• Ismah (1/5): Awful experience - It was incredibly dirty and unsafe. Every thing was dirty; bathrooms haven’t been cleaned, toilets were disgusting and filthy basins, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen. Dirty tissues left from the previous guests and stains on bed sheets and the sofa. Bedding also had hair on pillows and on the bed and clearly had not been changed. It was unsafe because literally anybody could walk into the building as there was no security or guards outside and the workers knew the codes to enter into the rooms. Everything listed above. Filthy and unsafe. The pictures did not show the actual state of the place.

• Dr (6/5): New flat but , location isn't family friendly, due to construction of next door plaza - New commercial building, flat on floor 3 by lift. The studio flat facing the road had lot of traffic noise and wasn't comfortable even though it was on floor 3. The host was very cooperative and changed us to an other Room. Although it was booked for 17,000 I actually paid 19600 , a hidden commission was added

• Muhammad (3/5): Disappointed - Hi. I am a traveller and a frequent user of Booking.com. I reserved a one-bedroom apartment on Booking.com on 20th December 2024 at 9 pm (approx.) and messaged the host to request confirmation, but I received no answer from the host until 12 pm on 21st December 2024 when I received confirmation from the host about my stay. I traveled for 40 minutes and arrived there. At check-in, (photos attached), I was astonished to see a very simple, small room with very basic/limited amenities (without living area and kitchen), despite having reserved a one-bedroom apartment. I called the host to inform him that this was not what I had reserved for my stay. He did not argue and said that around 3 pm, I would have a vacant apartment and you would be moved there, to which I agreed. At 3 pm, the host called me and was apologizing for not having any vacant apartments, and I was helpless and had no choice but to stay in this place. After that, I informed the host that I would not be paying the full price, so we agreed to pay a 24% less amount (in which I could have had plenty of better options). Things I like: - The host didn't argue and agreed to my offer regarding partial payment. - New build, hence clean - Internet was available - AC/Heater was working properly - Hot water was available I am giving it three stars due to following reasons: - The host was very busy and not active at responding - Noisy due to construction - The amenities that were listed during the reservation but actually did not exist were: dining area, seating area, toiletries, kitchen and all its accessories (fridge, oven, utensils etc), even there was no TV/LED in the room - The host cancelled my stay on Booking.com platform (as if I were never appear to stay) - No balcony Comment: If you do not want to be astonished/surprised and want to stay at a property that looks exactly like uploaded images, this place is not for you. I am not willing to stay there again. P.S.: I left at 8 pm the same day.
