- Naleenee (10/5): - Everything was exceptionally clean, tidy, cosy, and had such a warm, homely feel from the moment we arrived. The hosts really paid attention to the little details — tea, coffee, milk, and other kitchen essentials were thoughtfully provided, which was very much appreciated. There were even water bottles left on the bedside tables, which was a lovely touch after travelling. The accommodation was comfy, well-equipped, and made for a very relaxing stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
- Kevin (6/5): They cancelled booking at the last minute - They cancelled my booking at the last minute, was taking my mother for a scan the next day after she had been diagnosed with cancer, the payment was taken had to wait 1 week for it to be refunded really not happy about it

- kieran (10/5): Have to say was really surprised as it looked small from the front of the house but when went throug - Have to say was really surprised as it looked small from the front of the house but when went through its quite spacious . Good sized comfortable living room , good sized dining room and also good sized kitchen both Bedrooms are also spacious with comfortable big beds plenty of Pillows and TV in each room. The house is well decorated and very well fitted out . Owners really did well here even tea coffee cake and water left out . The house is lovely and warm and quiet great nights sleep. The location is Great . At the bottom of the street there's a nice centra shop with hot food and deli counter, also chemist and Cafe . At the bottom of the street is also the main road (falls road which has a lot going on bus tops taking 3 mins to city centre and 3 mins the other direction will bring you to Andersonstown has Kennedy centre shopping centre and also restaurants and Bars . The house is 100% worth the cost which is actually very reasonable . Will use again in the future. No Negative points at all

- Marianne (10/5): Fabulous house, lovely details, lovingly decorated and luxury feel, so much better than a hotel! - This house is really lovely, the decor is fab, the art work is incredible and the rooms and bathroom were lovely. so much attention to detail and the host was always available if we had questions. The smallest issue and not a deal breaker at all is that the street is quite noisy so it's can affect someone's sleep in the front room - the host obviously can't be responsible for noise on the street, however perhaps some measures to insulate the windows for noise like sound dampening curtains, acrylic window inserts or film would help?
- nicola (8/5): Fantastic place to stay when visiting the royal Victoria hospital - This is a fantastic property for what we needed. Warm, super clean milk/tea/coffee supplied. Fresh towels and bedding. Fantastic location to the royal Victoria hospital as we were visiting my dad. Glider into town just on the falls road a 5min walk; hatch coffee great as well
- Thomas (10/5): It was amazing - How tidy it was
- Barry (10/5): - Lovely property in a great location with a very responsive host. Will definitely return. N/a.
- Matthew (7/5): Good location for city centre - Was a lot bigger than we thought and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. We had a little problem with the WiFi and the TV but after messaging the owner it was all sorted. Parking was a little issue- finding a spot outside the house and was a little noisy at night (but it was Halloween)
- Tracey (9/5): - Great location
- Urko (10/5): - Falls Road ondoan dago, toki oso ona. Etxe osoa zuretzat, sukaldea, egongela, bi logela eta komun on bat. Dena oso garbia eta oso ondo zainduta dago. Etxeko jabea beti edozertarako laguntzeko prest dago. Berriro errepikatzeko moduko tokia!

- Eoin (10/5): - The beds are super comfy, and the house is really nice
- Roisin (7/5): Nice place, quiet neighbourhood easy access and parking on the street - Clean and tidy fit for purpose. Quiet neighbourhood The beds were very low to the ground, if your mobility is not the best it wouldn’t be the place along with the very narrow stairs
- Odhrán (10/5): - Beautiful little house in a great location, only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Responsive and friendly host, extremely easy check in, and very comfortable beds. Lovely to have the basics like cereal, milk, coffee and sugar for the morning, and gorgeous artwork around the house too.

- Berni (10/5): Exceptional - The house was in very close proximity to the hospital where I had an early morning appointment, the decor is very modern and very clean and everything included for a comfortable stay. The owner was exceptional in her correspondence and kindly allowed my husband to extend his stay in the house until my treatment had finished. We had a small issue with heating in the morning, this was dealt with immediately and generously offered a reduced price on our next stay.
- Umesh (8/5): Cosy, Comfortable , No fuss, clean, all essentials taken care of - There was a place for everything and everything was in its place. Literally no conversation with host. Heating could have been better but it was manageable. Location was not too far from city center but not walkable either.
- Elvina (9/5): Overall, our stay was comfortable and Louise made it even better by accommodating our early check in request 🙂 - The house was clean and comfortable. Louise was very kind in accommodating our request for early check in which was great. There was tea & coffee in the kitchen and towels in bedrooms, which we did not find at some of the other B&Bs in Northern Ireland. We had a very comfortable stay as a result. while the location of the property was good as it was close to the centre and other tourist attractions, the area around the property wasn’t great. There was dog shit right outside the door, which was unpleasant to see each time we went in and out of the door. Clearly people around the property didn’t bother picking up after their dogs.

- Naoise (10/5): The pictures don’t do this property justice!! 😍 - This property is in an excellent location! We were attending an event at the SSE arena and easily got a 10 minute taxi from the property. It was spotless and comfortable. The host was lovely and made check in easy and care free. Anytime I messaged her she replied instantly. Nothing
- Sian (8/5): Very good -
- Andreea (7/5): Good - The apartment offers you what you need most. It is a 30 min walk from the center and there is a parking space on the street in front of the flat. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are all cleaning products necessary. For the persons with movement impairments to be aware of the stairs accessing the bedrooms. The mattress was not the most comfortable. Also there was only one towel provided per person.
- Sandra (9/5): Superb -
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great I'm looking forward to going back to the lucky oak
- Tibor (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was filthy. We did not use the kitchen since it was disgusting. The bathroom was unhygenic, and filthy.
- Nandor (7/5): Good - Good location, very kind owner, easy collection of keys.
Only one bathroom+toilet upstairs which proved to be a bit tight for 4 ppl.
Kitchen is underequipped with utensils. Bed mattress too worn out.
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - Size of property location and host excellent
