• Jörg (8/5): Top in allen Belangen - Besonders gefallen hat mir das freundliche Personal, Frieda. Ich bin verspätet angekommen und sie hat 2 Stunden auf mich gewartet und mir alles prima erklärt. Die Lage ist super. Schnell in der Stadt und schnell am Strand. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war ohne Frieda's Holfe nicht zu finden, da es keine Hausnummer hat und im Komplex "Sea and Salt" liegt. Ich binbim Dunklen angekommen und bin die Straße mehrmals auf und ab gefahren. Erst als Frieda auf die Straße trat, fand ich es.

• Prosper (8/5): - There was no Breakfast Included. The key collection process could benefit from some improvements. Many accommodations now offer door codes or secure lockers with access codes, which are especially helpful for guests arriving late or outside standard check-in times. Additionally, we were required to pay via EFT rather than through a secure Booking.com transaction or card deduction. This felt somewhat unsafe, as there was no clear guarantee of access to the property after payment. The host required full payment prior to our arrival in Swakopmund, which created some uncertainty. Greater flexibility and a more streamlined payment and access system would enhance the overall guest experience.

• Jordaan (6/5): Solo travel to Swakopmund - Spacious, washing machine and tumble dryer available. Nice balcony with braai. Old TV not working, no DSTV. Paid electricity just check available electricity when check in. Name of building indicate "Sand &Sea" was bit confusing.

• Kennedy (1/5): What a disaster! - The apartment was tidy, comfortable and efficient The parking lot was to small to bring our truck in, we had to park on the street. We were asked for a $1000.00NAB damage deposit in cash. The door into the unit jammed on day two, we needed help to get out. The TV couldn’t even be plugged in, no TV. Day three the electricity went off. We phoned for help and were told that we had used all the power that available to us. No electricity. After trying to resolve the situation, and then involving this booking site and our credit card company we were forced to pack up and find another accommodation.

• Tyrone (8/5): Very good - The positioning was brilliant and close to all amenities. Too little electricity in the box. Main shower was missing a door so a lot of water on the floor after shower. Lights were blown in the kitchen and not replaced.

• Peter (3/5): it is very obvious that the owner and/or agent pay very little attention to the apartment and that it is run on a sh - location good but no sea view 5 pillows in a 2-bedroom apartment. a balcony without any chairs. faulty light switches and many missing or blown light bulbs. a front door that will only close when slammed. bedside lights with cables not long enough to reach the plug point. no pre-paid power in the electricity meter. etc. etc.
