Guest Reviews
- Juliana (7/5): Good -
- Bo (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the metro station, owner was friendly Walls and sheets were dirty.
- Huy (1/5): Stay away from this property - Only the pictures on booking.com look nice This was the WORST flat I have ever stayed in my life. I don't know why they are so confident to let people rent it for their holiday. It ruined my whole trip with my family in London.
Firstly, the quality of the flat was so bad. The doors (the main door and the bathroom door)cannot close properly; who can take a shower without closing the door? WHO?
The curtain in the bedroom door is broken (you can see in the picture).
Secondly, the shower was so bad. We did not have enough hot water to take a shower at night, and it ran like a leaking tap, not a normal shower 🤦🏻‍♀️. It happened from the second night and we tried to contact the host but no answer and no change anything. I felt so bad for that, I don't want to mention the price, the location or anything, but this is NOT professional. How can the host run a service like this? And I still wondering why they can rent out this flat.
Thirdly, the electric socket in the bedroom did not work. We cannot charge the phone when we came home.
Finally, we are absolutely DISSAPOINTED. I know everything has problems, but when it happens, we - as a tourist - really want to hear from the host, and solutions need to be taken to address the problem. However, they did not do anything, they did not support eventhough we called, we texted, we reported the problem so many times.
And I don't think it is a good way to manage a property. I will not recommend this flat or the agency to anyone else.
- Zeigbo (7/5): Good -

- Danii (5/5): Dissapointing - Spacious Location wasn’t great and host wasn’t very helpful when we asked for recommendations on where to park. The kitchen was very dirty you certainly wouldn’t use it to cook anything. Plug sockets were hit and miss most of them didn’t work at all and ones that did didn’t work very well.
- Tereza (1/5): Worst experience we have had in years of traveling - The only positive was the short distance to the city center. The appearance of the exterior street was the first shock of this accommodation. continued to have a screened entry door that resembled an interior door rather than a security entry door to the apartment. Most of the equipment listed was not functional (e.g. oven). The apartment is very poorly equipped lacking sufficient glasses, plates... But the worst is the condition of the apartment and its cleanliness! Absolutely dirty bathroom and toilet. In the drain of the tub hair and unpleasant smell. The corners of the apartment dirty, moldy... the walls are dingy and dirty. Curtains stained and dirty. Definitely this apartment does not correspond to the price for which it is rented and should not be rented for us. Worst experience we have had in years of traveling with accommodation at this price!
- Ahmed (1/5): Nothing - Door Locked doesn’t work had to stay out for 3 hours Nothing
- Lucy (3/5): Would not stay again. - It was well located for my work, which is why I chose it. There was free wifi. There were stains and hairs on the bed sheets when I arrived, it was late by the time I realised this so didn't contact anyone about it. Sound insulation was very poor so the noise in the kitchen / bedroom on the road side was really bad, and equally the sound from people coming through from the back window was also disruptive. The flat was up many flights of stairs, this wasn't mentioned in the listing and would have been impossible for anyone with accessibility needs. The mattress was uncomfortable and I could feel springs through it.
- Ezzeddin (8/5): COMFORT AND STAISFATORY - THE LOCATION WAS PROPER STAFF
- Chloe (1/5): Bad - Had the worst experience the host had me waiting outside on street for 20 mins the door handle fell off which lead to my children being locked in the room alone he said was going to send a man to open it from outside as I couldn’t as was trapped in the bedroom then when I said I don’t feel comfortable with sending a man into the room with my small daughters while they was asleep then had worst night sleep as people in the building decided to have a argument and shouting swearing and running up and down the stairs at 3 am when tried to contact him about leaving the keys and getting my money back blocked my number then still ignoring booking.com as I have had to go through them to resolve my issue
- Daniel (2/5): Very poor - Nothing Lack of communication, there was damage to door locks, handles missing, patio doors out to balcony didn't lock and joining balconies could have gained access to our flat. Security was very lax or none existing.
Plugs didn't work and were damaged.
There was little information given to pick up keys or drop off in fact there was no information given tried the number on the advert but no answer.
- Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - Good value for money It was noisy at night
- Md (10/5): Exceptional -
- Levi (9/5): Great apartment. Definitely recommend - Great location
Fantastic price
Great host
Very spacious
Great kitchen - everything you need to cook yourself
Clean.
Both beds comfortable Low pressure shower and doesn't stay in position well but works and is hot. Bath is great
Could do with a smart TV/smart box as ariel doesn't work so need to bring hdmi device. Easily solved.
Alot of stairs may bother some people.
Road is a little loud due to single glaze windows
- Lillian (5/5): Very basic one night stay. - Centrally located. Some very basic amenities were missing. Paper towels or napkins, tv didn't work, there was no where to dry clothes or no rack to put them on. The main reason i chose this property was for the advertised washer and dryer.
- Andrii (8/5): normal apartments at a low price - not far from the center the wooden floor overhead is very noisy
- Laetitia (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were Extraordinarly Kind and Pay attention of your needs.
Very Helpful.
Even the studio got 2 largest beds it s well equipped.
You ll find some Special Attention from the Staff like coffee tea sugar even shower gel etc.
It s Clean Great location.
I ll book again.
Thank you "Cosy One bedroom flat"!
- Fatema (5/5): Passable -
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammed (2/5): Very poor -
- Alenka (7/5): Suitable for undemanding guests - very friendly owner, good location, they brought us extra towels (because everyone got only one) and an EU socket the water flowed poorly and it was difficult to take a shower, the water changes hot and cold itself, the apartment and bed linen is poorly cleaned.Apartmen needs partial renovation (it blows through the windows that do not open in the bedroom, no window in the bathroom and there is a strange smell, dirty walls and doors, a door without an external handle, a dirty metal cupboard in the bathroom, broken blinds, the bathtub faucet wobbles a lot, thin walls, narrow staircase on the 3rd floor, the tv doesn't work, the washing machine is dirty inside and has a strange smell......
- Katherine (7/5): Efficient for budget accommodation, has all necessities and useful location. - Flat was very cosy and accurate to photos, good location and close to tube stations. good budget accommodation More signposting on the exterior of the property to highlight being in the right place. Possibly some better blinds for sunlight. Some plugs didn’t work - but most did so no major issues.
- Sherri (5/5): Keep in mind it’s on commercial road, which means it’s a busy district - The two beds were good and the washer was a plus That it was on the third floor with tiny stair well
