an extended period. Its spacious. Compfortable. Spotlessly clean. Easy to access. Felt like home. Thank you. We will be back, God willing. Everthing was perfect.

• jonathan (10/5): A place to stay for a long time - The place was perfect for us. Just 3 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants - with A view of beautiful Batsi that was inspairig. Niriis place had exactly what we wish for. Every day Maria (who was so nice and cheerful) came to clean and orgenize the house. Rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. We love to cook - and the kitchen had every thing we needed. We remted a scooter so the AB super market was 2 minutes drive, going to all other beaches and view point was all few minutes fun and easy drive. AND - Georgia - was sooo nice, helpful and available. She booked us the taxi from and tok the port, gave tips and ideas of what to do and we had so much fun at the place - we extended our stay for 2 more nights - and she helpd with that too with no effort. A great bonus for us was a grey cat we named "garry" :) - who the kids wanted to play and hug him all the time... Highly recommend the place - would love to come back again. Thanks Some might think its a minus - there are stairs from the beach to the place and road has a bit of a sharp slope to get there... but - if you love a view (we do) so you need to go high... :) we loved it
• Edwin Konings (9/5): Amazingly comfortable, pleasant and luxurious place to stay with a fantastic view of Batsi Bay. - The spacious and clean 2-bedroom appartment Pasithea has a very large kitchen and is fully equipped with relatively new inventory. The view from the terrace of the bay of Batsi is stunning. The check-in and check-out went very smoothly and quickly via the friendly concierge Maria and owner Georgia. The boulevard of Batsi with plenty taverna's is 10 minute walking down stairs. No hot tub on the terrace (just kidding!).
• Anastasiia (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was great – the property is beautiful, with a lovely view. The managers and the cleaning lady were very helpful, nice, and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it! The only minor point is that the terrace/balcony is shared with other guests, so at times it felt a little less private.

• Michelle (9/5): A Scenic escape in the heart of Batsi - The apartment was a 10-minute walk into Batsi, which we enjoyed each day. We did not want to be amongst the noise and busy part of Batsi, so this was perfect. The views were stunning, and we had a lovely balcony that overlooked Batsi. The apartment had everything we needed. Extra blankets were provided upon request. The towels were changed regularly, as was the bedding. We could not have asked for more from Poppi, who also gave great recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and villages to visit. Maria's cleaning was meticulous. It was a very enjoyable stay. We would love to visit Batsi again and would definitely stay again at Niriis Seaview Apartments. Not a criticism but a handy hint. Make sure you close the balcony doors firmly. This ativates a switch that allows the air conditioner to activate. It took us a while to work out why it would switch off.

• Madolyn (10/5): Magical spot in Batsi - The perfect stay in Batsi! The apartment is modern, everything is new and is super clean. The beach is a 2 minute walk down stairs and main strip of restaurants about 7 minutes. The view is stunning!!! They don’t make enough of a fuss of this on the website, we were blown away. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and accommodating, arranging transfers for us and making sure we had everything we need for us and our toddler. That we didn’t stay longer!

• Paula (10/5): Very comfortable, felt like a home from home, it had everything we needed. - Georgia, the owner was very helpful in directing us to the property and making sure that we got there ok. There was a lovely lady called Sofia staying there at the property who met us on arrival and gave us the key. The apartment itself was very stylish, contemporary but a homely-slightly boho feel and comfortable. It was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. Sheets and towels changed every day if required. There was a lovely terrace with very comfy soft seating and great views down onto the sea and Batsi bay. We spend long leisurely mornings at the apartment, preparing our breakfast in the lovely kitchen and enjoying the terrace and the views. It was a tranquil sanctuary to return home to at the end of the day. The apartment is located slightly up the hill as is most of the accommodation in Batsi, so some steps to navigate but nothing too strenuous. Its only a five minute walk to the beach and the town.

• Frini (10/5): Exceptional - Great view, great town, clean, beautifully equipped apartment - great beds, bedding. Photos are very accurate. Nicely apportioned for a family or two couples. Georgia was extremely helpful in terms of all logistics and Maria looked after everything we needed. We were lucky to be travelling in shoulder season and enjoy Andros with the locals and very few visitors. We loved everything about Niriis! Andros has rugged beauty and lots of places to explore, but you need a car and drivers who are not daunted by very narrow, steep and winding roads. We loved it!
• Anastasia (10/5): Great place and I would definitely recommend and I would stay again when visiting Andros. - Modern and clean 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and fantastic view from the balcony. Although the path into town was quite steep with lots of steps, it is a short walk, maybe 5 mins. The owner was great and communicated throughout our stay. Anything we needed Georgia was happy to help. The balcony is not private, so your neighbours are sitting right next to you.
