• Giacomo Marco (4/5): Oltremodo SCOMODO: salire al 4° piano senza ascensore e stanza spezzata da tetto spiovente! - Posizione dello stabile abbastanza vicina a diversi punti di riferimento: panifici, bar, supermercati, locali, negozi utili. Colazione ricca di scelta ed anche molto saporita. Buono comunque il piccolo armadio e sottolineo la presenza di un frigo di medie dimensioni (che ho comunque dovuto richiedere) nel quale riporre un bel po' di roba. SCOMODO, è la parola più azzeccata. Portare bagagli al 4° piano senza ascensore è tremendo. Metà della stanza è sacrificata dal fatto che è "infilata" sotto il tetto spiovente, e si rischia costantemente di sbattere la testa e farsi molto male. Anche in bagno stessa storia: per noi uomini in particolare, fare il bisogno in piedi è rischioso e bisogna seriamente stare molto attenti. Ma anche a raggiungere il water si rischia comunque. Metà del letto si trova a sua volta totalmente sotto la parte spiovente, il che porta ad altissimo rischio di sbattere la testa, in particolare durante la notte quando ci si può alzare per andare al bagno o qualsiasi altra ragione e si è assonnati e poco lucidi. Posizione del condizionatore completamente contrario al letto, diretto verso un micro-spazio sottotetto, che rallenta vistosamente il rinfrescarsi della stanza. La Signora titolare è abbastanza disponibile, sebbene abbia dimenticato un paio di richieste da parte mia che poi ho dovuto rifare, riguardo il telecomando tv rotto (poi sostituito), una lampada spezzata nonché la finestra del bagno rotta anch'essa. Lei è comproprietaria anche del locale bar-ristorante dove viene servita la colazione: per carità di buona qualità, ma il locale si trova a 100 metri dall'appartamento, quindi si è costretti ad uscire e rifare i 4 piani, ed anche questo è davvero estremamente scomodo. Aggiungo che la signora chiaramente, Vi invita a consumare pranzo/cena presso lo stesso locale di ristorazione: ma io ritengo STRABORDANTEMENTE CARO un piatto di spaghetti "aglio & olio" a 8 €! Non ritornerei comunque, principalmente (ripeto) per l'estrema scomodità della stanza veramente DISAGEVOLE a causa del tetto spiovente e del continuo sali e scendi dal 4° piano: veramente stressante che non aiuta a rilassarsi.
• Luis (9/5): Excelente opción para visitar la zona de Agrigento - La habitación era muy cómoda, espaciosa, con baño privado dentro de la habitación, la cama era bastante cómoda, podías aparcar el carro justo frente al alojamiento en la calle, la ciudad de Aragona es muy tranquila ideal para dormir si visitas Agrigento. En el desayuno te permitían elegir productos de la cafetería que también gestionan las host del alojamiento y todo se veía muy rico, las dos cosas que elegimos nosotros estaban increíblemente buenas, yo probé una especie de empanada rellena de ricotta siciliana, crema de pistaccio y nutella, que aún pienso en ello. Todo estuvo bastante bien.

• VASILEIOS (7/5): Value for money based on our expectations - The rooms were very good and appear to have been recently renovated. Aragona is located very close to Agrigento, making it easy to reach the Valley of the Temples in just 20 minutes. This property is highly recommended for those planning an early morning visit to the Valley. This is the reason we have selected it for one nigh stay. There was no communication prior to our arrival, and our updates regarding the estimated time of arrival went unanswered. The check-in process was quite poor—we had to ring a bell and were directed to a nearby pastry/pizza shop (Olimpya) to collect the keys. I waited over 20 minutes to receive them. Communication was difficult due to the lack of English-speaking staff, and we had to rely on Google Translate to communicate. Additionally, the towels and shampoo provided were insufficient for our reservation, which included two rooms for five people.

• JAVIER (10/5): Bonito y cómodo apartamento a 15 minutos en coche de Agrigento - Apartamento nuevo, con materiales de calidad y muy bien decorado. Aparcamiento gratis en la puerta. La atención por parte de la anfitriona estupenda. El desayuno se encuentra en un restaurante al lado del alojamiento, muy buen desayuno. Cenamos en el mismo sitio y lo recomendamos al 100%. Mucha cantidad y calidad y a buen precio. Para nosotros no ha sido un inconveniente, pero nuestra habitación estaba en un segundo piso sin ascensor.

L'accueil parfois un peu brut de fonderie, même si les personnes étaient aux petits soins. Pas d'eau courante le premier soir, mais ils venaient de finir des travaux visiblement. Je recommande cependant l'appartement, spacieux, moderne, rapport qualité prix irréprochable

• Federico (5/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Se si considera la struttura in foto, era pulita e accogliente, seppur senza servizi: cucina condivisa non collegata, macchina del caffè messa solo come arredo. Colazione inclusa al bar molto buona. L'host un mese circa prima del soggiorno ci dice che c'è stato un problema con la camera e che ci avrebbe spostati in un appartamento a detta sua "davanti alla struttura della prenotazione". Non proprio contento accetto poiché dice che ci avrebbe offerto DELLE cene. Arrivati lì prende l'auto e dice di seguirla, la struttura era a diversi chilometri di distanza, mal tenuta e in mezzo al nulla (allego foto). Esprimiamo gentilmente il nostro malcontento chiedendo di soggiornare " a casa vostra" e a questo punto il ricatto: o ci offriva le cene e stavamo nella struttura alternativa, oppure ci avrebbe "trovato" posto dove avevamo prenotato. La prima notte la passiamo nella seconda sistemazione, andiamo a cena e a quel punto ritratta anche il discorso delle cene dicendo che sarebbere stata solo una. Scegliamo di essere spostati a costo di pagare la cena, non sembrando molto contenta accetta. Ci viene concesso come sconto della cena il "servizio di 7€". Il cibo era molto buono e abbondante, i prezzi bassi, ma ci siamo sentiti presi in giro fin dal primo momento.

• Daniel (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Eravamo invitati a un matrimonio presso il Castello Ducale Colonna, che dista circa 8 minuti in auto dalla struttura, quindi ci serviva un posto in cui poter dormire dopo il ricevimento. Questo alloggio ci ha davvero sorpresi: la struttura è bellissima e curata nei minimi particolari. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e l’indomani, per la colazione, ci ha permesso di prendere tutto ciò che volevamo presso il suo bar, che si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Da migliorare: il frigorifero era completamente vuoto, una bottiglia d’acqua ci sarebbe stata molto utile. Nel complesso, davvero ottima esperienza!

• Perugini (10/5): Un piccolo angolo di tranquillità - Struttura moderna e molto pulita con una camera spaziosa e con tutti i servizi necessari. Proprietarie gentilissime e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Sicuramente va fatto un plauso al bar/trattoria delle proprietarie che offre una scelta di dolci tipici molto varia e tavola calda molto valida. Tutto buonissimo e ad un prezzo ottimo. Sicuramente una struttura perfetta per chi vuole essere il punto vicino un po’ a tutto per gli spostamenti ma nella tranquillità di un paesino come Aragona!

• Guest (9/5): Da ritornare - Luminosità della camera e del bagno, posizione strategica per raggiungere valle dei templi scala dei turchi ed Agrigento centro anche per mezzo ferrovia , comodissima ed economica . Il ristorante con rapporto ottimo qualità prezzo , menù vario e ben cucinato , le sorelle che gestiscono sempre attente 👍 Rifare la stanza almeno ogni tre giorni sarebbe auspicabile per rinfrescare l’ambiente

• chloé (9/5): Un séjour agréable - Le lieu de résidence est situé tout près du restaurant (délicieux)et panificcio tenu par les mêmes personnes. Au petit-déjeuner, elles nous ont offert le café, le restant étant à notre charge. Il manque beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine : difficile de cuisiner. Dommage car la cuisine équipée est agréable.

• R.Schubert (8/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr großzügig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist neu, sehr sauber und modern. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür vorhanden (Straßenrand). Das Frühstück wird in der Olimpya Bar nebenan angeboten und ist lecker. Die Kommunikation erwies sich aufgrund der Sprachbarriere als etwas schwierig aber konnte durch Google Translator gelöst werden.

• Vladimir (5/5): The units were really nice, but the lack of customer service and disrespectful attitude tipped the scale. - Free croissant, nice rooms. 1. Check-in time was delayed, no check-in instructions, check-in at different location. 2. Because of the delayed check in time they rushed during the cleaning process and the rooms were not clean enough (garbage in the closet) 3. I asked if they have shared kitchen as it states in the listing, the lady said they are gonna move us to another room next day. I clearly said that it's ok and they don't have to. Next day we're coming back and... 4. ...they moved all our personal stuff including underwear to the floor below. The lady said we had to be at 17:00, but we came one hour later and they needed the room. Such a BS. I told them we don't need the room anymore! 5. Well, now we have a kitchen, but there is no kitchenware and no A/C in the new unit, it's actually still under construction and not cleaned everywhere. They left us some pizza leftovers. OMG!!! 6. When we asked for a pan the lady brought it and came in like we're her kids: turned on the cooker hood, closed the curtains and said that the unit is so new. When I asked her to take her shoes off she looked at me and smiled like I'm asking for something in HER home and she just kept going forward. That was really disrespectful!
• Nadia (6/5): Agréable - L’emplacement de l’appartement est bien situé, la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont spacieuses et bien équipée, le personnel très souriant, agréable et serviable. Le manque d’organisation, pour faire simple nous avons eu notre chambre très en retard, elle n’était pas prête. Les chambres sont situées dans un immeuble au troisième étage dans un grand appartement qui se compose de plusieurs chambres avec salle de bain privative, aucune explication concernant le petit déjeuner, encore moins pour la remise des clefs, vous vous sentez totalement abandonné, C’est vraiment dommage car il y a un gros potentiel. Les deux propriétaires sont très souvent occupées car elles s’occupent du restaurant/Bar/ boulangerie alors qui suffirait juste d’avoir une note explicative dans l’appartement.

• Núria (10/5): Excel•lent - Molt nou i ampli, el restaurant que tenen les propietàries també és de 10, tot molt bo i a bon preu. La comunicació no va ser massa fluida, vam arribar i ningú responia, però un senyor que passava pel carrer ens va indicar que a la cantonada les podríem trobar al restaurant, que hi anéssim i preguntéssim per elles. Tot perfecte!
