• Teresa (4/5): Uncomfortable - Car park was outside the door. The kitchen facilities were good. Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower was difficult to use. Kitchen floor was filthy, we always take our shoes of when entering a house but our feet were black when we went to get into bed and had to wash them.

Bathroom was excellent, with easy temperature control shower. Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Location was a bit noisy at times and the entrance to the car park was often difficult to use.

• Henning (7/5): Very nicely furnished and comfortable and well-equipped apartment suitable for a couple. - I liked that the keys were available in a key lock box by the apartment. This means you save time and don't have to collect the keys from the hosts or from a 3rd party or reception. It also means you can get away quickly when departing. The apartment was lovely - the kitchen/dining/living area was very tidy, clean, modern, and well-equipped. The sofa/TV corner was small, but cosy and the TV had all the usual streaming apps on a Roku device. I only wish the coffee table could be pulled closer to the sofa, but it had the wireless router on it on a short lead. There was also a co-op just on the other side of the main road, which was very handy for stocking up on food and drinks. There was also a very nice pizzeria (Mario's) on the main road. Both of these are within minutes of walking from the apartment. Walking into town the town centre was very pleasant. You can either walk via the roads. This is quicker, but it is much nicer to walk through the gardens The details sent by the hosts could have specified that there was private entry to the apartment and that the key lock box was to the right of the entrance door (on the outside of the building). The key lock box was also a little low. I had to bend down to see properly. I don't know if this was for accessibility reasons? There was an apartment 4 on the other side of the building, which was a little confusing. Perhaps the instructions could mention this to avoid confusion. I know the instructions said to take a right, but I somehow overlooked this as I was driving into the back court yard. I'm not a big fan of room scents, and there was quite a strong scent of perfume in all downstairs spaces. It was not unpleasant, but I prefer the rooms to not be scented. The downstairs spaces were neutrally decorated. I liked the wireless chargers by the bed side. That was a nice touch. Oddly there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but towels and shower gel was provided. Also, I found three long hairs on the bed sheet, which did make me feel a little uncomfortable to start with, though I slept well and found the mattress very nice.
• Ma (7/5): Good stay but cleanliness was questionable - Parking was good and secure, right in front of the property. The place was decorated to a high spec. Netflix was available. Ordering takeaway was easy. The cleanliness of the place was a let down. The upstairs was good but the sofa, cushions and blanket smelt funny. There was hair everywhere, dark hair on the toaster, a few on the floor, dark hair stuck on the side of the sink in the bathroom. The bed was the worst, I couldn't sleep in the bed and ended up sleeping on top of the duvet. It was made and looked nice when I came into the room but on pulling back the duvet, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, crumbs, fluff and more hair all over it and stuck on the inside cover of the duvet, blonde, brown all different types.

• Katrina (8/5): Had a nice break in Bournemouth, property was nice but just needed few extra touches as mentioned. - Property was nicely furnished, had Netflix which was an extra bonus. Lovely shower and bath too. Good value for money overall. Property was quite hard to find and was quite away from the train station. No mirror in bedroom, only one in the bathroom so was unable to straighten my hair. Also, no lamp in bedroom and as the bathroom and bedroom are downstairs with a small basement window, it was pitch black at night. Mattress was also a bit bumpy too and the bottom sheet covering the mattress felt rough/bobbly. Door on bathroom was very hard to shut and had to use force to get it closed!
• Kimberley (6/5): Lovely apartment in a convenient location with parking space - Excellent location within walking distance of Westbourne and Bournemouth centre. Great parking space right outside the front door. Kitchen facilities are amazing for a small apartment. TV area is cosy with all the latest apps. Perfect for a quick weekend trip! Downstairs living area is comfortable but needs a bit of tlc. There is clearly mould damage/marks to the walls downstairs and within the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t close properly without pushing with force and the toilet flush is very weak. No hand soap was provided in the toilet so we had to go out and buy some. Additional mirror in the bedroom would also be helpful to get ready for the day as there is only one in the bathroom.

• Deborah (9/5): Great location and parking - Parking outside property 👍 Great location to stay and access to surrounding places to visit. Property lovely, clean and comfortable and well equipped. Was not able to access WiFi (did not recognise password) Overpowering air freshener in bedroom(I turned off while we were staying)which was to mask the slight odour of dampness from being in a basement. Some signs of that on the walls at the bottom of the stairs.

• Ana (10/5): Amazing place! - First of all everything very nice and clean. Second the location is perfect have shops closer and the parking on the front of the door. Inside we found everything necessary in the kitchen, bathroom all you can need in a house. The owner gives us all the information how to arrive access code from the parking gate because the parking have gates and is very safe also the owner leaves us a little present which was a great detail. I strongly recommend this place and we will comeback sure. Thank you very much for everything!
• Sukhjinder (10/5): Fabulous place to stay. - The property owners were supper efficient in responding to our questions. Very helpful and accommodating our needs as we had two young children. The property was very clean and clear instructions had been left about the property and things to do in Bournemouth. My kids loved it. Definitely will stay there again. I have stayed in bournemouth few times. This was the best property .
• Yu (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very big and comfortable, it was even better than expected great value for money, the kitchen was amazing and spacious. I would love to stay there long term and definitely will recommend to friends needing a place to stay.
