• Beatrice (10/5): Meraviglioso - La Locanda Bellavita è un luogo davvero speciale, un piccolo angolo di meraviglia dove passato e presente si incontrano con armonia. Gli allestimenti sono curatissimi, ogni ambiente è pulitissimo e si respira una cura autentica per i dettagli. Ciò che colpisce maggiormente è la capacità del proprietario di aver conservato e riportato allo splendore pezzi di storia, valorizzandoli con gusto e rispetto. Ogni spazio racconta qualcosa, e passeggiare all’interno della struttura è come fare un viaggio nel tempo, accolti però da tutti i comfort Un soggiorno che lascia davvero il segno. Assolutamente consigliato!

• Ronit (9/5): בית שמעוצב מאד מאד יפה. מארח מקסים מיקום נהדר. דירה כייפית ממליצה בחום - היחס של הבעלים. איש מקסים וגם בשלן מעולה. הזמנו אצלו ארוחת ערב והיא הייתה מצוינת אפשר היה להשאיר חלב ומצרכים לקפה כך שנוכל להכין קפה במהלך שהותנו. וקצת יותר אביזרים במקלחת.
• Ramseier (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in schönster Umgebung und perfekte Unterkunft - Perfekt ausgestattete Unterkunft in einem alten, restaurierten Gebäude. Liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail mit wunderbaren, antiken Gegenständen eingerichtet. Es hat einfach alles, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Weindepot zu fairen Preisen und eine Spirituosenecke. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Gemeinschaftsgarten zu nutzen mit einem wunderschönen Seerosenreich, Rasen und einem grossen Tisch zum verweilen. Die Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Privatsphäre zum Zurückziehen. Der Gastgeber, Stefano, stand jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat unseren Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis gemacht. Wir hatten das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder in Arezzo sind, kommen wir gerne wieder!

• Alexandra (10/5): Ein einzigartiger und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt - Das gesamte Haus mit all seinen zahlreichen Zimmern und Bädern sowie der herrschaftliche Wohn-und Küchenbereich sind absolut einzigartig. So viele historische Einrichtungsgegenstände in Kombination mit der Moderne der Bäder machte den Scharm unterkunft aus. Stefano, der Inhaber des Hauses, war mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Begegnung mit tollen Gesprächen. Es hat uns in dieser Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt. Nichts auszusetzen.

Nestled on a quiet street just around the corner from the buzz of the historic city center, this fully renovated gem is the kind of place you daydream about rewatching Under the Tuscan Sun for the twelveth time. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just to an apartment, but into a living work of art. The walls are decorated in original frescos and framed by tastefully selected antiques that whisper stories of centuries past—and a world well travelled. Every inch has been thoughtfully modernized with an efficient use of space that makes it feel both luxurious and livable. Think: Renaissance soul with 21st-century impeccable cleanliness and modern touches. And then there’s Stefano. The host, the myth, the maestro of charm. While his English is perfectly charming, it's his warm smile, authenticity, and love for life that captured our heart. He’s easy on the eyes too! A perfect gentleman. We loved every single thoughtfully curated detail!

• Nicola (10/5): A beautiful stay in a wonderful location - The location is absolutely stunning with a great attention to the smallest details. Stefano did a wonderful job with the renovation of the old building and managed to re-create the mediaeval atmosphere. Everything was super clean and the house is full of historical items which makes everything perfect. The bedrooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. The two bathrooms are renovated to perfection and the kitchen is fully equipped. The huge fireplace was the icing on the cake which convinced us to spend more time in the house than visiting Arezzo:) On top of that Stefano is a super host. Very kind and always available for everything. We used the house for a family get-together and our only regret was that we couldn't stay more than one night. Nothing. Everything is perfect!
